DealExtreme items have never arrived

This company has nothing but horrible service. I made an order and purchased 8 things from DX. It was back in November! Well, it is January now and I received only 3 items. Only later I discovered that DX sent me invalid tracking numbers for the rest 5 items. I contacted their customer service and asked about where the rest part of my order was. But the only thing they can do good is making up all sorts of excuses. They did not send me anything and refused giving back my money. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I got my money back. DX is a very dishonest company.

DealExtreme goods not received after 2 months

An order (order number [protected]) for U$ 52 was submitted and paid for on 5 Nov 2015, and by 5 Jan 2016 nothing had arrived yet. Contacting customer support for a refund resulted in being given the runaround and stall tactics. What I want is plain and simple: a full refund. I will not accept the goods at this point (even if they were to arrive).

DealExtreme worst deal ever

My friend used Deal Extreme for several year and had no problems with it. But I wasn't so lucky and had only trouble with them. I made three orders there. I was checking the status of my order every day and then a new message was added to one of my orders - "temporary out of stock". It took 5 months for all my orders to arrive. At the begging I tried many times to cancel the orders, but it didn't work. Once I tried to confirm my suggestion the web page collapsed. Two orders were damaged and the third one was stuck at customs, because they forgot to put a declaration form. I tried to contact their support and wrote a complaint and they told that I need to send back all damaged products. They also told that they will compensate only 50% of the fee. I also had to pay the shipping to China. I guess my friend was very lucky. They also have that „live chat” option but it totally useless. They don't respond and even if they do that does not make any sense. The only thing they do really good is ignoring any issues. If you care about your money just stay away from this company.

DealExtreme two defetice items and refusing to refund. order [protected]

Order [protected] - CUBE TALK9X Android 4.4 WCDMA 3G Phone MT8392 Octa-Core Tablet PC w/ 9.7", 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM This is horrible. I ordered two tablet s a few months ago. One arrived defective. It was replaced and the new one arrived dead. I have asked for a refund. Since then it has been a nightmare. The customer service are inventing all kind of lies telling me that PayPal refuses the refund, that I need to confirm my PayPal account a thousand times, that I need to wait 15-20 working days for another refund attempt and so on. This is really horrible. I will take legal steps but I just wanted to warn other customers (and I will do the same all over internet). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES! EVER!

DealExtreme untraceable shipment. my order no [protected]

Hi, I gave an order to this company on 23rd of September, amounting 97.10$, where 30.30$ of this amount was for expedited shipment. At the very beginning the order no was as indicated above, with a tracking no: EA115692739CN. I have been informed that my parcel shipped on the 30th of September. I could not trace my shipment, then they said "sorry your order is not well processed by the shipper", and they gave me a new order no as [protected] and new tracking no that is EE689852082CN . I have been tracking this number since 27th of October but still this shipment is UNTRACEABLE! The products I ordered were some urgent materials for one of our projects and we have really in trouble with our customers. The full history is included in the attached pages. ı want to know where is my parcel, and what is wrong with this company could not been able to ship a tiny little order to me since 40 days although I paid for expedited shipment. DealExtreme do not succeed to get a working phone

"One year ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy III on DX.com. We got one after nearly two months (!) and half a year later It blew up at night, when charging. Well, bugs happen and It's not DX problem, originally. We asked to solve our problem and were proposed to (1) fix It in our country and get accounted for (not money back, of course - just into our account in DX) either (2) send It back and get accounted for either (3) send It back and get a new one. In each case 20 USD had to be removed as a payment for their delivery of an original phone - and in cases (2) and (3) additional 20 bucks had to be paid for the second delivery (which normally cost, may be, 3 or 4 dollars). Well, It's already look much worse, but we accepted to send our phone back and to add $40 to get a new one. Finally, It came. BUT! *** The second part of the story starts. The refurbished phone, we've got, did not connect to any network. I mean, It connected for half a minute (or for 2-3 minutes) and disconnected. He was useless. For one week already we try to get a new one - but the only option, proposed to us is (a citation) "How about you return the item and I keep the money as store credit for you ?" *** The result: It blew up August, 31. Today is October, 28. FOR TWO MONTHS ALREADY we do not have cellular phone. We payed twice, payed for sending a phone and the only thing we are proposed is to pay a little bit more (for sending back a phone) and buy something other from this site. DealExtreme ordered items and never received

