I purchased an item, Dior Boudoir from decormyeyes.com on the 27th of February 2009 as a gift. I paid extra for gift wrapping which turned out to be UPS brown packing paper.
A minor detail, however as I incurred a loss financially I find this unacceptable. I contacted my seller Stanley about this and the response I received was abrasive and barely literate, at which point I requested not to be contacted again apart from details of the complaint procedure, to which I never received the courtesy of a reply.

I later discovered that the official Dior website priced the very same glasses approximately £20 cheaper than those listed on decormyeyes.com (the current exchange rate does not affect this). This came as a surprise, as decormyeyes claim to offer discounted prices,

I took this up with an online customer service adviser, in an instant messenger available directly from the website, by the name of Lindsey. Despite me providing her with the link and showing her the difference in price, in addition to pointing out the fact that the actual Dior sunglasses contained a Swarowski crystal and apparently could not see the difference. I also pointed out that their site claimed to sell authentic products with relevant documentary evidence in the form of an authenticity certificate. I pointed out that this was not received by the recipient. Nothing to resolve the issue. She then abruptly ended the conversation, re-directing me to her manager, giving me an international telephone number.

I then e-mailed sales at decormyeyes.com and provided them with full details of the conversation and my complaint. The response I got was sub-par and automated. It did nothing to resolve the issue and despite being directed to a supervisor or manager as instructed by the Customer Services representative, the person I received a response from was indeed the person I was making the initial complaint about in addition to the price discrepancy, being none other than my seller, Stanley Bold!

Upon further e-mail correspondence I decided to phone the so-called manager at the London I called the London office and spoke to a lady named Melissa who took down the details and informed me that the manager was out and would call me shortly. This manager is the sales rep, Stanley Bold. Despite me requesting that he contact me on my mobile phone, I made a call to him upon which I was put on hold.

I then spoke to him (or rather, was verbally abused and shouted at). He did not listen to a single word I said, or tried to say and hurled racist, derogatory, threatening and offensive abuse to me despite my attempts at keeping the matter civilized and professional, the point at which he told me to “shut the ### up” and that “England was a weird little country” and he “Doesn’t know how we do things here” and “Doesn’t care”.

At this point I terminated the call. Initially I wanted a refund, however at this point in time I am more concerned as to preventing people from using this website, as it is obvious the merchandise therein is fake, counterfeit, the website falsely advertises their merchandise as being authentic when in fact it is mere cheap knock-offs and the staff are abusive and unhelpful.

Since the telephone conversation did nothing in the way of resolving this issue, I put the various points in my complaint in writing including reference to the Consumer Goods Act 1972 whereby I should be entitled to a refund without having to pay an re-stocking fee in addition to the dispute over the authenticity of the item.

I then received an e-mail threatening the recipient of my purchase and their business address to the effect of: “NEVER INSULT ME THIS WAY AGAIN AND TELL ME THE ITEMS I SELL ARE NOT AUTHENTIC OR I WILL CALL [the business] AND CAUSE SUCH A PROBLEM AT YOUR DAUGHTERS OFFICE THAT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW TO GET OUT OF IT.

DO NOT UNDERMIND ME AND SAY THIS EVERY [sic] AGAIN!”

This further exemplifies the illiterate, unprofessional, aggressive and abusive sub-human cretin that Stanley Bold is.

In conclusion, I hope that this complaint reaches you before this obvious con artist deprives you of your hard earned cash! I will however be taking this as far as possible in order to get this man and his products recognized for what they are – fraudulent and dishonest, both for the US and the UK.

I just read the article about this company in the NY Times. If you want to give him a taste of his own medicine you can continuously click on his pay per click ads on google. He will get charged every time some one clicks and it will limit his visibility on the search engine

I ordered a pair of Chanel sunglasses from Mr. Bolds, unfortunately it was around the holidays and on a Saturday evening. When I received the glasses they were the right item number, but the pair I had ordered were encrusted with rhinestones and the pair I received were not, there was also no packing list-which lead me to believe that maybe this company was not legit. The glasses appeared to be authentic Chanel, I've never been fooled before, but I assumed the worst. I came to [redacted] and found 4 unbelievable reports filed not only against the company but also against Stanley Bolds. Based on the ostentatious reports that he had told one woman he was 'going to kill her', another he told to kill themself, reports that the glasses were fakes, and other ridiculous claims. People wrote things that were to crazy not to be believed. I did not call Mr. Bolds, figuring that if he were to threaten me i would have documentation corresponding with him only through e-mails.

I wrote him a scathing e-mail, stating that I believed the glasses were fake and that according to [redacted] he was a scam artist, he of course denied it. He e-mailed me stating that if I sent the glasses back he would refund only the purchase price, but I would have to pay for restocking fees and shipping. Further infuriated I went to Chanel, with the glasses, THEY ARE REAL! Mr. bolds ended up giving me a call, I was still angry that the glasses were not the ones I had ordered, so much so I hardly gave him the opportunity to speak. Somehow throughout our e-mails back and forth, he missed the fact that I told him there were no rhinestones on the glasses I received. He apologized stating that the glasses I had ordered were sold out, he notified one of his vendors, who had a pair of the item number in the correct color - he checked on his site, the color and item number were the same (he just didn't notice they had rhinestones in the picture).

