Deezer Deezer

I have had Deezer for a few years, and I tried to play my music a few days ago and it would not play. I have emailed with them for a few days, and it is like you are talking to a robot. Not answering my questions, telling me to do things, I do them, nothing works, No phone number to talk to them. I am an elderly, disabled person and I enjoyed my music I had on Deezer but I have now asked them to cancel my subscription, and refund my payment of $9.99 I got charged on 8/7/22. I guess they are just too big to care about the little person.

Deezer Only showing 40 tracks even though i have downloaded over 500

I have subscribed to the Deezer hifi plan on my mobile and laptop and i have downloaded over 500 tracks simply for the reason that i could listen to my music even if I am not connected to the wifi
when I use my Deezer desktop version for my laptop and when i am not connected to a wifi network this damn app shows me only 40 tracks in stead of 617
I am sick and tired of this, I do not pay 12$ a month to be shown only 40 downloaded tracks out of 617 please fix this problem or I will go to another
streaming service for there buisness

Desired outcome: I am showed all 617 of my downloaded tracks

Deezer deezer family subscription

I paid R89-99 for a Family Subscription on 26 December 2019. This shows as a payment on my Deezer account. However, directly above the invoice, is a block which says I am signed up for the Free version. (Please see the attachment as proof). I queried this via email, and the assistant was unable to help me. A month later I am still on the free version, despite paying for the FAMILY subscription. I would like a refund, as I did not receive the service that I paid for.

Deezer premium package

I have always paid for premium package I have it on all my devices which means I pay separate bills and my wife as well I have not paid this past month and I can not access my music what's the point of paying for a premium package and saying I can listen to music offline when I can not access it after downloading it with my own money and paying the subscriptions months after months

Deezer deezer premium

I tried to access my deezer premium this afternoon, only to have to verify my cell number. Which was no being accepted on the mobile but was on desktop.

Afterwhich I had to RESET my deezer!

Now i am trying to sign up for premium again and it will not let me coz i apparently have a subscription to deezer premium!

I cannot delete my account either!

Deezer monthly subscription

To whom it may concern,
I have first come in contact with Deezer in October 2018 as I noticed that I have been double charged from May 2018.
I have provided evidence and my card details. I am requesting my money back and seeking compensation of £200 for the distressing situation I am in and poor case handling.
I am awaiting a response with the case fully resolved by Monday 21/01/19
I will be escalating the matter to the Consumer Ombundesman.

Deezer subscriptions

I have cancelled my Deezer Subscription months ago and I have deleted my app on my cellphone. Now the past few months Deezer has subtracted the subscription fee from my account and I am nog using of Deezers services. Hoe can they just decide to continue my subscription after I have cancelled it? It is completely unacceptable and legal steps will be taken.

Deezer their service is TERRIBLE

Deezer customer service is awful, the way they treat customers is terrible. When I phoned them I didn't even expect no one to literally listen to me. You know what they did? They held me on mute for all the time I spoke. This is unbelievable. I found out about it when I asked a question, then asked it again. I could hear they were speaking to each other. What the heck is that? So disappointing!
