Deal TV / No goods, no money back

I placed an order with deal tv in february - to-date no goods received and no money back, when i contact the call centre i am advised every week that the goods will be with me by friday and surprise surprise they do not turn up, i have been promised a refund on many occasions and again this has not materialized i have now asked my credit card company to recover the money.

Michael Reinstein is the person you want to contact for any reimbursements. He owns Deal TV in the UK and USN the Ultimate Shopping Network in the US. Both companies have the same complaints. Credit cards are being charged fraudulently and no intent to deliver merchandise:

If unsuccessful, then please contact the BBC or Ofcom in the UK and the FTC in the US with your complaints. They may be interested due to their ruling against him and unlawfully charging credit cards in the past at his company prior to Deal TV and USN Corporation aka the Ultimate Shopping Network:

These guys are the ### of the earth. Self riteous ###s that have no problem ripping hard working folks out of their money fraudulently. Mike Rinestein and Brian Kelly should be held accountable for all of their dirty deeds. From USN to DealTv whats next? They have a history of fraud and must be stopped. Find out who they are and lets stop them by ANY means necessary. Arent you tired of being ripped off by these pieces of garbage? I am sick of them, they need to be wiped out for good, not country hopping and doing more destruction.
