I applied in Herb Kimble's company as one of the Quality Assurance. But before me, two of my friends were already hired (a team leader and another quality assurance). I was first interviewed by Bernadette Dela Cruz, their HR/ ACCOUNTANT. He informed me that there are no available slots for quality assurance position. Later that night (they asked me to come back to attend the training), i spoke with Claire Reyes, their GM, and told me that they wanted me to dial for 2 weeks, after that, they will be needing my service as a quality assurance. I agree on that but informed her that i am really not good in doing calls for outbound. She told me that it is OK because their CEO (HERB KIBMLE), just wanted me to be familiar with the account coz i might be the Q. A for that. I did my best to make a sale but the system, same time with their ###ing god damn I. T. (Noriel) was really pissing me off. Thats why i decided to talk again with Claire Reyes. She told me that she will pull me out next week to be the Q. A for a certain account that they will open. I've waited and I've waited for too long but nothing happens. My peers were asked to memorize a ###ing script, after which HERB KIMBLE will do a call simulation.
This is how he manage to terminate agents who are not good (for him).
I was one of the 4 terminated trainees (April 9, 2009). Because we cant make a ###ing sale for CASH AMERITECH. For me i feel bad because they asked us to come back after 30 days to claimed our last pay. I wanted to speak with Claire that time. but i saw her talking to someone on the phone.
(NOTE: this company is not yet registered to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, thats why all of there agents are receiving exactly half their salary for every pay-out. This company started its operation last December 26, 2008)
