Dazzle Smile never buy anything from this company

Without a doubt this is the biggest rip-off I have encountered. This elusive sales job advertises a "FREE" sample; however, it turns into a major rip-off and a major headache to try and resolve. They will continue to bill you until you call them. The advertising is very deceiving and lures the customer into purchasing a free sample. That is just the beginning. They then call you constantly; however, it's the salesman, not customer service and, although they will tell you they will cancel your service, they continue to bill you. I spent over an hour talking to customer support only to be told that they would not refund my credit card. I never received anything from the company. Warning: Never buy anything from this company, you will regret it!

I called to cancel and got a cancellation notice on 12/30/09. a charge came through 12/31/09. I was told I would get an email with the return address. that never came. I called 01/14/10 to find out what was going on and was told "too late, too bad".

I just realized today that I have had almost $300 STOLEN from my credit card by Dazzle Smile. Everything I have seen on this website is the same thing I'm going through. Is there anything that can be done to recover the money? I'm heading to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card.

Dazzle Smile Unauthorized Auto generated order

I read an article that on teeth whitening. Supposedly from a customer that tried (2) trial offers in conjunction with one another that worked better then using them individually. For only the small shipping fee less than $5. I since went over my statement noticing charges beyond the trial shipping fee that was said that I'd have, monthly in upwards of several hundred dollars. I spoke with my Credit account company and they suggested to contact the customer service deptment to see if they'd refund the charges of the product monthly I didn't order. They mentioned that they were only able to cancel my subscription account. Only the last order could be returned for a refund within 30 days which is there return policy. Not to mention another bonus trial offer that you could opt to cancel only at the time the original order was placed. What a scam! Don't ever use a debit card for online purchases. It's easier for a credit card company to dispute charges than when using your own money from a debit card.

I also got the article about using the two different products in conjuction for best results. I remember the assurance that there would be no obligation to continue beyond the first purchase. Just today, which is over a month since the first transaction date on my debit card statement I noticed additional charges from both companies and foreign transaction fees as well, adding up to over $280! I am notifying my bank of the disputes and will call the companies. But I wanted to see if there were other people complaining of the same scam before I did. I have only receive one shipment of each, so that makes it even worse if I don't get a refund. I'll be leary of offers from now on. That woman that was promoting this should be arrested!

Dazzle Smile unauthoriszed charges

Dazzle smile cost me over 400$ in less than a month and charged with 3 different names on my visa at two weeks interval, number disconnected in one place, the other one the service customer said that I had 30 days to cancel but hadnt (*hadnot received sample either) said nothing could be done, brightsmiles.com, beautyclub, pristine health and dazzlewhite all the same company apparently,. Big time scam. And I had to cancel credit card immediately and will sue them to the extent its possible.. If any class action suit is filed I want to be the first to sign on it as well. I dont have 400$ to pay back that bill. Yes it was stupid and I learned something fom this. Free sample ad. But I will do all in my power so that they learn something as well.
This is a criminal offense

Dazzle Smile Scam charges

I got caught out on BT website (won't trust it again to carry legit adverts) Got charged for what I thought was the sample £9.49 but MBNA visa told me this is just the post and packing (comes from the UK by the way). Two more charges appeared on my statement on Friday. Phoned and cancelled card but that won't do any good as I unknowingly agreed to their terms. They have got me registered for other things too, like World Fitness which I have no idea what it is. MBNA were helpful and I returned one of the gels today and called the USA branch of DS|(visa put me through and paid the charges). I cancelled the membership and got a returns address for the gel so I should get at least one of the £54 charges back. I also got two other numbers to call and cancel via visa advice for two companies called Elite pack and Ezykit. They also had me down as a member for them whatever they are. Numbers to call are [protected], [protected] and [protected] (toll free|) and the Dazzle Smile which is [protected] but visa should pay for you to do that. I got a cancellation number and had just 3 days left to return the gel for a refund. I have lost out about £65 so far to these scammers. So wish i had checked the forums first. DHL the delivery people are investigating but giving wrong advice. They say to return gel to them. NO No, you won't get money back. Wrong advice. I am still reeling and still fighting and so ANGRY.

