DazzleWhite SCAM

BEWARE...I have made at least 8 phone calls in the last 2 hours to this company...WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT ever order any tooth whitening product related to DAZZLE WHITE -SMILE BRITE- DAZZLE WHITE PRO TEETH or PREMIUM WHITE. You will be charged 87.62 for basically a SMALL TUBE ( 0.008oz) of hydrogen peroxide solution that contains caustic agents.

They will have a tracking number that says they sent the "SAMPLE PRODUCT" to you, that does in fact say "something" was delivered to your home town - but not to you! Of course since you did not receive the product and because you are out of the 30day time frame-which by the way is 30 DAYS FROM WHEN THEY SHIPPED THE PRODUCT - NOT WHEN IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU, you are basically out of luck!

Today I have been told MANY different stories, by different employees and supervisors that don't exist. In fact, I asked one gentelman how he would feel if someone was fraduantly taking money out of his mom's account...he replied "my family wouldnt be stupid enough to order something from the internet". He was right in this case and I realized 2 minutes after the $1.95 fee when I was directed to another website and was told I needed to order a companion product that worked in conjunction with Dazzle-WHATEVER. I tried to cancel that day by e-mail but of course they can't get e-mails...but they can send them!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY WITH TOOTH WHITENING "MIRACLE PRODUCT" OR THE COMPANY
VARIMI, LLC or a company FULFILLMENT CENTER 22100 EAST 26TH AVE SUITE 100, AURORA, CO or the cCORPORATE OFFICE 3600 ARMY POST RD IN DES MOINES IOWA

DazzleWhite fraudulent charges

I was also scammed by these two companies working simultaneously. Supposodly a mom in Jackson, OH (where I live) discovered this miraculous teeth whitening system and for only the cost of the shipping and handling you could receive the free trial kit which I payed the shipping and handling on my credit card. Every month since then I have been charged almost $100.00 for a new monthly kit. I had to call twice before they finally cancelled the shipments and stopped charging my card. And they refused to refund me the money and would not allow me to send the kits back that they had already mailed to me. These companies are complete scam artists! Beware!

Dont fall for the trap, just as others have described, fraud-fraud-fraud! dont risk additional charges from companies that you have not authorized to charge your credit card! who the heck is ibuildwealth? and who asked for a membership with their company? check your bank statements carefully and ask your bank to stop payment on the debits from your account. do it as soon as you have placed your order for the trial offer and then watch your bank statements. dazzlewhite uses the trial offer as a way to get your personal information and then allows their business partners to piggyback. check the fine print other companies are riding their coat tails and accessing your credit card/account as well. dont bother with their telemarketers/cust. service rats, they are all trained to pretend to help and then tell you that you are not elegible for a refund. low life thieves...

The same thing happend to me. They charged me every 2 weeks. I got my credit card company to call 1 of them to cancel. They gave me the cancelation number for the brush pen . But I need to cancel DAzzel white kit also, the guy gave me a number to call but the people at this number said I called the wrong department, dont see my file. then give me different numbers. I tried 5 different toll free # to get the right one. Then, they gave me the cancelation # and instrcution to send back. Lots of hassel, I spend 4 hrs to get all this cancel... would never fall for any free trial no more...!

Well I keep reading about all of the scamming these 2 companies have been doing. It seems that they also had a "mom" in different cities all around the U.S. claim that the products worked and got a ton of people everywhere to fall for this scam. I know there was an article in our local paper in Alpharetta, GA - that's how I was scammed. I am still trying to fight to get the charges reversed from my bank and meanwhile I am out almost $200. :(

The same thing happened to me my account was charged 87.62, plus .70 international fee twice AFTER i cancelled the order. I have returned both products that they shipped and they are refusing to refund my money. The rep i spoke with this morning hung up on me because i demanded my refund! STAY away and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! I also got charged from another company called ELITE! Pay attention to your statements. It cost me an additional $150.00 in NSF because my overdraft kicked in!

