Can't talk to live person
I have call SST V isa Card (Deetto Card Visa) at the number on the back [protected] and at [protected], and never can talk with live person. They are a poor company to deal with. If you have a problem you should be able to talk with someone
False charges/lack of customer service
1. They have no real Customer Service. The phone number only provides limited automated options. They provide no phone number to talk with a Customer Service Representative. They also provide no Web response form and no fax number. If you send a complaint by postal mail, they will call you. But if you're not available, they only leave the automated phone number and don't leave any way of calling them back for real.
2. They have an online payment system where you can pay them from your bank account, but often they will not process the payments you enter there. Then they charge you a Late Payment Fee even though you entered an online payment timely.
I have a Deetto Card ballance that I have been paying on for the last few years. My Card Expired in August of 2012 and have not received a new one. I pay my bill on line but now I can not Get on the website. What should I do I called the 877 Number and just got bumped of saying that all reps are busy. I want to pay my bill so that I will not get any charges added to it for late fees.