Hi,

I discovered to my horror today that I've also been conned with this and that I've been charged up to £90 in total. I've ordered a new Visa card but have managed to keep the same ac details apart from the card number. Was just wondering why cancelling your card wouldn't work even if you were signed up for a 'contract'? The terms and conditions are so misleading that surely there is no way legally they could chase up for further payments if you've cancelled the card.

Dazzle Smile Total scam

This is one big scam! Not only did I not receive free trial sample within the time limit, I was billed for a dazzle tray which I never received. I cancelled everything within 24 hours but 2 sister companies had my credit card details and have been billing me for 2 months for products I have not received. Any refunds I do recieved are underpaid - apparently to cover admin charges! I have lost over $100 and wasted about 7 hours of my time attemtping to have all my records deleted. Just to-day again I have been charged for another product I never received. PLEASE do not be taken in by the word FREE - it will cost you a lot of time, money and stress...

And yet another sucker here.
have just had my bank account wiped out by these people, (not much in it anyway) but it has put me in overdraft and with the fees it'll be well over $100 lost.

The terms and conditions as stated by the idiot above are not situated on the order page but in a link right down the bottom.

I re-read the order page and we have to agree to the terms and conditions. Unfortunately it states in the terms and conditions that we get rebilled every month till we cancel it.

I'm going to cancel my subscription, notify my bank and keep the first lot i got billed for ( if i get it)

Pack of ### these people are.

Its a learning curve that unfortunately sucks in people like us.

Dazzle Smile Return Address

I also ordered the trial online. And they will put you on a automated shipping order if you don't call and cancel before the trial is up. I made sure to cancel when I was ordering. I also checked the BBB and they are not certified. Because of that I decided against ordering. However they will not let you cancel the first shipment which is the trial. So if you like me used your debit card, I would cancel and cut up. Get re-issued another one. This way if by chance they try to charge the full price after shipping, they won't be able to. They will go ahead and charge for shipping. So I wouldn't cry about trying to get that back. Some folks have said that even if you cancel the auto ship they will still charge you full price for the trial one that is shipped if you don't send it back. I hope this helps some of you.

Now I will say this, the folks I have talked to at this company were were pleasant and courteous. No one was rude. Here is the return address to send the product back. Just know kindness to others goes a long way.

I've had nothing but trouble with this company. I saw the offer online and began to fill out the order form when I noticed the tiny writing at the top about being subscribed to some club that would cost me $87.62. I decided not to continue and didn't order. Surprisingly a few days later I got a phone call from one of their representatives who (for over an hour) convinced me that if I was unsatisfied by the product all I had to do was cancel and I wouldn't be charged anything other than the postageof $1.95. When I recieved the product it made my gums bleed and burn, so I called to cancel only to find out that I had to return the entire "trial product" as or I would be charged the $87.62. I returned the product as instructed by yet another representative. Today I got my credit card statement an there it was, a charge of $87.62. I called yet again and the woman on the phone told me that I should have put a number on the outside of my return package, when I explained that I was never given any number she insisted it would be in my "return information" which I also never recieved. Then she told me it should be in the e-mail they sent me.. which I also never recieved. Her answer to this entire scam was that "If you did send it back, then when they process your package you will be refunded your money. This should only take a couple of days." When I explained it had been over two weeks already her next excuse was "Well they have a really high workload, so I don't know when they will be able to get to your package." I'm guessing I will never see my money again, and obviously a lot of other people are sending their products back as well, hence the "high workload." Do not fall for this scam.

Dazzle Smile Terms and Conditions Rip Off

Company puts out fake articles luring you into a "Trail offer", where you only pay shipping. This is another one of those Teeth Whitening scams. Buried in their Terms and Conditions and NOT made clear in the offer is the fact that you must return the product within 14 days or they will charge $80 for the product. Not only that, but they will put you on an autoship and automatically ship and charge you every 30 days for $80.