DazzleWhite Unauthorized charges

Hello,

Customer service is very important to us. We are sorry that there seems to have been some kind of miscommunication. Today, we'd like to start the process of resolving this situation. We published the offer terms on our order page next to the box where you entered your credit card information. We have also published a link to our Terms of Service on our home page. I hope you took the time to read them before you ordered our product. If not, that may be what started the confusion.

To cancel your order, we'd like to ask you to return the unused portion of our product to us by mail. If you can do this within 30 days of placing your initial order, we will gladly refund your money. We take our 30-day guarantee very seriously and have always honored it.

In order to resolve this situation as quickly as possible, we'd also like you to contact us. No matter what your questions or concerns may be, our customer service team can help. You can call us at (8/6/[protected]. Or, you can go to our Contact Us page and use our 24/7 Live Chat option. DazzleWhite misleading advertising, charges

This is a reply to the person seeking phone no. for Beutyclub. I spoke with them this week; my charge was $2.95 for shipping, but the tooth whitener company billing name is Pristine Health. I was told they use different company names & bill under various cards. The #'s are:
Beutyclub - [protected] I think Pristine Health is - [protected]

Call your bank. Ask to do a chargeback for a few fraudulent transactions. Some call this process a "credit card dispute." They are obligated by law to issue a refund when you tell them fraud has occurred, so do not take "no" for an answer from your credit card issuer. They will put the money back into your account and send you paperwork that you MUST respond to. You will need to explain what happened and send this back on time. End of story. Your bank is required to do this according to Visa and MasterCard policy, so if your bank is small and claims ignorance, keep pressing until you get the chargeback for ALL charges that these people stole from you. IMPORTANT: They will not stop charging you even with a chargeback. Cancel the card that you compromised by supplying it to the crooks, and order a new one.

DazzleWhite Unauthorized Account Withdrawals

Fake ad of a women that has tryed the two companies products together to get whitening of teeth results. Leads you to believe that you can achieve these results with the samples, which only cost you $2.oo dollars for shipping. No information on site about any further charges or that you are signing up for a continuous shipping program! Got package one day before 14 day trial time was up. Got a phone call the very day order was made and when sales person stated there was a $79.99 + shipping fees for the first month I EXPLICITLY told him I did not want to receive the product then to cancel the order even for the trial, he stated that HE was not authorized to cancel but I could cancel after I received the package. I have made phone calls to both of these companies and between the two of them I have received one package, and have had $265.00 drafted from my checking account! NOBODY is "authorized" to give you a refund until you mail them the product back that they "supposedly" mailed that same morning! Which isn't it nice that they get to keep running business with your money while all this mailing and posting takes place and they are scamming other people?! I have talked with people at both of these businesses before items were "shipped", and can't do anything until I return the packages at my expense and they keep drafting my checking account!

Both of these companies are frauds! The dazzle smile company has now changed its name probably because it has received so many complaints. Both companies claim that you can receive a free trial offer of their product. All you have to do is pay shipping and handling. They never tell you that you have 2 weeks to return the product and then they charge you for the "free trial" . I contacted both customer service departments and the people were rude and refused to refund my money. Please don't fall for the scam like I did. The products are not worth it!

Yep definitely a fraud, i just found another complaint on here too, with same apologetic reply to a complaint sighed with a man. I'm going to write to facebook and insist they stop letting these companies advertise...its a blatant scam, its disgusting. Heres the letter/reply i found:

Hello,

Sorry there seems to have been some confusion about your order. We do our best to satisfy all of our customers, but sometimes mistakes can happen. Customer service and satisfaction are very important to

us. That's why we included our Terms of Service on the order page right next to where you provided us with your credit card information. There is also a direct link to our Terms of Service on our home page.

We do want you to be happy with your experience with us – even if you didn't read the terms or found them confusing.

If that was the case, you can return the unused portion of your order and we will not bother you again. If you are still in our 30-day guarantee period, we will also be happy to refund your money. We take our

money-back guarantee very seriously.

