DBuys.com / Poor communication and huge delay in shipping!
I placed my order on first Monday of October, then called their customer service on tuesday morning. Spoke with a polite gentlemen, he informed me that my order was processed and at my request he put it on rush delivery, because i needed it for saturday. He assured me that i would get it by that time. On top of that i paid extra fifty dollars for 3-2 days delivery. This time period was reasonable to me because the company is located in brooklin NYC and i live in NY as well. I figured it should be only couple days for UPS or USPS to deliver it. Come friday, no package. I called them on monday of next week to find out that they could not ship it out neither on tuesday or on wednesday, but on Thursday, friday and Sat they were observing a jewish holiday, so my order would only ship out on Monday or Tuesday of October the 8th or 9th. This proves that this seller is unreliable and do not stick to their claims, although on their website they claim to be committed to their costumer's satisfaction. I would not buy again from them neither would i recommend others to buy. I had a project all mapped out for Saturday (of the week i ordered the item) and i even made it clear to the gentleman i spoke with that timing is important to me, still neither rush (3-2 days) delivery or this gentleman's assurance did not work.
P.S. They were kind enough to refund those $50 for rush delivery.