This might be OK if the product actually works, but it does nothing. Save your money and buy Crest White Strips or something at the drug store. It's companies like this that make consumers distrustful of online shopping.

Dazzle Smile is a complete scam!

Their terms and conditions were NEVER CLEAR nor were they ever clearly disclosed to the consumer, hence why no one is aware of the subscription they automatically sign you up for. Just do a search on the internet of them and you will see everyone's testimony.

Because they deceptively lead you into believing you are signing up for just a free trial and all you have to do is pay shipping, they take your card number and automatically sign you up for all sorts of things you are never aware of.

You as a consumer never provide express consent to any of this, hence making it a violation.

Im waiting for the class action law suit, its inevitable.

It has been awful dealing with Dazzle Smile - trying to sort everything has been a nightmare. You need to contact them on a Saturday or Sunday via their 'live chat' and state firmly that you want to be taken off their automatic shipment and that all other companies that they have signed you up also be cancelled immediately. If they say to phone the relevant companies firmly say no and state that they must do it. Wait to receive your cancellation numbers and inform your bank of the cancellation numbers so that they can get your money back if they continue to charge you. Have now done all of the above and am waiting and hoping that this is the last of it. I haven' even received the free trial yet so am hoping it will arrive before the 14 days so that I can post it to their UK address - (UNITED KINGDOM OFFICE, UNIT 1, 15-17 CALEDONIAN ROAD, PO BOX 159, LONDON ENGLAND N1 9DX

Dazzle Smile overcharged

Shipping was supposed to be $1.95...when credit card accepted and receipt appears it is for $11.90. At this point I called the company (http://www.ws6alert.com/index.php?ntrk=KIRK) to cancel. They cancelled the trial edition but I would be reciving this product monthly and upon returning the first month's supply, I will no longer be charged, but now I know the shipping to Canada will be prohibitive. I had to call my credit card company and since the charge had yet to go through I could cancel it by cutting up my card, which I did, and cannot have access to my credit card for about a week.

Yay for AT&T Universal Card! At least for now.

When I got caught, I called them right away, sweetly told them that I did not authorize the charges and to please take them off, and they said they would! I'm getting a new card, but that's a minor inconvenience that I'm happy to go through. It'll be a lesson to me, I guess.

My rep, Aiza, noticed that Dazzle Smile and Total White had small charges on my previous statement, and asked about them. I said that I wasn't disputing those charges; they were shipping charges that I legitimately expected and agreed to pay, and DS and TW were welcome to them, but no way was I going to allow the $87.62 and $76.82 more they wanted. She got it right away, laughed knowingly, and used the words "online scam" before I did.

And she was a doll about the whole thing.

I guess the cc's are getting lots of complaints about this. What's really too bad is that legitimate free trials are probably going to be obliterated by scams like this one. No more free samples. Too bad.

BTW, I was a scam virgin before this happened. If I weren't so disgusted, I might be a little impressed.

If my card doesn't follow through as Aiza promised, I'll be back, but for now I'm happy.

Best thing to do is cancel your c/card and get a new one. That way they can't take any more money from you. If you don't and you don't cancel with ALL the bogus companies taking out of your account, you WILL continue to get stolen from.
Cancelling with all the other companies is impossible, I tried, I was given wrong numbers time and again. Even if you do get to cancel with them all, there is no certainty they won't use another company to withdraw your money.

If you do manage to read a copy of the terms and conditions, there is a clause in it that says they reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without informing you. I.e. letting other 'companies' have your c/card details.

I can't stress enough, close your c/card and get a new one. Fully inform your bank of what has happened and hopefully they can recoup funds for you. At the very least, Dazzlewhite and its many guises will not be able to extort another penny from you.

