Dedicated Hosting — BEWARE: No Support In The Event of Failures
Extremely poor support comes with every hosting package. My server started to hang and required a hard reboot. I submitted a ticket to reboot the server, then engaged live support and spoke with Nando (first level support) and requested action. Nando responded that he escalated to an administrator to carry out the task. I had requested updates as to how long it will take to do the reboot and was given a vague answer "It will be done earliest", which made no sense in an event like not being able to access the server. Surely rebooting a machine is not difficult. Hours go by with no responses to my requests for updates.