Our customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can call us at (8/6/6)-(5/2/8)-(6/2/1/4). If you have any problems getting through, you can also use our Live Chat online customer

service support. The Live Chat link is easy to find on our Contact Us page and can walk you through the entire process step by step.

We want to do everything we can to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible and hope to hear from you soon.

This is bogus talk! You don't get your product before the 14 days are up, your account is charged the full price whether you take the product or not, and it would appear that you would be told about the subscription BEFORE you give the so called "company" permission to take the shipping out of your checking account. I don't know how these people sleep at night. All the sugar-coating talk and apologies don't amount to a hill of beans. Taking peoples' hard-earned money under false pretense is criminal! They should all be taken to court and sued!

DazzleWhite Dental Whitening

I too was sucked into this scam. But I believe I have resolved the issue.
1. First I called my bank/banker and gave them the charges and also the names under which the charges were pulled from my account (you will note that they use multi-names). I have instructed them to not accept charges in the amounts they charged from anyone and/or under the names that have shown up on my accounts. They are beginning the filing of the forms and I just need to sign. Hey, whatever it takes to get this taken care of. Note: As it turns out, my card will need to be cancelled and a new one issued.
2. I looked all over the internet to find some telephone number where I could talk to a Customer Service Rep and found the numbers I needed: DazzleWhite - [protected] & SmileBrite - [protected]. I was able to talk to a CSR in a short period of time. They were actually very helpfully but I was very firm and I was very critical of their underhanded way they conducted business. I have already received an email showing my cancellation for SmileBrite.
3. DazzleWhite gave me a bit more trouble and I had to speak to a CSR Supervisor. They had already refunded me for one of my charges but I still had a second charge that was not refunded and they were both sent in the same box. Their reasoning was that the "trial" was not returned within the 30-day back guarantee timeframe. Fortunately for me, I printed out the Live Chat I had with a Rep when I first realized what was going on. In it she stated I would be refunded because of their 60-day guarantee. Because of this and what I was told I will be receiving the second refund within 5-10 business days. You better believe I will be checking this.
4. Lesson Learned: DON"T EVER order from these two companies (or one as it may be) again! Be diligent in demanding your refund back. I asked each did they have any idea how many complaints were lodged against them to which I did not receive a response...I'm sure they know.
5. IF any of this fails, report these two scams to the FTC and IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Division) -
www.FTC.gov (click on File a Complaint); www.IC3.gov; Attorney General of your State; Go to your bank your card company and get them to do a CHARGEBACK - your bank/card issuer will get your money back from the scammer this way.

DazzleWhite teeth whitening scam

I have also been very silly and ordered tooth whitening products on-line. Responded to the advert with the 'normal housewife' who whitened her teeth. Two companies involved were Dazzle White and Alto White. I have has approximately £150.00 taken from my account and also had my details passed on the world gym. I don't know why they haven't been caught as it seems to be a global scam. Have made my credit card company aware and they are putting a stop to all future payments.

DazzleWhite Free/Not Really

My wife ordered a free trial of Dazzle White and so far we have received two bills for $58.02 for this free trial. I will be contacting consumer affairs and the State Attorney General. These folks need to be put out of business. Plus any of these websites that promote their products need to be put under the spot light. Complain to the websites and maybe their ads will be pulled.

DazzleWhite Tooth whitening product trial scam

I signed up for a 30 day trial of Dazzle Smile and Premium White Pro on October 27th. Although I had a 30 trial period, the invoice from Premium White Pro said that I had to call and cancel by November 10th. So that is what I did; however, the customer service person I spoke to yesterday (Nov. 10th) said that I had to have mailed the product back by the 10th also, and since it was after business hours I would have to pay for the product- $87.62. I pointed out that nowhere did it say that I also had to have the product return package postmarked by Nov 10th. To this she responded that she could offer me a discount membership for this month of $39. When I did not agree to that she stated that she could give me her "employee discount" which would bring it down to $29 but that was "the best she could do". When I still did not agree to this she began yelling, saying that I had been notified "four times" during the ordering process that this was what was required of me. She continued to use other intimidation tactics including saying "Come on now, we have given you plenty of time!" When I told her I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau she said, "Go ahead, we've been reported before." Hmmm, never a good sign.