i ordered an xbox 360 charger and battery packs from them on feb. 20th. i was told i would receive it on march 21. i never did so i contacted then via live chat. i cant call them being in hong kong. they said it was in amsterdam. they said wait 2 weeks. well i did, then i contacted them again april 9th and was told that it was lost for 2 weeks in amsterdam and i needed to wait 2 more weeks. i asked for a manager and recieved an email for one. it was [protected]@gmail.com. i have sent multiple email to her regarding reimbursement oir refund and i never get a reply. i contacted them again and told them i needed another manager and i am told that she is the only one. then i am told that its 2 am there and i need to contact them later. when i do then its still 2 am. its a scam i believe. i still never received my items so on april 27th i contacted them again and was told that it was in the UK and i need to wait 2 more weeks. im tired of all this. i checked other websites and there are 1000's of complaints from this company. i just want my money back immediately. i dont trust them with my card info.

Extremely Slow to Ship, Extremely Poor Response to Complaints, Extremely Inferior Packaging, and Extremely Necessary to File a PayPal Dispute to Get Satisfaction. And, Buy This Stuff on EBAY, it's Cheaper and Sellers Are More Reliable.

I ordered and paid from Deal Extreme some items on October 5 2014. As of to date - December 27 2014 - didnt get my order.
I've had been in contact with their customer service department since November 5, BUT ALL I receive from them are excuses that make no sense. I dont know what to do. G. Levinton

i shopped on dealextreme. package seems to be shipped on 13.10.2012 but still didn't receive.
create a support ticket, wrote many times, but they're keep saying "wait for two weeks more".
this was first shopping on dx.com, and last.
it seems dealextreme is fraud.

I have put the orders 01129sur on 1/12/2011, 0201t1mt on 2/1/2011 and 02193u3q on 2/19/2011 and none of them has arrived. DealExtreme support didn't answer my emails!

I ordered a dvd drive for an xbox 360 it was 8 day late and it was used did not work. I open tit up and it was full of dust and cob webs and had been well used.

DX is ok untill you get an item that doesn't work. I was offered 1/3 of the price as a compensation. It seems as they doesn't care if they lose a customer. I have bought items for almost 1900$

DealExtreme long delay for refund

I purchased a D800 battery drive in October 2014. It was not delivered until early December, the company citing it had been returned due to a 'technical' customs problem, most likely just their BAD shipping. I sent the unopened package back on 5 Dec, 2014, and posted a photo and postal tracking number as requested. After posting the image again, a further SIX TIMES, I'm still being asked for a postal receipt. I assume DealExtreme have NO IDEa of how to track returns, given that the original shipping number would have to be verified. They won't even do the proper checks to verify the item was returned. DON'T under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, purchase anything from DealeExtreme ! They are completely untrustworthy, and have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of customer service !

DealExtreme product hasn't arrived

I've been waiting for my product to arrive for over 2 months; they keep telling me it's on its way and now it's in China apparently. I don't even live in China, how did it end up there after 2 months?! Are DX so sloppy that they messed up the country I live in? This appears to be the case. Live chatting customer service was little help as the guy didn't even work for DX and was unable to do basic things, like emailing or faxing info. This coupled with his very poor grammar, led me to believe he was borderline ###ed.

Their customer service is laughable and they do not ship items properly. I still want my item so I will continue to interact with "customer service".

DealExtreme scam & fraud

Dealextreme is a Scam
(1) Shipping details advertised is False
(2) Tracking Numbers Don't work
(3) No Customer service at all
(4) Dealextream REVIEWS are a Fraud.. They control it & NO Bad Reviews are posted.
(5) Dealextream forum... Same Don't bother
But Most IMPORTAINTLY... if you complain too much... They will Hack your Phone & send you NASTY text Messages. They sent 300+ text messages every day.
This is a very Dangerous site.. When you join you have to provide details to them... So they know where you live as well. Don't use passwords on that site that you use with other things.
My Advice... Stay Well Clear of Dealextream

DealExtreme no refund, rude customer service

I'm on Day 112 of my (never-arrived) order. Around Day 70 I requested a Paypal refund, on Day 93 they offered me a refund and told me it would take 1-2 weeks because I had taken over 90 days(!), on Day 98 they asked me which email address I'd like my refund to be sent (!), and today I thought I'd find out why I don't have my refund. As they've closed my ticket, I've used Live Chat and been given "Starck" as an operator. I'm cutting out the part of the conversation where they told me my package had not been lost, but returned to them (as their English made the final fate of the parcel quite ambiguous).