Mr. Bolds is not AT ALL the person these Liars claim he is! My assumption is that the four people (one of which wouldn't even give his name?!?!) are probably competitors, or something of the sort. The website is crammed with well priced treasures and the fact that Mr. Bolds went out of his way to get me what he thought were the correct glasses is a testament to what a genuinely good business man he is! Given that the glasses were in fact the wrong ones Mr. Bolds was kind enough to eat the cost of the shipping and restocking, he is a small business owner and takes very little money to pocket (I know the true cost that Chanel would have charged me for the glasses). Don't believe everything you read - obviously angry people are prone to excageration. You would be passing up on a fantastic deal by not doing business with this gentleman, I cannot believe I took those slanderous remarks about Stanley Bolds and Decor My Eyes at face value, when your irritated you'll believe anything you want to I guess.

I submitted an order for a pair of sunglasses. I incorrectly imput my credit card info and the order came back declined. I cancelled the order and now they claim that I owe 20% of the order, otherwise they would send it to collections. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't they wait for payment before they request the order?

I ordered a pair of frames, eyeglasses, and they no longer make them. They were threatening to charge a 20% restocking fee. I cancelled my credit card because I suspected fraud. I called up to talk to them about it and the guy who said he was the "owner" told me to suck his dick and that he would charge my credit card as many times and as much as he wanted to. But my credit card company refused to authorize his charge.

I actually recorded the conversation and am going to pursue legal action against him and his company for sexual harassment. The company is liable because I told them what happened and they kept connecting me to the same individual, so they are all accomplices and are legally vulnerable because they aided him.

You may recall reading about DecorMyEyes.com back in December when its owner, Vitaly Borker (also known as “Tony Russo” and “Stanley Bolds"), was charged with selling fake designer sunglasses online, stealing customers' credit card information, and then stalking them and making threatening comments like "I AM WATCHING YOU" when they complained about any or all of the above. He's pleading guilty to all charges and faces fines of at least $250, 000 as well as up to 50 years in jail. He'll receive his sentence on September 16, 2011.

i am currently in a dispute with Tony Russo...HORRIBLE "person" to deal with...just called to speak with a Customer Service Manager and they told me that Tony is the owner of the company and that there is NO ONE higher to speak with...i will be disputing charges with my credit card company and contacting the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs as well as the BBB..

long story short...November 2009: i sent sunglasses in to have a scratched lense replaced...told the CSR that i did NOT want polarized lenses used...they sent back to me (after an extremely LONG wait) the sunglasses fitted with new polarized lenses...which i can NOT use..called them back and was instructed to send back the glasses at MY expense...after several weeks of NOT hearing from them, they called me to ask what kind of lenses i wanted and WHY i sent them back...was put through to Tony Russo who was VERY obnoxious, RUDE, and arrogant in his dealings...he was yelling at me and asking ME what were polarized lenses..what was the problem...saying they never put them (lenses) in when the rep i called back the first time confirmed that polarized were used..which is NOT what i asked for...i told him to send me back the sunglasses and hung up..

a few days later, i recvd an email that a refund had been issued...contacted my credit card company and NOTHING has come thru...advised Tony today (01/14/10) and according to him..."I did my job nothing more for me to do on my end"..there is still NO refund as of today (he told me it was processed on 12/29)..so...i will be disputing the charge and reporting this business to the BBB and NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Be very Aware of Stanley Bold aka Tony Russo
I purchased a pair of miu miu sunglasses from Stanley Bold in September 2008, I was very disappointed when I received these as it was very obvious that they were fake and very cheap. I sent an email stating that I thought these were fake and unhappy about the purchase. The response I got was “Ah ha ha ha.”
Not long after I made the online purchase the bank phoned me to advise that they were going to cancel my credit card as there was suspicious activity going on with my credit card. I had only had the credit card for 2 months and this was the only online purchase made with the card.

Today I received a sales related email from Tony Russo who I believe is Stanley Bold but now using Tony because of all of the shocking reviews related to Stanley Bold.
I emailed him back straight away that I wasn’t interested as the last purchase I made was a fake.
His response was “Fake my a** I bought from direct from the company
Fake is in your head this item is 100% real you stupid person”

I emailed sales@decormyeyes.com that I was appalled and shocked by the above response.
The response I got back from the email this time was
“Exactly
DON'T CALL MY ### FAKES you a**hoe.
You are offending me”

This time instead of emailing back I phoned and asked to speak with a Senior Manager and I was put through to Tony Russo. I told him I didn’t appreciate the email and that I wanted to speak to someone higher up. He told me he was the owner operator to deal with it and to go f*ck myself. Without even thinking I quickly hung the phone up because I was really shocked. I had colleagues around me who were aware of what was going on and encouraged me to phone back a second time because someone that rude surely could not be the owner manager of a company; I phoned back a 2nd time and this time I went directly to him, this time also I put him on speaker phone, he continued to swear at and abuse me, I told him that he was on speaker and that people who have bought from him in the past and potential future customers would be no longer, to which he replied that he didn’t give a [censored] as he was set up for life with his current customer base and why would he care what we thought. He continued to ridicule me Australia and then told me he needed to go because he needed to jack himself off, he then got very vulgar and disgusting so much so that I can’t put the words he used on this review because it’s too disgusting.

How can decormyeyes.com still be permitted to do business online? The guy is sick, deluded and psychotic, be very careful when dealing with this guy. If you have had luck with buying glasses that are legit, congratulations you are a niche of customers that are few and far between.

I ordered a product from the other company, Decor My Home, which is owned by the same person. They either leaked, sold, or mishandled my credit card information which resulted in $1500 of fraudulent purchases. I have proof it was this company and hope my bank's fraud department nails their butts!