In the end they charged my account $29 and I spent much of today on the phone with Dazzle Smile who apparently signed me up for two other memberships: World Club Fitness and Weight Loss Resource. When I went to the websites for World Club Fitness and Weight Loss Resource neither of their customer service numbers worked. I noticed both of their websites are oddly similar and lack real content. In fact one had a "newsletter" that was only one short paragraph long. I was able to cancel the memberships by first contacting Dazzle Smile at [protected] who gave me the following numbers for World Club Fitness at [protected] and Weight Loss Resource at [protected], who both insisted on me first telling them how I had contacted them. That's kind of on odd question to be asked by a customer service rep.

My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe they have been reported before or maybe it was just an intimidation tactic to deter me from calling. Well screaming customer service person, I'm going to call anyway. And to the Dazzle Smile and Premium White Pro PR person who sends those responses about "I'm sorry there was some confusion about your subscription..." No there wasn't any confusion. You are scam artists and now we know it and we are telling.

I don't need to bore everyone... just want to make comment that I am in the same boat. A total scam company. They have figured out a clever way to steal money. Seems to me since I never received product that their charges are against the law but nobody seems to be stopping them. I've disputed with my bank... but I'm sure they are going to throw the "terms and conditions" stuff at them... even though they did not comply with the terms (never received the product). Anyway... lesson learned. Never again.

Netflix lets you know they will continue the service. There is no deception. Smile whites is very misleading. I looked through every page in the sign up process, read every small print- NOTHING said I would be enrolled. Then, disenrolling was nearly impossible. The terms and conditions tell you directly that without cancelation of your order within 7 days of applying for the free trial you will be billed for the monthly subscription. Learn to read through the terms before you buy something, laws protect you from fraud within a websites terms and regulations. Take "Netflix" for example, they will bill you on a monthly basis without cancelling your free trial order, its the exact same process and should be taken into consideration. Dont order the product if you see terms like this, easy enough.

I too have had difficulty with Premium White tooth whitener. I'm still trying to get my "30 day refund guarantee." My credit card was charged $87.62 plus a $2.62 transaction fee, not once, but twice! They sent me the product on December 9th and December 28th, billing my credit card on Dec 7 and Dec 17. I was to return the products by Jan 9th, which I did at the cost to me of $8.54. They were delivered back to the Premium White location on Jan 6, 2010. I've called January 6, Jan. 29, Feb. 10, and again on Feb. 10. I was told to "fax" the information since this would "speed up the process, " which I did on Feb 23. I was told that the refunds were issued on Jan 20 and the second one on Jan. 21 with an expected refund to my credit card within 10 working days. This is now Feb. 27 and I still have NOT seen the refund. I contacted my credit card company and the representative said to wait 30 days and then the credit card would "go after" this company. When I told the Premium White representative this, she said, "Oh, if you do that, it will take longer to get your refund." Will this ever be resolved? I will NOT give up trying. I am someone who checks for reviews such as this before they buy. I will not buy because even if I did like the product, my experience is that they never stop billing you. If you bought the product just to get the $3 intro price knowing you were going to cancel, then you get what you pay for. Ever hear the old adage "you never get something for free." - It's true, your free trial cost you time, angst, canceled credit cards...