Dazzle Smile free trial scam

This is not a free trial ! The scam is you believe you are paying only for shipping and handling of your trial supply with no obligation to commit immediately to any further charges or product. But they cleverly disguise within a 100% Customer Satisfaction banner on the order page...that by accepting to receive a free trial and pay for only shipping. You are automatically entered into their "elite club" and unless you return the free trial you will be charged $80 for your "free trial" and will receive further product each month @ $80 per month. This is a scam! You believe you are only going to receive a sample or trial sized product. But you are shipped a full size product with the intent of charging you $80 for the " free trial" And it is too late once you have provided the credit card info to cancel your order. I tried within minutes of the "discovery" but was told that I accepted. This however was incorrect as I was not directed to read and understand the full terms of the trial offer. Which by the way was inside the 100% customer satisfaction banner so it appears just to be an endorsement not billing commitments to the product now or in the future. It is very deceitful and misleading...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE!

I spoke with Will Perez [protected]) and he told me that the owner is Gene Dimitri. Will has backed this company for 7 plus years all-though he does agree that the hidden sales methods are right. It's charging customers for products they are unaware of . They receive over two hundred (200) complaints a day due to this method of stealing from the general public. Bianca Winters and Erica Rodriguez along with Will Rodriguez are all backers of this business but when we spoke on an unrecorded line the said they knew it was wrong and felt bad for the consumers that where involved.

10/07/09 - I signed up for the free trials with Dazzle Smile and Clean Whites
10/10/09 - I saw the outrageous charges on my credit card and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I also called the companies to cancel my memberships (which I wasn't aware I had signed up for in the first place) and to ask for a refund.

10/10/09 - 11/04/09: For the rest of the month, I kept close watch on my credit card charges and sent back everything I was supposed to (the free trials) in order to get my refunds. Fortunately, I got everything refunded. However, these companies charged odd little amounts which were labeled 'foreign transactions' as well as the $49.95 and $87.62. I ended up losing about $13.00; it could have been worse.

11/17/09 - But NOW, I'm getting charged for some membership to a company ELITEPACK (the name that shows up on my credit card statement). The charge showed up yesterday. I can't believe this isn't over! I can't even find what I supposedly signed up for in the terms and conditions that Dazzle Smile provides!

I'm going to keep updating as things progress ..

I ordered Dazzle Smile and they sent Dazzle Brite and started sending the trays without permission. I have $260 on my credit card that was not ordered. I have also been trying to cancell and send back product with little luck. I was also scammed! I ordered a trial of Dazzle Smile (charged for the trail, received it, cancelled it, sent it back & did receive a full credit on the full retail amount they later charged me & thought that I was done). Later I received a charge for $24.82 from elitepack. I called my credit card company & they gave me their phone number [protected]. I called & was told that when you order Dazzle Smile you also receive a free trial membership to World Club Fitness (unless you opt out - which I did - guess it doesn't matter). They are very rude! They answer like robots with their "No refunds" "We are protected by..." - why are they protected? What about us? I asked for a supervisor & was told that one will call me back... we'll see.

In the meantime... I called my credit card company back and filed a dispute. My credit card company graciously removed the charges from my account & will go after this company. What I would like to share is some information my credit card company shared with me. Basically the Dazzle Smile offer was a way to get my credit card information, then they charge the credit card with charges from any of their 9 sister companies - however this is all one company! If you have contact with them (note everything & keep cancellation #s, etc) tell them to never charge your account again under any of their companies. Another of their sister companies is how to make money at home with Google. They are in no way associated with Google - Google is trying to get them to stop, but they keep changing their name slightly making it harder to stop them. I definitely urge you to contact your credit card or financial institution & file a dispute and/or if all else fails - change your account information.

Sorry this is so long, but hopefully it will help someone! I like the idea below of sending letters to the Federal Trade Commission & the Attorney General. I refuse to keep quiet & let them walk all over me!

When you go to this website, you are told you will be receiving a free trial, just pay the shipping. It does not direct you to the terms and conditions which are listed at the bottom of the page. I just received my applicator, with no information on the charges or cancellation procedure. I was suspicious and went to the web site and read the terms and conditions. I have 14 days to get it back to them or I will be charged $80+. I immediately tried to call - the phone number is not working. I did a live chat and was given a cancellation number, plus a different phone number to call. I will be returning this product immediately, so I will be out the shipping to get it and the shipping to return it. The ingredients are hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide, common in any pharmacy and much cheaper.

