a large kiosk was set up in the Mall prior to Christmas where the Dead Sea Products were vigourously promoted by the saleswomen. who walked out inot the mall approaching potential clients. prices for the products were extremely high but of course they were currently offering a sale so how could one refuse. if you wanted the facial products they offered to give you a treatment at no cost to verify the validity of the claims. they do half your face and leave the other half untouched to verify the results. i pointed out to the slaesgirl that she had chosen my better side (less wrinkles etc.). to work on. she acted surprised that one might have a better side. all the women were delightful. and the products are good BUT when i asked how long they had been set up in the mall i was told about 3 years. and when i indicated i would be back monthly to let them check on my improvements they smiled knowingly. i was even given a 'stamp' which offered a free facial...all i had to do was call this certain number. three weeks later i called to set up my appointment. there was no answer . when i went by the area everything was closed up and they had obviously gone. My suspicions are that the company flies in and out of cities setting up temporary boutiques offering their goods and then just moves on. i did find their web site email address and wrote to them to explain my frustration. their answer was i could have the 'stamp' honoured at two other facilities...which happened to be hundreds of miles away. i have been left with many questions and do offer an alert to others. you are going to pay a high price for a product that does not seem to be supported in any way beyond its initial sale to you. bait and switch..no...but biat and run...yes.

I was conned as well for several hundred dollars all with the promise that I could return the products. When I researched the products on the internet that night, I realized that I had been taken; and of course, that promise of a return never existed according to the sales person the next day. I am currently working with mall management, the governor's office on comsumer fraud and small claims court. Hope you all do the same so we can put an end to these dishonest people.

True, I just like companies that are stand up and don't overcharge for their products. Dead Sea products are being thought of as " mall Kiosk" products, but they are incredible for you skin...maybe I'm biased. I just love NaturalCare.Net stuff

You are correct, their products are way over priced and their sales tactics are questionable. I think the Dead Sea provides fantastic products, but I buy mine from NaturalCare.Net. They are the manufacturer and they offer a very generous return policy. Like 3 months after you buy it or something like that. Their stuff also was like $60 for the eye balm which was the highest priced product. That just showed me that premier was just over priced and over packaged.

My wife and I had OMAR K, a saleswoman at the Fort Myers Edison Mall sell us the eye ointment. She made a host of assertion's and on reflection, pulled every confidence trick available, agreeing with and playing on every hint or indication we gave. When I came back an hour later, and requested a refund based on the inconsistencies and untruths in her sales pitch, she pointed out that they had a "no refund" policy. I told her that she cannot hide behind a disclaimer, when the sale was achieved on the basis of untruths and confidence tricks. She continued to refuse to refund the credit card charge.

I lodged a complaint with Simon Mall Management and urge others to lodge their complaints and urge Mall management to refrain from allowing scam artists like this to occupy their Malls as we will refrain from visiting their Malls and use others that protect their customers in preference.

Hi, I believe I too am the victim of a scam associated with the Dead Sea Premier cosmetics.
I was walking through the Planet Hollywood mall and the little booth was stationed at the exit of the mall. The charming sales girl, Israeli, said, Can I ask you a question. She then talked to me in such a clever way. Kind and caring, genuine and sweet. She then did a facial on one side of my face. The product emitted heat. She added a solution over the top and the heat feeling increased. She applied moisturiser and the feeling was just soothing and beautiful. I am so allergic to so many products so I was impressed. She then sold me the Thermal Beauty Experience Mask, , the eye Serum, The Boix age treatment complex and the Intensive Age Deying Cream plus an after shave gift for my husband for $528 dollars. She then did the other side of my face so it was even and then gave me some sachets of moisturiser so I wouldnt have to open the gods before I got home. When I got home and used the products, the first thing I noticed was there was no heat effect! I began to wonder at that point. Of course what has happened is that, she used the real deal to give me the facial and sold me the fake. gave me soThey obviously play on unsuspecting victims. You dont have access to a computer to check and have to admit to being conned whci is embarrassing. What can you do. Is there any justice for such trickery in the world?

I am in the Uk and I just found out that I have been scammed as well. the products were offered at % discount. i checked the web and they were also at % discount but that price was / what i paid. a chat line on the net was answered by Larry who said they sell many company's products and he does not know who I bought from. he was not employed by Premier...