I understand howeveryone that ordered the product and got charged extra feels. I feel bad for you. I am a person that usually researched everything BEFORE I buy. I didn't on this product because I saw it was backed by CNN and other news stations and I knew they wouldn't promote something that was a scam. I ordered this product. After reading all of the complaints and doing more reasearch, I called my bank and they ordered me a new card. I didn't have to get another account though. This company and others like it are not doing illegal things, just unethical. They are protected by law because they give the terms and conditions on their web site. It clearly says that you will be charged if you don't cancel and they legally can take your money with out asking. To them, they have already asked you when you singed up. They assume you will read it and if you don't they know they will get you. This is unethical though! They can't be prosecuted and charges will NOT be refunded because it states this in the TERMS and CONDITIONS. I urge you to read the TERMS and CONDITIONS on any and everything you buy on line! If the company was to do something that was not stated on this page, they would be doing something illegal and can be prosecuted. But since it is stated on the webpage, there is nothing that can be done about it. If you have already ordered this product, contact your bank and see if there is anything they can do. Good luck, hope this helped someone.

DazzleWhite Scam

Hi I am currently being charged AUD$100 amounts on my credit card from a company called Ultifreshwell... Originally I answered a add for a RISK FREE TRIAL of teeth whitener and all you had to do was pay the postage amount. This product doesnot work and said if you returned it within 60 days they would refund it! they are un contactable... Can you please tell me how I can cancel this and get a refund? I was told by Robert on a chat site for another company you should have to return the product back to us within 14 days trial period to avoid the charged of US$87.62.It would be impossible to return it anyway there is no return address on the package sent there are no invoices and there are directions to say if you are not happy with this product return it to:::::::
or we will charge you AUD$100 for the trial and then again for another 5 days later. In total AUD $214.95 ...has been charged to my credit card. I am happy to pay the rediculous amount of postage (From Milperra NSW to NEWCASTLE NSW) package weighing nothing as the very small lip pencil sized container has hardly anything in it! However I did agree to pay the postage on the RISK FREE TRIAL only. I have also read they that sign you to other things which attract charges also! I have requested that they refund the 2 amounts of US$87.62 (AUD$100) and they have told me as I should have sent it back within 14 days and the 30 days from time of order is up that they refuse a refund... I asked them about their 60 day and their 90 day that they say they would refund and they said that it didnt apply to me! I am furios that I have been scammed! Please any advise at all !

HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AS OTHERS HAVE DESCRIBED. WHEN I SAW THE CHARGE THEY MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD $88 AND CHANGE I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE CHARGES ARE OUTLINED IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH I HAD SCROLLED THROUGH AND MISSED THE CHARGES BURIED THEREIN. I TOLD THE RE, OSCAR, THAT I WAS VERY UNHAPPY AND ALL CHARGES SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED UP FRONT IN THEIR AD, AS REPUTABLE COMPANIES DO. UPON ASKING, OSCAR VERIFIED THAT OUR CONVERSATION WAS BEING RECORDED. I THEN SAID THAT I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE FTC, FLORIDA ATTORNY GENERAL AND MY COUNTY CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPT AND FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I COULD REPORT THAT I HAD RECEIVED THE RAM # FOR RETURNING THEIR MERCHANDISE AND THEN FULL CREDIT FOR THE $88+.

SHORTLY AFTER MY TELEPHONE CONVERSATION I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING WHETHER I HAD FILED MY DISPUTE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DEAL DIRECTLY WITH ME IF I HAD. AFTER RESPONDING THAT I HAD NOT AND DID NOT INTEND TO PENDING THEIR DECISION ON A REFUND I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL TELLING ME THEY WOULD ISSUE A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE $88+ AND THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE.

THE CREDIT SHOWED UP ON MY ACCOUNT TODAY WHICH WAS WITHIN THE STATEMENT PERIOD OF THE CHARGE.

I BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSE MAY HAVE BEEN DUE TO THE FACT THAT I THREATENED DISPUTING THEIR CHARGE. I HAVE HAD 100% RESULTS WHENEVER I HAVE DONE THAT. I THINK THAT IS BECAUSE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES DON'T NECESSARILY ACT ON JUST ONE COMPLAINT BUT CREDIT CARD COMPANIES MUST RESPOND TO EVERY LEGITIMATE CLAIM. THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO ANSWER TO MANY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.

