D&C — android box
I bought this box around the end of September and asked for Priority shipping. Two weeks later I finally received it. The Box last about two days and the remote would not work. I sent an email in early November with the problem but they asked for a video of the problem. The box didn't even work when the power was on so how is a video going to show them the problem. They said that a technician would look at the problem and get back to me within 72 hours. It has been 6 days now with no response. From what I have read, I cannot ship item back without a RA so it looks like I am out of luck. Oh well...PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! ! Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Any good company would take the item back and either give you a replacement one or your money back. Their policy states a 1 year warranty on all items...That is a FALSE claim also. Good Luck if you purchase anything from TomTop.
