Jesse Singh and his wife / business partner Rashmi Singh rented our condo in Vancouver, BC. He stated that his rental was due to his company, Define Mobility, receiving a contract in Vancouver. Mr. Singh / Define Mobility did not pay rent, utilities or cleaning fees for over five months. He sent us fake payment records and fake banking information. There are numerous reports of his scamming and non-payment under Define Mobility on www.glassdoor.com. We contacted his contracting agency and they confirmed that Mr Singh and his company were terminated. We are a victim of this scanner and criminal and he owes us over $15, 000 and refuses to leave the condo.
We are currently attempting to evict him per the provincial Tenancy Act.
"beware of thief" claims to have equipment stolen from 5 people. Sorry to say but if none of them were arrested for theft then it probably never happened. Just Jessie and Rashmi or their kids covering their [censored] with lies so they can continue to live lavishly. Pathetic.

A device management company lost equipment? If they weren't a sham, wouldn't the equipment be encrypted and locked so it's valueless if stolen? Goes to show. Frauds.

I had the unfortunate experience for working the Jesse and Rashminder Singh. They still owe me 1.5 months of pay and believe it or not I was one of the lucky ones. Other people are owed 6 months pay and all the former employees and partners have filed a case against him with Ministry of Labor and they haven't received any money either.
This guy lives to screw people over not sure how he lives with himself. There is no moral compass in this guys family they only worship money doesn't matter who they screw over at what cost. I feel sorry for his kids to have scamming parents like this
Faraz Khan, Saad Junaid, Waqas Shah, Ken Gouveia, Kyron Baxter, are thiefs that have stolen equipment and monies. They also have no respect or integrity. They agree to something but do not uphold to it. Beware of these people. They have stolen over $50000.00