I too have been scammed by this company for the free trial offer and then got billed for $87 after canceling my order. I had my credit card cancelled in order to stop any further orders placed. I never recieved the product as billed. I reported this to my bank, however, since I am in a dispute with another company from Cyprus, that they can not help me, but to contact these scam artist for a tracking number. How can I get a tracking number for a undelivered package from the US Postal Service, since the phony mail was never sent by standard mail. How can a bank let a charge go on my account with no delivery. I am very angry with the SCAM ARTIST S in CYPRUS and my BANK for not helping me in being ripped off. This product never worked and I did cancel the item in time, but they fraudenlately billed me for the next order without shipping anything. I do not want your product, just my money back...You F--king Con Artist.

As other people have said I went to order a free trial and then noticed a charge of $87.47 that I didn't authorize. When I called they told me that because I didn't cancel within 10 days they automatically enrolled me into a monthly program. Of course I didn't receive an e-mail giving me that information. They did give me $20.00 back because I didn't receive my e-mail confirmation, but will not give me the entire amount back. They are sending out another package to me and then I am out of the program after I go to a website they e-mail to me and do exactly what I was instructed to do. If I make a mistake then I am not out of the program. If I do it exactly as Alma to me then they will never charge me again, so they say. I will see next month.

I ordered DazzleSmile for 87.62 in 10/09 and returned the product per their instructions. I requested a refund but I never received it and it has been almost a year.

In 2/10 I sent to a supervisor in Aurora CO (Victor) a fax of delivery confirmation by USPS.

I contacted them by telephone and was told it would take a few months as their corporate office is in the UK.

Since then I have not gotten my refund and the numbers I have are either now invalid or out of service.

I am now going to pursue this matter for the refund through my credit card company, the Attorny General's office and and the FTC as I have learned there are several others who have encountered the same shoddy treatment.

Please do not fall prey (as I did) to a company named Dazzle Smile - also another one named Clean Whites. Both fall under the name "healthclns". You order their samples for teeth whitening, return them in time, but you are taken for huge amounts of money. I was very ill; before I could call my bank and freeze my VISA account, they had accrued more than $600 in charges. I am still fighting to get my money returned. I only received ONE so-called shipment (2 small tubes) which were unopened, boxed and returned with all other samples (also unopened and unused). Attempts to contact this company are unbelievable. Perpetrating fraud on the internet is a crime. If anyone else has been duped, please do contact me for a class action lawsuit. I have read many other complaints by consumers, and I believe it's time to take action.

Dazzle Smile returning

They tell you that you are only paying $1.95 for this TRIAL version... they don't tell you that they're going to hit your credit card for $80 if you don't promptly return it...
After two very long phone calls (they leave you on hold for a good 5 minutes hoping you will hang up) - I got them to give up their address.
If you have ordered the trial version of Dazzle Smile, call and cancel - and return it IMMEDIATELY to avoid the $80 charge. Their cancellation phone number is [protected].
Return to:
Dazzle Smile
P.O. Box 10276
Des Moines, IA 50381
Make sure you write your order # right on the envelope (legibly!)
And when you send it, be sure to get a tracking number - b/c these people are scammers and can easily say they never received the package.
I will not be fooled again. I hope that you won't, either!

I got scammed out of $191 so far I don't want that number to go up.If you got fooled too, cancel you cc and get a whole new account. They are still able to charge you with a new cc number.I'm hoping they don't get into my new account. do I need to send back the products to cancel with them? I got my bank to call and I finally was able to get a cancellation number. There are a lot of different address's on here to do the return. Mine says its from hollywood FL. I'm still getting products in the mail...i'm feeling very uneasy, i'm not sure this is over yet.

