Debbie Brooks / never received money from merchandise that was demanded to be returned
Debbie Brooks sold us bags wholesale a few years ago. After about a year we marked down the four bags that we had left in our inventory. We received a nasty phone call from Paul at Debbie Brooks demanding that we send the bags back to him and he would refund our money. (there was another local store that sold the line as well) We did so immediately at our cost and to no benefit to us. We never received our money and have called, written, seen them in person at trade shows. The money only amounts to $200 plus $20 shipping, but they had terrible business practices, and it's terrible that they never sent our money to us. We paid them for the bags on time in the first place, I don't know why they never paid us after repeated requests. Also Paul is the rudest man that I have ever done business with.
