Defy Appliances / Defy South Africa / two payments taken for repair

Hi. Defy came out to fix a problem with the stove on 22 November 2017. My husband paid by card R 564.30 on the same day. The same amount (i.e.R564.30) has been deducted from his account this morning 27 November 2017. Please investigate urgently why this is the case. Please e mail me on [protected]@gmail.com.