Starck: Please hold on for a moment while I check on that for you.
Me: thank you
Starck: the refund ha been rejected by paypal .we shall submi another refund for you
Me: will this take 1-2 weeks?
Starck: yes, since it is overdue refund,
...
Me: can you please confirm for me the email address you're sending the Paypal refund
Starck: anyhow live chat con;t handle the refund issue, of course don't know which accout applied the refund from
Starck: also
Starck: there is no more can be said if you stand against us still

DealExtreme order [protected]

A COMPLETELY SCAM! I've waiting for long two months and purchase was never received. They $#*!ed me around begging me to wait for two, four, six more days. They barefaced lied on my face saying they are still tracking an untrackable order as it was allegedly mailed by simple Chinese courier. I am supposed to be patient and take all the actions while they give me no positive answer. I have finally decided to quit my claim and express my opinion in different consumer's opinion websites. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DISCARD THIS FAKE COMPANY

DealExtreme usage of unethical practice towards customers

Received a dead on arrival device from DealExtreme. Thus open a ticket to request for exchange. The CS person was not helpful, asking me to get it repaired locally and the repair fee will only be refunded if they find it reasonable. I asked why can't the item be replaced instead or refunded even. The CS person still insist on repairing locally which is when I open dispute over the transaction with them in Paypal.

After I opened dispute, the CS person suddenly asked me to send the item back to them and gave me a RMA ticket to print out. She said that the postage charge will be refunded to me together with the defective item price once they received proof of my sending. After I sent through registered mail, and gave them evidences of the shipment, they gave me this "Close dispute if you want your money back." I said "No. You can refund me through the dispute and close it yourself." and the same old "Close dispute if you want your money back."

This was when the BS began. The CS person then explained that they can't refund me the money because the transaction is being disputed, thus Paypal don't allow them to. I was of course surprised about this information as being such a long time online shopper and user of Paypal, I have never knew of such problems, and all my seller always settle and close the dispute themselves by refunding etc. I called Paypal and they advised me to escalate instead. They told me there is no such thing and warn me against closing the dispute as I may never get back my money if I close it.

I therefore escalate it and told DealExtreme about what paypal told me to tell them to do. They never do anything except the same old "Close dispute if you want your money back." That's when I replied with a "Ok. Let Paypal decide on you giving me the refund then." and I stopped responding to the ticket. Their reply was "Sorry. Why you don't trust us?"

I had goggled around to see what is the reputation on DealExtreme regarding refunding. They most seldom do. They always asked people to close dispute just to get refund and the people who did close the dispute thinking that DealExtreme can be trusted, never ever got their items nor their money back. Thus I am warning all against this type of unethical practice of DealExtreme.

Also it doesn't method you post to their forum as your post will be instantly deleted. It is amazing how their response to bad review is so fast and yet their response to tickets and refunds are so slow. Think about it if you decide to purchase from them.

I believe any website who hires people to spam the boards are as lousy as DealExtreme. Thus I will advise people not to go to such a website too.

Paypal can not help me because i did not inform them 45 days after the payment.

30 days ago I placed an order of US$15.00 with dealextreme that should reach me in a week or so according to their website and never got my two items. Livechat says it is normal for this time of the year. I am afraid this is a fraudulent company. My order nº RA099413359CN

Sell counterfeit items without making clear that is what they are doing. Offer no support if the items are seized by customs as a result. Moderate their forums so that if you point out that an item is a counterfeit the post gets deleted.

I have ordered and paid for products already in January this year. They still did not deliver the product and refuse to refund me. They do not help you on their chat or ticket services. They take your money and you will never see your order or your money again. Every time I contact them they want me to wait another couple of weeks.

DealExtreme dealextreme # customer service

Worst experience ever buying with them.
Bought a mobile phone wrist watch from them, delieverd on time but it was defective. I told raised a ticket with them telling them about this and first they said oh can you get it repaired locally (like WTF), it's a new item why do I have to get it repaired. Then they said can you send it back to the address (as I am in UK so they give me a UK address to send it back to). Sent the item back and they said they'll pay me the postage charges as well.
They got the item and then said oh do you want us to send you a replacement and keep the postage charges as a store credit. I said to them No I don't want to do this, I asked them to send me another item which will cover my total cost that I have paid them so far (original item price + postage charges). That item costed a few more dollars extra then my toal cost which they rejected and said we have refunded your original item but for the postage charges I have to wait for three weeks to be refunded. Seriously stupid, like why do I have to wait for my own money back.
DO NOT EVER BY FROM THEM!
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!

