We purchased a extended warranty July 08. the car now has a blown head gasket, we contacted the company and they told us the $2000, we paid they could not honor the warranty, they said the car that is on record is 2006 STS Cadilac. We have 2006 CTS, i tried to talk to them and no one wants to help. I have been given addresses, the BBB tried to contact them and the address are no good. We would like to get the money back. The contract # ds1a893968 we into the plan $2000 the plan was $2400, we made a down payment of $400 and have been paying $152.00 per month. we were also told the VIN is wrong. and that is our fault and we had to handle this the best way we can. please help if you can.
