Debt Eater took 140.00 from my bank account

I was on the US Govt grant site and ordered the info for a 1.75 the next thing I know is my bank account was hit for 140.00 for some Debt Eater thing which I never signed up for and would never give 140.00 for. First, my bank credited me back but now it appears they have debited my account again as I have no proof of any thing to show I did not order it. I have never recieved anything from the debt eater site either, for the money I supposedly spent.

I have never heard of Debt Eater but am being charged for it. I want my money back and my name taken off your so called 'lists.' Your type of ### makes me sick. Things are to be hard enough for people without ### like you billing us for something that we did NOT order. I hope you are to be sued a million times over for fraud.

I had a fee of $29.95 taken off my credit account called the number given and asked that they take me of for future billing, I would eat the $29.95. Two weeks later I have another fee of $39.95 on my account from the same company! They were investigating the first charges and now I have another!

Debt Eater Unauthorized charges

I have been charged three (3) times for $29.95 from this Debt Eater company in which I have never heard of. I called their number [protected]) and the gentlemen stated that apparently I must have ordered some kind of trial wellness product some time ago. I did in fact order a FREE trial of ACAI BERRY dietary supplement back in January. However, when you enter your payment method and information, they automatically sign you up for a FITNESS program that you will be billed for monthly if you do not cancel before a certain amount of time. I did cancel my account within days, however I still received withdrawals from my bank account from this ACAI BERRY company. The gentlemen with Debt Eater stated that there was some kind of computer gliche and it automatically enrolled me into their services when I ordered the ACAI product. He also stated he would refund all of my money, so we'll see if they do!

Please be very careful when ordering ANYTHING online! You must read all of the fine print...if you don't, it'll cost you money, time and heartache!

Debt Eater is an independent scam that is attatched to other sites when one loads them.I have only just become aware of this after personally investigating the situation myself.I have found them linked through several sites including the one I personally dowloaded that was only the Business Contact and Profilecost of one dollar.I am now being charged one dollar, plus the Debt Eater charge independently 30.45 for their seperate service that I did not authorize.

Debt Eater has an ALIAS EVERYONE!It is EZ Grant Pro.

I have been charged 62 dollars and change for a product from this company that I have never heard of and it was charged without my permission. I have gotten nothing but the run around form the "customer service" that this shady company has and no one will answer my questions or give any type of phone number for their corporate office, stating no supervisors or phone numbers other than the one I called was available. Sounds suspiciously like a scam to me! I was assured that everything will be done within 7-10 business days, we will see P.S.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Debt Eater Unauthorized Purchase

I had 3 unauthorized charges for $29.95 on my account for this Debt Eater company. I called the company to see what was going on and they said that at some point in time, I must have ordered a Trial for some type of Wellness Product, which I had. The product I ordered, was a free trial of the Acai Berry Dietary Pills. Apparently when you enter all of your contact & billing information, you are automatically entered into a Fitness Program with a trial period provided. However, even after I cancelled EVERYTHING, I was still charged $30 for these Acai Berry pills. I went round and round with so many people on the phone and I could never get a straight answer from anyone.
Now $29.95 is still being withdrawn from my account under DEBT EATER. However, when I called their office [protected]), the gentlemen stated that they were aware of my trial sample I ordered and that for some reason it automatically entered me into their monthly services. He stated he would refund my money and also provided me with a cancellation number.
Now, I guess I'll just wait to see if they follow through with their word!
WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE! THIS HAS BEEN A HUGE ORDEAL AND A VERY TIRING ONE AT THAT!
MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PLEASE!
This actually might save you money and any kind of heartache.

I cancelled my memership with Debt eaters and Debt works on 7/8/09...on 7/24/09 my card was charged $29.95. When I called and requested the refund since I had already cancelled, I was informed by Deseree that I only cancelled Debt Eaters memebership, that I would of had to hang up and call back to cancel Debt Works...what? I made it clear and had them repeat back to me 3x that I cancelled everything and I would not be charged. When I ask to speak to a supervisor...was told they don't take calls...what?

Amazing how this internet crap is not regulated better and rip off companies can and will rip you off. I have disputed this charge and have reported this illeagal activity to the Attorney General's office here in IL>

I saw two charges on my bank statement from "Debt Works" and "Learn How Debt Works." Both provided telephone number [protected] UT. On the fourth try, I finally was connected to an uncorrupted connection on which an inteligent conversation could be held. I still have found no e-mail address or mailing address.

They say I signed up for an account with debt--eater.com. I do not have a contact by any of the three possible contacts ("Debt Works"; "Learn How Debt Works"; and debt--eater.com) to check back to see what services are offered. There should at least be a link to the services on their message to me or a CD provided.

I told them to cancel my account which they apparently have done. A confirmation number of LW0805 was given. The representative asked why I was cancelling the account. My response was that it is my business.

I have been dealing with this SCAM since January. I also have been charged 29.95 repeatedly since ordering and cancelling an Acai noni trial. I cancelled (so I thought) everything the same day I ordered the trial...including the fit factory fine print automatic sign-up. I thought all was fine and then Debt Eater from UT appeared on my charge card account. I disputed this charge because I didn't authorize it. It was taken care of by my credit card company. The next month, the 29.95 had taken on a new name...Acai Daily Supplements. I called them to dispute the charge. They sent me to the fit factory number and claimed it was them charging me. Fit factory said I cancelled everything in January and that the Acai company is doing the SCAM and that fit factory had severed ties with that company because of the way they are treating customers. I got the run around. I had to call my credit card company and cancel my card because of this crap. I will never order a trial of anything online again because of this madness. The only way to get this taken care of is to cancel your card and begin again. They just keep charging the 29.95 and changing the name of the company, then denying any claim in it whatsoever. While I was on the phone with my credit card company, I was told Debt Eaters had put another charge on my account for March. I had just disputed it in January. The way this company runs their business is insane. Their customer service people have such an accent that you cannot understand them and then they have such crazy music and static in the background you can't understand them. I yelled and finally hung up on them after getting a bogus phone number to call. I swear, they will make you crazy.