I've bought a few things from them now and a problem with all. Either faulty or incorrectly described.
Now they won't refund money owing to me for things so bad I had to return them - store credit is the only way!
This site seems to be dumping reject stuff and relying on distance to get around local consumer laws.

Hi,

I just experienced a similar case that ended today.

I had an undelivered order for over 2month now. Order made 2013, sept.23th and left China on 2013, Oct. 6th, since then, no trace of my order and DX.com won't admit the package is lost.
I opened a ticket on Nov. 1st, with DX.com and for 3 weeks and they kept saying, sorries and to wait more days, ... wait more days.

On the side I opened a dispute with paypal and got a full refund from paypal.

No more DX.com for me, they are banned for life + 20 years.

WORST customer service EVER !

At least you got your money back. I have to open Paypal dispute and escalate upwards to get Paypal to get my money back. and for your postage charges, I doubt you will ever get it back. Seriously, search around. I got back my postage charges through Paypal disputes too.

DealExtreme item never received

I ordered an item on 25 November 2012, received an email from Dealextreme saying it was paid for and sent on 26 November, but as of 22 January 2013 have not received it. I have contacted them a number of times and have always been asked to wait a little longer to see if it arrives. I have asked for my money back but that has been refused. I now realise I will never get the item, nor my money, and I believe this company to be doing this not only to me, but to many others, after having read some reviews on the web. Somehow these types of companies must be more easily identifiable of they will continue to scam customers.

Never had an issue with DX.com to be honest. Now there was one delayed package...around the same time as yours. But if anyone knows anything about 'missing in the post' then you'd know that post office services are legally responsible for goods until they are delivered. In other words these are not your goods until you have them. Any issues until you get them are between the vendor and the postal service. So you never owned those products and DX can confirm this as the item never entered your postal district and this is trackable.

When you point that out to any vendor they will give you a credit or refund because they and you know they can claim against the post service. DX.com is a large company, they are running a pretty long time. They know full well they can claim against chinapost or EMS or whatever and because of the high volume of orders they probably end up claiming a lot. I pointed it out, they offered a refund, or repost, I asked for a repost... then the next day or the day after the items arrived. Late for Xmas but arrived.

When I pointed out the trackable items never got to me and they could confirm it they offered me a credit or refund. Since you have an account try it, you'll get a refund.

Its probably not the best tactic to use your on personal experience once with a company to paste them with the 'scam' brush. Especially one that is the Chinese answer to a cheap skate amazon.

Anyway, yes post will be searched outgoing and incoming. China searches outgoing as well as incoming post and they are bloody anal about it. Their postal service has had an explosive growth in the past decade and clearly they are under a lot of pressure to keep up... I think falling apart under the strain would be more apt. So post will be delayed, but you do get a tracking number and can track these things online.

I CONTACT THEM AND THEY KEEP REPEAT AN AUTOMATIC MESSAGE WITH THE SAME THING! DealExtreme had extremely painful experience with them

