I ran into a kiosk at Briarwood Mall and a young salesman ran a very good marketing pitch. Needless to say I ended up buying about $300 worth of goods. The salesman patted their eye treatment under my left eye and it looked as if the wrinkles "magically" lessened. Well, an hour later, the area under my left eye had swollen; the reason for the wrinkles lessening! The next day I tried to return the products and was told by Shaun, another sales rep, that he had to call Israel to get permission to return the products! I ended up doing some research and found that the American corporate is in Florida. According to the BBB 2 complaints have been officially filed and neither was answered by this company.
The receipt gives 14 days for returns and says exchanges only. Shaun had said that the signs around the kiosk (which I couldn't see anywhere) stated the same thing. Well, so much for consumer information!
I'm complaining to the Briarwood Management with the hopes that someone will do the right thing. I'm allergic to something in the Deep Sea Products and they won't take unopened products one day after purchase. I definitely won't recommend anyone buying from this company even if their products work for someone else.

My wife brought home some of their junk. It filled the house with the most disgusting stink.
I waited for it to go away, it didn't the next day it still smelled. after day two I asked my wife to remove all of the products she bought that day from the house. The smell still persisted.. We had to scrub the bathtub with bleach cleanser and wait two more days for the smell to finally dissipate...
She said she was going to take it back, a week later I notice a credit charge from Dead Sea Cosmetics for $200. I know if My wife tries to take it back they will give her the story, about exchanges only. She assured me they told her she could return it, apparently they didn't mention what she could return it for. I will be speaking with the credit card company about this charge.

You fell for them too ! :( I spent $ 200 and the stuff was not worth the money. I think the sales clerks use hypnotic techniques. P.S. As I was walking through the mall one day, a different salesman stopped me, and tried to scam me again. Not only me - at least 3 more women. So I decided to tell the women the truth: the products ARE NOT worth the money .. they lost 3 customers immediately.