I got scammed. They charged me $ 4.95 for the "free 30 day trail" 7 days later they charged me 87.47. My bank called me about it. I cancelled my card. I called Dazzle smile company they said they said they moved up the trail period and I told them I just got it, didn't get to try it yet. They said they would put the 87 dollars back in my account and give me another 10 days of the trail, to try the product. THEY NEVER GAVE ME BACK THE MONEY, it was just pending for an extra 7 days. I feel really dumb for falling for this scam. I'll never buy any kind of free trail again. : (

If you return this product within the specified time period, do not expect that they will automatically refund your money. If you don't call back within a short period of time, they will tell you that you are outside the refund window. In my case, my account was charged exactly 120 days ago---they claim it has been 122 days. Apparently, since it is OVER 120 days, they cannot issue a refund. No amount of arguing or threatening will remedy this. I was told that a supervisor would not speak to me. I insisted and finally talked with her. She would not budge. According to them, it is YOUR responsibility to follow up on your refund because they clearly will not automatically give it to you. What a CROCK!

I live in the UK and was caught out like everyone else, because I do all my banking on line the very next day after my credit card was debited, I was on the phone from the UK to the USA holding on for approximately 20 minutes, never the less I spoke to someone got a cancellation number was assured my refund would be processed within 10 working days of receiving the goods back, which I returned to a Bedfordshire address with a tracking number. Upon the 10 working days passing, I contacted my Credit card company and they stated they would apply to visa for a refund and while waiting for visa to refund my money I was debited a lesser charge by associates of Dazzlesmile, which was refunded within four working days as I had not received any goods and just before Chrismas I was refunded the £54.63 and now I am waiting for dazzle smile to contest it as they have 60 days to prove that I owe them tha money. Right now as we speak 55 days has passed, so fingers cross that everything will be alright. I also forgot to mention that I had to cancel my credit card with the company, just in case they tried to request any further payments, which they could do even though you had cancel the orginal card. I am not a person that is easily scammed, but they got me pure and simply even though they resorted to underhand tactics which by the trading standards board is not illegal even though the trading standards board does not apply to countries outside of the UK. Shopping on well know sites like Amazon is fine and you will probably never have any problems but shopping outside of the UK, we have no protection, so be warned is to be for armed. Have a nice day everyone.

I'm sorry to say this but I worked for the crappy company that scammed you - Impulse Marketing. I really needed the money so I bit my lip and went along with it. But I was recently laid off along with just about everyone else. Thank god, I was feeling so terrible about what I was doing.

I'm too afraid to give out my real name because they might come after me but I'm posting their info everywhere I can. Impulse Marketing is a boiler room scam that's only into ripping off as many people as possible.

We "upsold" all kinds of stuff by calling people who already bought something similar. The best were old people or guys that sounded out of it. We would just read from a script and get people to agree a couple times on the "free trial". Then the cards would be charged immediately. And we would give phony toll-free customer service numbers to call back that no one answered.

We were told over and over to never mention Impulse Marketing. We were only supposed to say waht was on the script. Some guys got fired for slipping up and mentioning we were from Impulse Marketing because then we could get found. Well I hope that's exactly what happens now.

We never knew the owners names. We only knew them as the bosses. But all of them drove new Escalades, BMWs, Mercedes, etc. One guy just got a Maserati. I heard they even have a company limo. But they treated all the regular workers like crap and paid us only for the time we were actually on the phone talking to someone. If anyone complained, they would fire them for virutally no reason at all.

Well I looked them up on sunbiz.org and found out who the owners are: Joseph A Montalbano, Matthew R Argall and Christopher Reinhold.

Here's the company info:
Impulse Marketing LLC
3985 Gateway Center Blvd Suite 200
Pinellas Park, FL 33782
http://impulseteam.com

If your trying to get ahold of them to get your money back or complain to someone, here's numbers that went straight to their offices:

Like I said, I'm really sorry and I hope this helps anyone whose been ripped off by these guys.