I bought a teeth whitening product on the 17th October, but dont recall buying more on the 14th and 16th November, and I dont recall giving DazzleWhite my authority to take money out, just when I needed it to pay for my car registration, . This is down right theft.! I too have had to cancel my card, fearing they will again take more, as do many people I too have bills to pay, I dont want people like that depriving me of not paying my bills.! These people have to be stopped from doing what they are doing, 'No authority' dont take the money out! If you have authority 'Then' take the money out!, DazzleWhite need to be seen on 'Target' to let everyone know in NZ what these people do!

Make sure to read the body of "Satisfaction Guaranteed, " very carefully.
You will automatically be signed up for Insider's Secret Tips and some weight loss ebook. These are additional charges.

You must call three toll free numbers to cancel each product/service.
Also, you must return the dazzel white to a PO BOX, but, thats not all; you must insure it.

Although, it is the responsibility of the individual to read the conditions, I feel DazzelWhite is unethical and underhanded in their advertizing. It is an egregious way to profit from trusting consumers.

DazzelWhite cost approximately $80/mth. One must use the product everyday after brushing his/her teeth. It is my understanding that one must use it for life.

Most importantly, I did not see results.

I had the same trouble as many others. I began receiving charges on my credit card for $87.62 and $24.13 from improvehealth and another one of their companies. I reported it to the BBB because when you call the numbers on your statement its either a disconnected number or the person on the phone just keeps repeating the same line over and over again. Then when you ask for a manager, they state that they are the manager, RIGHT! SO...

LIKE A FOOL I MADE THE ORDER AND WITHIN TWO WEEK MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED OVER $300.00. WHAT A SCAM!
AFTER ALMOST 5 MONTH I'M STILL TRYING TO GET HALF MY MONEY BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
HOW CAN YAHOO PUT THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES ON THEIR HOME PAGE.

DazzleWhite Scam: Misleading & has not refunded as promised

I too got suckered into this scam from an article on a local TV website. I paid $1.95 (credit card) to get a free sample. Concentrating on completing the requested info, I did not see the alleged notice of the subscription nor the alleged opportunity to opt out of the free trial of World Club Fitness. Well after Dazzle White charged my card the $1.95, they again charged my card $87.62. After calling them I returned the product per their instructions and the shippers tracking indicates they received it on 10/17. Their propaganda states that they will refund the $ within 10 business days. Today is 11/9 (16 business days later) and I have not seen a penny from them.

Today I noticed another $24.82 was charged on my card on 10/31 by Varimi. In talking with them they gave me another number to call which turned out to be World Club Fitness. I was told that they purchased my name and credit card number from Dazzle White and that they could not refund the $24.82, but would cancel my membership. I was told they properly disclosed this charge when I purchased Dazzle White and that I had the option to opt out. I do not recall ever seeing that. I never received any benefit from WCF. I am not aware of receiving anything from them.

They are very unethical in their practices. They appear to go after anyone’s money by any means at the cost of unsuspecting consumers.

Cover your behind if you try doing business with these companies. Read and understand every word on the website when doing business online.

DazzleWhite Charges on Debit and or Credit Card

Dazzle White and, possibly, 50 other "companies" that are nothing more than UPS postal boxes are the creation of a major young internet scam artist named Jesse Wilms. The name may also be a scam, since I find that this is also a young african american singer. In any case, never give one cent or any personal information to any company operated by Mr. Wilms. The list is long. Dazzle White got me for nearly $90 in unauthorized charges to my debit card. The deal, too good to be, true. Yes, I did bite. If you check any BBB website you will find a listing of Mr. Wilms "companies." He has now become my hobby. I am going to bring him down. If you can help me please offer any information. Next stop: US government website on internet crime.

Dazzlesmile aka Premiumwhitepro (and many other names) are all fraudulent companies made up by Jessie or Jesse Willms? in order to cheat the consumer out of monies. This company took $295.54 of unauthorized charges from my credit card. I hope to see the demise of this individual and one day receive a REFUND.

DazzleWhite Deceptive Practices

I actually signed up for two products Brite Smile and Dazzle White. I stupidly read someone's testimonial on a website that said that you could get these products and just have to pay shipping and there were coupons for shipping.

