Above names are all linked. You find yourself accidently enrolled. Have no enrollment information, no ID # no password and you call to un-subscribe. You may have ordered a product from the internet and they take your credit card info and deduct monthly payments from your account. They have an answer service but you never can find out how to cancel what ever membership they say you have. The only way out would be to change you credit card info. Destroy your cards and order new one's with a new number.