I received a letter saying I have a 60-day satisfaction "guarantee", but no. they said mine had been pre-packaged and they changed their policy to 30-days. therefore, my 60-day satisfaction was not guaranteed. what a scam!

I feel insanely insulted. customer satisfaction not guaranteed and they do nothing about it.

So when I was charged the first time, I called and asked what I was being charged for and they said it was for the second product that had been sent out. when I was charged a second time and called, they said it was for the second product as well. so now i'm utterly confused and said that's what they told me the first time.
Then they tell me I was first charged for the first product and now i'm being charged for the second product. I told them to go listen to the recordings because when I specifically asked what I was being charged for the first time, the operator simply said the second product. she said the other operator was probably referring to the most recent charge on my account.
I think I deserve an apology for vague customer service. I specifically asked what I was being charge for and she never mentioned I had been charged twice already (even though they know my charges don't appear on my accounts until several days). she simply chose to inform me about my latest charge and I was fooled.

Of course they keep telling me to read their terms and conditions... well guess what? I ordered the product on the phone, I expect you to tell me all the terms and conditions via phone (not selecting what to inform me and what not to). I did not appreciate their unsympathetic and uncompromising attitude.

Well, stupid me! I even spoke with the people when I ordered and the sales rep. said that I would not be signed up for anything else and not be put on their automatic shipping list. I would only be debited for the shipping. I would also not get anything else unless I ordered it. I did for both clean whites and Dazzlesmile pro. Sent it back...according to them they did not get it...must be a black hole somewhere in the US Mail dept. filling up with teeth whiteners! So...they bill you under different names, and amounts, and your bank can't catch it because you put a stop payment on a different name and amount. So ...you have to close your account! Between the two companies, they took me for more than $630.00! There goes a house payment and no recourse! Roar!

Dazzle Smile scam alert

When my child signed up for a "free" trial of Dazzle Smile, she thought it might be fun to get something in the mail. What she got was over 30 phone calls and at least 18 text messages within 24 hours time. I used the online customer support on the website (www.dazzlesmilepro.com) as requested to cancel the order of whatever it was. I was given a cancellation # 329885 and was told that I if I return the package in 14 days I would not be charged "the discounted rate of $79.91 for the first shipment of Dazzle Smile Teeth Whitening after the completion of the trial period." Fine, I have not received the product though. I asked specifically about any other "trials" my child may have signed up for and she said: "When you subscribed to our services, you were automatically enrolled with World Club Fitness and Weight Loss Resources. And, you have to cancel their services as well, if you won't wish to be charged. Please call [protected] to cancel your World Club Fitness. ( Shows on statement as VH ACCESS). And, please call [protected] to cancel Weight Loss Resources (Shows on statement as HEALTHMEMBER). They are available 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). They are closed on Sundays. I THEN received a confirmation email saying "In case you are still within your 14-day trial offer, then you are still responsible for this order as well as the billing of $58.76 for the DazzleWhite Pen at the end of your 14-day trial period. " also... "If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place." What are the chances of these people actually receiving AND processing the returned product within 14 days? Slim, I'm sure. I have already canceled our credit cards as this seems to be one of the nastier scams I've heard of.

Seems to me that if no one wants to put these people out of business for scamming people something is wrong with the police, BBB, lawyers, the whole system is corrupt to put up with this fraud and nobody cares to sue these people for outright fraud and I have paperwork to sue and prove they are illegally scamming people! swh22

Sure you can call Customer Service for Dazzlewhite or Dazzlesmile but once you give them you credit card number you'd better cancel and ship product back at the same time! So what good is it to order in the first place! I cancelled Dazzlewhite, Dazzlesmile the day after I got it and they received dazzlewhite dazzlesmile back in 13 days, Oct 13-2009 and I still haven't got a refund as of 12-15-2009! For free trial it cost me double shipping plus monthly charge plus foreign transfer fee! I cancelled my credit card! These people act like they don't know what they are doing is Fraudulent and one knats ### from being criminal!