Dazzle White contacted me a few days after I placed the order to let me know that they would be sending me out more of their products as a courtesy. I told them that I didn't want any more. I just wanted the trial sample and that was all. I did not want it to keep coming. They told me thank you and hung up. So, I thought I cancelled this. Today, approximately 1 month and 1 week later, I received another shipment. I looked up my credit card bill to see that they charged me 2 times for $86.72 each about a week apart from each other. Bear in mind this is a little tube of tooth paint essentially that used sparingly lasts about a week or 2. I called the numbers on the statement which were under different names and numbers. They were not in service. I called my credit card to close my account. They told me these companies are legal scammers and I am not the only person to be done this way. I did get the real number to Dazzle White and have called and cancelled this service again. They also told me that I can return the product that I just received for a credit. We will see.

DazzleWhite Bloody Scammers!!

I've been recieved a package from Total White and i had cancelled it, i had been charged twice even after cancelling it! also from Dazzle White both teeth whitening agents from USA companies.

Worst is the ACAI BERRY DETOX (Ultimate Fat Burner). I had recieved two bottles with 60 capsules which cost me $150AUD plus a Life Cleanse bottle. I had called to cancel it and i've been charged yet again for another different ACAI BERRY DETOX bottle they've sent and it's all under different names on my bank statement. I don't think the bank will cancel the outgoing payments so i'm going to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I've called the international number to the UK and the number is disconnected, i have no way of getting in contact with these ### and i would love any help at all as to how to go about this silly scam. There has been a total of $500aud taken out and i'm sick of this, i wish i could see the people doing this and shove their tablets where it belongs.

DazzleWhite thought it was free trial but turned out to be not what it seemed

Requested 14 day trial didn't get chance to read terms and conditions - not very clear. Checked on web-site the day after I had ordered trial and realised I had been had. This was initially an ad for 2 companies (a mother saying she used two produts to whiten her teeth). Alta White Teeth Whitening and Dazzle Smile. I can't believe how stupid I was to sign up for both of them as the ad suggested. I cancelled both of them the day after when I had chance to read the terms and conditions. The Altra White gave the return address on their cancellation email but DazzleSmile didn't. I sent the Altra White samples back 1 week ago and after paying for postage and package I hope I won't be charged anything further on my credit card. However, the Dazzle Smile has just arrived today and the only address on the package is a DHL Global Packaging address in England - so I don't know where to send the products back to. I am beginning to panic as I don;t want any more charges on my credit card. I don't mind paying the postage and package for the 2 trials but not anything further when I cancelled the day after. Does anyone know the address where I can send this product back to make sure I don't run out of time. I am devastated I will never ever sign up for anything again on the internet. Hope somebody can help me with a return address. P.S. I have informed my credit card company and told them not to pay any further amounts out after the postage/packing charges and they say if any are posted to my card they will be contested but I am still really worried.

I ordered a "free trial" of the tooth whitening product. All I was told was that I would pay a shipping fee of $2.95. On Dec. 6, 2009 I went on the bank web site to check on my balance and discovered a charge of $86 +. This was an unauthorized charge. I called the company and was told that the order was for a "free trial" not a "free product". and that it was clearly stated on the website-it was not clearly stated or I would not have ordered it! I had a phone call about the product and told them that I did not want to commit to anything until I had a chance to try it. There was nothing else mentioned about returning the product or a charge for it.
I have the product, unopened, and told the operator that I would return it. I was then told that there was a 30 day return policy (never told about that either) and the 30 days ("conveniently") ended yesterday. I would like to know how I can get my money refunded.

