I was so disappointed with the poor service I received from Deffy Service Manager this week on Tuesday his name is Ismail Khaki, he refused to honor my claim because he assumed that the stove is faulty because we abused it ??? And this stove is still under warranty, he is just making excuses in order to avoid my claim... He was so heartless and unprofessional the way he handled this matter... Fortunately for us and I thank God that my wife wasn't closer when the glass stove shattered on its own while she was busy cooking...I may not be regarded as an important customer to Deffy but I deserve better treatment.

Hi There i am having the same problem with the same manager, has a dont care attitude. Still having issues with my gas stove from last year.
To date waiting for him to reply.
