DealManitem never received - email not being responded to regarding #dm1301417

None of my inquiries for more information on status of shipment and requests on status have gone unanswered - this is disgraceful, disrespectful, very unhappy customer; this was to be a christmas present for my son who really wanted the jacked we are going into the 2nd week of 2017 and still no jacket.

I ordered the following below on nov 25 on nov 28 i received the following:

Still waiting for this items. not happy as it has been more than 30 days and lack of communication with you creating my inqiurys to status of tracking etc as the number and i formation provided does not show up on either tracking site information provided.