Marketing to (geared toward teens) teens under 18 and not being clear about the terms with them when they are spoken to on the phone about how to return the product they do not want (the free trial product). We were charged with 400 dollars worth of charges in a months time that are non-refundable. Cleanwhite was attached to the dazzlesmile offer and both companies claim to not know/be affliated with each otther. Also at the bottom of the page there is an "opt out" option that is very small and easily missed for a fitness email club that cost a non-refundable 25 dollars. We were not aware of this email club and do not have anyway even use it but we paid 25.00 for it and cannot get it back. DO NOT GO to this webite: http://www.premiumwhite.net/ ...the CATCH is to cancel the free trial within 14 days or you get charged 79.00 for it and if you don't cancel the whole account (not just he trial product itself but the whole offer) you get shipped and automatically charged 89.00 for a non-returnable/non-refundable product. AND WHEN TOLD HOW TO RETURN THE product that came with the trial product, the people on the phone do not give you the proper directions and you MUST go by what the website says and return via UPS. When we called to return the product: the people on the phone said just write "refused return to sender" and stick it back into the mail box... we learned later after being charged again that this is NOT the correct way to do it, we need to go by the net instructions and return via UPS.

This company is operating as thefts, they offer a product for $1.99, when they get the credit card information they charge your card for the $1.99 plus $48.92 without your permission. Then the trial period begins at the time you place the order. The order takes time to fill and be mailed, all the time this process period is charged to you as part of your trial period. This company is operating illegally. The $48.92 charge should be listed up front, topically when a person get their statement the trial period is already over based on the way the company operates. In my case my sister told me what happenedd to her. When I went into my account information on-line and saw that the company had debited my account, I called them immediately.

However, I was not told at the time that the trial period was already into its second week because my time stated before I got the product in my hand. So how can you try a product that is in route? I am sory I did not check the complaint page before ordering the product.

To top that off...they did not want to transfer me to anyone of authority. The person kept answering the phone and saying that they could not transfer me to anyone. My account had been cancelled...of course I cancelled my card as soon as I saw the credit which I did not authorize. There is nothing you can do about companies like this the government will not stop people like these and others who advertise falsely, ripe people off and stay in business as though they are ligitimate companies. After this, little companies will not get any business from me, there is no way to validate their ligitimacy.

They are total crooks. My bank is currently setting the anti-fraud team on them. The bank knows them all too well. In the meantime I have deactivated my card. I have tried to stop my 'subscription' twice now and continue to have money removed from my account, they have given me two completely different cancellation codes and the old 'oh you must have requested trays as well... " I only ever requested the free trial and that they stop sending me anything once I realised I had been sucked in. Oh and they gel stuff burns your gums... JUST DON'T DO IT!

Hi
I also got ripped off by these people. In a matter of eleven days they have had over two hundred and seventy pounds out of my account and Barclays bank say I cannot claim back the money through them even though they let my account go over my overdraft limit by over one hundred pounds. Dont know what to do money seems to be going out daily and havent even used the supposedly free trial as dentist said I have receeding gums and it would damage them and sting and havent recieved anything more so dont know how they can justify this.

These poeple are crooks and should be put out of business. I attempted to cancel withing minutes and talked to three separate people and they said they will have to ship and then I will have to return and then another one dropped a bomb that they were going to charge me anothe $80 come November 2o.

DazzleWhite Illegal money withdrawl

On October 23rd I read an add on the internet for Dazzle White Tooth Gel, priced $2.95 for a trial. I filled out the form and was then issued with an receipt for $12.95 (?$US), I spoke to the rep via email to be told rudely to read the fine print that there is a $12.95 charge for international shipping, I then cancelled the order and eventually was given a cancellation number.
Today I checked my bank statement to find that they have charged me $14.41 AU and I haven't recieved any goods (which I don't want)
This sounds like a scam from Singapore, how can I get my money back please?

DazzleWhite unauthorized charge

Even though I cancelled my membership almost immediately after I signed on, suspecting a ripoff, this company has made several charges to my account under different names. I have saved acknowledgement from them via email on my PC to protedct myself from them. However they've done it again under the name Pristine AHealth. The www has them listed under 2-3 names. Iplan to make further attempts to rectify this scam. Legal action & a report to the BBB. If you can offer any help with this, it oulod be greatly appreciated.