"For anybody out there that's even thinking of purchasing from DX.COM, I cant emphasis this enough. STAY THE F AWAY FROM DX.COM! They are calculating thieves of the highest order! My misfortune with DX.COM (which by the way should be a synonym for taking theft to new artistic levels) began on 10th October, when I placed an order for goods to the value of $243. You think those goods have arrived, hell no.! To begin with the key items in my order where apparently out of stock (do you think these items where listed as out of stock, no, they just let you purchase them anyways..) that was the first clue that I'm about to get ripped off. Only after following up post 14day silence, with nobody informing me that the items I purchased are out of stock, did I get a response/update stating that they out of stock, do I want to wait or. Being somebody that grants the privilege and benefit of doubt, I gave them 6 item list to perhaps replace the purchased items that where out of stock. And guess, what, they only had two of the six items in stock, so basically they list items on their website that they just don't f#$%ing have, at all, for you the unwitting consumer to purchase! Then as if that's not enough, I get a msg from them stating that my items have been shipped expect for the ones out of stock, Im also issued with a tracking number for Singpost, except the tracking number does not track anything. How do I know this? I know this because I sent a mail to Singpost requesting their confirmation of that they have received the items as when I enter the tracking number I get this message, "31-10-2012 INFORMATION RECEIVED (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article) . Singpost responded stating, " Please be advised that Singpost have just received an acknowledgement from the online merchant to deliver the article in Singapore. However, we have not received the article. For further information, contact the sender. " When I inquired with DX as to why the item has not been sent to Singpost for shipping to myself yet, they said, ohh, no, don't worry, it takes longer than a few days to have the item sent there, or something stupid to that effect. Since then I've searched the web, looking for complaints related to DX.com, and now this is a woper. Most of the complaints about DX.COM follow similar patterns. These patterns of deception that characterize DX.COM as an international thievery corporation, lets you think you purchasing actual items, takes your money, pretends that there is some delay in the shipment along the way, then there is the back and forthing which continues until frankly you just give up hope on some sought of favorable resolution! Quite frankly, this is why I will never, never, never purchase from China again. DX.COM sets a terrible precedent for ethical business standards not to mention incredibly bad customer service! Here's an idea DX.COM, why don't you people re-register yourselves as dontexpectnottobeconned.com. Emphasis on BEFORE. You telling me after the fact that you have now marked the item as temporarily out of stock will not appease me or anybody else for that matter. With regards to the refund, we will have to play your peoples favorite game, which is wait and see, now wont we... Then you continue to say, "For the shipped package, the tracking shows 31-10-2012 INFORMATION RECEIVED, please relax. The tracking information is updated online by Singapore Post." I agree that the tracking shows 31-10-2012 information received, and you know what, that's all Singapore Post has received, bloody information and not my package. See Singapore Post email that states the below,

And so from the above you can clearly, clearly see that they have confirmed that they have not, I bloody-well repeat, they have not received the article, in question. So please, do not patronize me and tell me that they have not scanned the item or its en-route or any other such BS. The whole point of providing tracking number, is so that people can TRACK their freaken items. So on that basis, let me ask you a simple question. WHERE ARE MY ITEMS?... Cause without the freaking tracking number that's supposed to be tracking the whereabouts of my purchase, how the hell am I supposed to know at which post office in my home country the items are at...?

When you say, "Please let us know if there is any chance we are able to serve you in the future" my response is, lets see if you people are able to do what your as an organization say you do... Cause I don't believe that you are capable of doing it at all. My extremely painful experience with DX.COM is standing proof of that.

DealExtreme bad business

On Oct 1 I ordered a wireless keyboard from this company….did not receive order until Oct 30 …the original had been opened and when I tried to use the merchandise the letter(o) on the keyboard did not work…..when I tried to contact customer service…it referred me back to a web page…asking about information I knew nothing about…also asking to take photos of the product as well as repackaging the product, ..ship it back to Hong Kong…All at my expense for a replacement…Im looking at another possible 60 days round trip….not worth it….Ive learned my lesson shop in the USA if a product has a defect there is always customer service And in (5) business days youre back in business…

I have been buying from them for quite sometime now
allways at around the $3 mark (i did not trust the make from the start)
at some point (about a year ago) I ordered a BT unit for my bikes helmet
and from here things went down hill
DX did not honoured thier pledge of a full refund and reimbursment of return shipping

since i am not intending to purchases from you in such a large sums of money, a store credit is not acceptable
i am willing to accept a refund directly to a bank account (details of which will be delivered to you upon your acceptance)

if you need refunds, please tell me your recent order# which payment within 180 days(credit card ), or 90 days (paypal), then, we can try our best to submit the refunds success.

if without recent orders, i'm afraid you have to accept store credit, since the refunds can't be refunded through credit card anymore, after payment was made over 180 days.

you given me some recent orders, since the total value less than refund amount, full refund of defective item also can't be issued.

later, you also can use the credit into your future orders, or contact us make the refunds through your other recent orders.

As stated before ONLY a full refund of the $91.99 +$14 will be accepted

the fact that it took you! so long to come to realise that is your fault and ONLY YOUR FAULT!
should you like to steal my money' I will do my at most to publicise it in all possible forums' to worn all potential customers
thus causing you to loos as much business as possible.
I therefore will not accept any store credit as I hold no trust in your company any more
and as to my last order of the cable of mini usb to a usb, I did not get it, another prove that your company does not deserve my trust

I bought a product by web because of low price. I waited patiently and when it reached the post office, I had to pay an additional tax. In my home, I plugged the mobile to charge, but in one hour charging, the phone gave no response, flasher or display don't turn on. I am now looking for a way to refund.

