First it took FOREVER to contact Customer service regarding my order that was on hold. They do not answer emails. Then after I received the shoes 1 week later, they were not the ones my son wanted. I tried to "fill out" their return authorization request form as instructed on their website, but it will not let you. I tried calling, but no one answers or calls back. I tried emai, but no one answers. I even tried their suggested 'LIVE CHAT" but the icon said "SORRY< LIVE CHAT WENT TO SLEEP." With the economy the way it is today, there should be better service!
