Hello. My name is justin lee holloway. I order a shirt, vest, and shoes from this website in august of 2016. These items were ment for me to wear on my wedding day in october. Well the wedding has long since past. I sent an email and was told packages were delayed due to weather, and was given a ten dollar credit and a tracking number. This tracking number does not track anything. I was ok with this becuase the clothes were very stylish and I wanted them. I ordered a beanie with the ten dollar credit. I have sent 3 emails since then with no response. I like to consider myself a patient man, but like time and money, it runs out. So please. Will you either re-send my order, or give me back my money. Thank you.

I made One purchase orders for three (2) items. One order was fulfilled within the same day and the other one still remains as "Unfulfilled". When contacted, a person named "Chantel" told that there is an issue with tracking the unfulfilled order. After that I never got any correspondence. I have been sending so many e-mails and messages and they haven't replied at all.. I am worried that I won't receive any of the products.. There is no way even to contact them even to gain a refund.. I would value any advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation from this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes last November 4, 2016 with an order #DM1295598, that my order has been confirmed. I read the delivery agreement that it will take about a month or more due to holiday seasons, customs procedures, etc. However, it has been more than 2 months already and my order has not arrived yet. I sent emails to customer service about the shipment of my order but haven't got a response even once. Is this legit or you're ripping money from people? Scammers? Please deliver our orders or send our money back.

I ordered shoes and shirts from dealman, an online clothing company based in new zealand on the 2nd september this year (2016). My order numbers are : #dm1278913; 1278897 and 1278894. Thus far, I have still not received the goods I ordered. It is unlikely that I will ever receive them particularly after realising that even the tracking number that I was given does not work.

It would be great to at least get a refund as the goods never arrived.

I love in live Michigan and I ordered 2 Assassin creed jackets for my youngest son back in early November. Was told that they were shipped in November 7th. Have emailed them a number of times, even received responses about a mix up and was giving a tracking number(that didn't work) to make it seem real, but the jackets were now on the way. Well, it's December 27th and still no jackets. One of my older sons even ordered one for himself a week before I ordered mines and his still hasn't come either.

My husband ordered two dress shirts from them in August and it is now December and we have not received anything! I emailed them multiple times and i got a response back in October saying they apologized and said something went wrong with there shipment and they will send it right away and gave us a fake tracking code that still says nothing. Please do not order from them! They are a disgrace company!

This is an awful company that has not followed through with giving me the product that I have already paid them for. Seems to be a fake company as the "phone number" listed is not a working number and my follow-up attempts to email have not been responded to. I ordered one pair of shoes in September and still have not received the order. On the first attempt to contact THE DEAL MAN I contacted their "customer service" and was emailed back assuring me that my order had been shipped and I would receive it soon. Months have passed without word from this company regarding my purchase, a refund, or any explanation at all.

Do not buy from these people, they hide behind trading on the internet and not supplying any other way of contacting them apart from an email address which appears not to be monitored.
Tracking for my order claims not found after some 2 months. Dealman is not responding to emails. There does not appear to be any other way of contacting them. Fortunately the order was small.

I ordered two products on September 26th and still have not recieved anything. My order number is #DM1282535. For two months all it says is pending in China on aftership. I have contacted dealman several times and they assured me my package is an it's way. I believe all of this to fraudulent and would like an immediate refund or my purchase. They say it takes 14-30 days to arrive in the united states and it has been over 60. I want answers to this as it is my money that I work hard for and this is unacceptable.

I ordered a jacket 6 weeks ago, and yet nothing has arrived, i have contacted them on several occasions and have had no reply.Obviously the are scammers and do not care about ripping off innocent people.The jacket i ordered is for my disabled sons birthday, which has now come and gone, i am seriously unhappy.I think a criminal investagation should be brought against these scammers.WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ive been writing you a letter thru your email ad 3x but i didnt receive any reply. This is with regards to my order #DM1292909 dated oct. 26, 2019 and made my payment thru paypal under transaction id : 8W7506285S625443D worth $24.99. I also sent an email letter to [protected]@gmail.com coz this appear to be the email add of merchant (deal man) from the confirmation message which i received but i received a message back nolifying my email coz it appear that this account doesnt exist. Iwant to know the status of my order. Can i still expect from you?

I purchased 6 items earlier this year and only 1 item has arrived. The orders were placed in June and I have grown extremely impatient waiting. I have provided photos below showing the receipts I received by email and I have many emails I can provide from 3 people at DEALMAN called Ben CARDWELL, KITTY Lee and a girl called CHANTEL. I have taken a snapshot of my account on DEALMAN and it says in fulfilment status - fulfilled in me receiving the items which is a total lie - 1 pair of shoes for $29.25 has arrived of the 6 items I have purchased and I have emails to prove it. I have since emailed them again asking for a refund on the remaining items as there is 180 dollars worth of shoes and a top that I no longer want as I have been waiting 5 months to receive. They advertise on Facebook that the shipping takes 14-30 days but this is totally false as we are 5 months later and there is no tracking available and the items have not arrived. Please can someone get back to me ASAP - This company needs to be shut down by Shopify it's webhost provider and the local authorities in New Zealand as they are scam artists, yours sincerly Michael.

After two months my jacket I ordered had not arrived, there was also no information on how far the process was. Eventually I contacted them via the resolution center on PayPal. After 10 days they did not reply so I escalated my ticket and PayPal gave them 15 days to dispute my refund claim.

15 days later they did not even respond or try to workout the issue. I am very upset as they clothes they are marketing look amazing, however the product was never delivered and thankfully PayPal got my money back for me.

Scamming website, do not trust.

on oct. 19 2016 i placed and order for two pairs of shoes, after two weeks started emailing them to ask why only one pair was shipped out, they sent an email after 3 days telling me it could be up to 30days, an offered a 10 dollar credit for my inconvience stating that they for sure were on the way. several emails later that i sent, with no reply back i had to contact them on facebook an they said that they would check into it. now its 30 days later and still no shoes and no refund. can someone help me please.

i ordered a bloody pair of shoe, a month back and the tracking id says its pending from the china post. Dealman is a big scam, looting hard earned money of people. Though my loss is just 20 euros, when i read the comments of other customers who had lost more than 50 and 100 dollars, its really disturbing. Dealman, you better try to pay back the money of the customers or you will soon see your end.

Hello there. I placed my order in June. Still didn't get it by now. I am sick of emailing customer service and getting the same answer it's delaying, but it will arrive eventually. I just want to cancel all that and to get my money back. My order was made 27/06/2016 and the amount was $98.97.Invoice number is #259358.Can you help to sort that problem please.

I have placed an order 5 month ago and the tracking number is not consistent its always changes and I have contacted the customer service many times and they say the same exactly thing "it will arrive". I am tired of this and can't stress this anymore they have stolen my money 140$ and I want to sue this company if they are not going to pay me back.

Hello I never received my order from Deal Man since August 2016 until the date of this complaint. I have asked for a full refund since October 2016, with no response from Deal Man and I have asked to check on the item with the tracking number and all I get is a message "Customs China". I don't know what else to do except complain with the Better Business Bureau and request a refund with my credit card company at this point.