For anybody out there that's even thinking of purchasing from DX.COM, I cant emphasis this enough. STAY THE F AWAY FROM DX.COM! They are calculating thieves of the highest order! My misfortune with DX.COM (which by the way should be a synonym for taking theft to new artistic levels) began on 10th October, when I placed an order for goods to the value of $243. You think those goods have arrived, hell no.! To begin with the key items in my order where apparently out of stock (do you think these items where listed as out of stock, no, they just let you purchase them anyways..) that was the first clue that I'm about to get ripped off. Only after following up post 14day silence, with nobody informing me that the items I purchased are out of stock, did I get a response/update stating that they out of stock, do I want to wait or. Being somebody that grants the privilege and benefit of doubt, I gave them 6 item list to perhaps replace the purchased items that where out of stock. And guess, what, they only had two of the six items in stock, so basically they list items on their website that they just don't f#$%ing have, at all, for you the unwitting consumer to purchase! Then as if that's not enough, I get a msg from them stating that my items have been shipped expect for the ones out of stock, Im also issued with a tracking number for Singpost, except the tracking number does not track anything. How do I know this? I know this because I sent a mail to Singpost requesting their confirmation of that they have received the items as when I enter the tracking number I get this message, "31-10-2012 INFORMATION RECEIVED (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article) . Singpost responded stating, " Please be advised that Singpost have just received an acknowledgement from the online merchant to deliver the article in Singapore. However, we have not received the article. For further information, contact the sender. " When I inquired with DX as to why the item has not been sent to Singpost for shipping to myself yet, they said, ohh, no, don't worry, it takes longer than a few days to have the item sent there, or something stupid to that effect. Since then I've searched the web, looking for complaints related to DX.com, and now this is a woper. Most of the complaints about DX.COM follow similar patterns. These patterns of deception that characterize DX.COM as an international thievery corporation, lets you think you purchasing actual items, takes your money, pretends that there is some delay in the shipment along the way, then there is the back and forthing which continues until frankly you just give up hope on some sought of favorable resolution! Quite frankly, this is why I will never, never, never purchase from China again. DX.COM sets a terrible precedent for ethical business standards not to mention incredibly bad customer service! Here's an idea DX.COM, why don't you people re-register yourselves as dontexpectnottobeconned.com.

DX is a cheap Chinese goods selling company, there are several grades of goods produced in China, DX takes the worst of them and sells it cheaply over the net. Ask me I will tell you because I am a victim of their rubbish goods twice and they don't refund the shipping cost fully. In the end the customer has to pay for the mistakes of DX, so I have taken an oath, I will never buy again from DX, the latter is light years away from the services offered by Amazon, eBay, B&H etc. I will advise you guys NOT TO BUY anything from DX

DealExtreme mislead into making full payment for sold out item

DO NOT USE DEALEXTREME, THEY ARE DISORGANIZED, SLOW AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE RECOVERY.

DX MISLEAD ME INTO PAYING FOR REGISTERED MAIL AND NOT SEND ME ANYTHING TILL NOW (20 DAYS)

On the 3rd of October I ordered many items as birthday presents. i bought 5 x iphone 5 cable and since it was in bulk i had to pay registered mail fee, and since i was already paying for a registered mail, i added 4+ more items. It was in processing stage for 7 days till i sent an email to them. They gave a lame excuse then told me my iphone 5 cables were out of stock, but they have already shipped them. So i told them to cancel my COMPLETE order and give me a full refund. they told me i could only get the full refund after i shipped it back to them.

why do i as the customer have to clean up the messed they created while misleading me into purchasing with them?

1. They sold me an out of stock item which i have already made payment for 1 week prior
2. Then they continued to charge me the registered fee.
3. Before they confirmed with me if i wanted to cancell the complete order they went ahead to send me the in stock good without mt approval.
4. i told them they could retreve the package with whoever they are using, they told me to ship it back to them then i would recieve my full refund.

In summary, they charged me full price (incl reg mail), then they told me sold out and sent me the rest of the items without my approval. And even till now, the "remainding stock' has still not arrived!
A complete joke the way things have turned up!

DealExtreme paid and didn't receive

I'm absolutely exausted, I bought two glasses, and paid on April 7th. Arrived one glass here two months later of the payment and until now I'm waiting the other glass.

I've contacted the support team of them however they just say that the package its here in Brazil but this was more than 1 month ago. I do not recommend to anyone buy in this website. I want my money back !

Dealextreme service is suck. I bought one thing, paid up immediately, BUT they shipped out only after ONE MONTH.