Checked my bank details and called up my bank and instructed them to stop any further transaction from Smilebright. Called up smilebright, they instructed to return the product back inorder to get the refund of £54.10. Dont know if I am getting my money back.

I foolishly applied to receive a free trial of a Dazzle Smile tooth whitener. The initial cost was only aroun $15 so I thought I was safe.

Before the shipment arrived, I received a call from the company pushing another low cost tray system. Although I initially agreed, I called them back within 12 hours to cancel the order and I was assured no transaction would go through.

Unfortunately, DazzleSmile debited my account numerous times ($45, $90, $90). I kept all telephone call information, cancellation numbers and post office tracking numbers (returned all products immediately).

In the end, I had to have my credit card company contact them to help me ensure the cancellation went through and that I would be reimbursed for most of the transactions. **However, as a final insult, the company charged me a non-refundable $25 for access to a health & fitness website.**

I suppose it could have been much worse but my "free trial" cost me $40 plus $20 (S+H) and a lot of time contacting the company, my bank and the post office.

My advice: Do NOT EVER sign anything with DazzleSmile or any other tooth whitening company online. Wow...this experience really opened my eyes to shady online transactions and the loopholes companies can use to gouge consumers. All future transactions I ever do will be IN PERSON only. If I'm ever faced with a contract, I will take it home for close study for a day or two before making a decision.

Total Scam! I can't believe I fell for it. I usually research the company BEFORE I place an order, but this time I guess in a moment of weakness believed "Cathy". Lesson learned.

I went on live chat with DazzleSmilePro to cancel the order while I was on the phone cancelling my credit card. Here is a copy of the conversation:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Maddy'

Maddy: Hello and welcome to DazzleSmile. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom I am chatting with?

you:

you: please cancel my order
you: Hello?

Maddy: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?

you:

Maddy: One moment please while I locate your account information.

Maddy: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card will be charged the discounted rate of $87.62 for the first shipment of Dazzle Smile Teeth Whitening after the completion of the trial period.

Maddy: Your cancellation # is
Maddy:

you: Excuse me, but it is impossible that you have shipped it. I will be disputing this with my cc company and i will be contacting my lawyer

you: WIll I have to cancel with any other companies?

Maddy: As soon as the confirm button is clicked, your order is automatically sent to our shipping department. Unfortunately we are not able to stop the shipment.

Maddy: If you do not want to pay for the trial, please return the product, rather than contacting your bank, as this will help prevent any inconvenience on both sides.

Maddy: We are more than happy to prevent this charge.

you: I just cancelled my cc. What are the return instructions

Maddy: You will have to make your call for return information.

Maddy: The number to call is [protected]. They are available 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). They are closed on Sundays.

you: My cc company is aware of this and any charges will not go through, are you sure it will still get shipped?

Maddy: Please allow me few moments so I can do some.
Maddy: I have master cancelled your membership effective immediately. You will not receive any charges from us, and you have been removed from our auto ship system.

you: Good. Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Maddy: No

you: Thank you

Maddy: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.

Total scam! if you sign up for that you get two other things that are total scams as well. both are weightloss websites that do not work. I signed up dazzlewhite and my boyfriend did too. so I call for myself and cancelled all three and called for him to cancel all three. when I cancelled the weightloss resources and insider secrets they offered to give me the username and passwords, so I agreed to take them in exchange for my money not being refunded so I can at least check it out for the rest of the month. I felt it was kinda of my fault for not reading the terms and conditions fully so I was going to take the blame for that.
When I called insider secrets to cancel my boyfriend's account the next day, they gave me the same username and password for him. I got pissed cause at that time I realizd it was a scam and I was not going to take the blame for someone scamming me and others. I am probably the only fool who was like yeah give me that username and password. that is probably what they are counting on but that's a negative, I want wahat I pay for and if anyone can get access with the same username and password than the site is worthless and totally scammy and deceitful.
I ended up asking for his money back and they went through this crap talking about the terms and conditions and it being the consumers responsibility to read them but if you are paying for access to a website you expect that everyone would have different information and not all the same where anyone can access it even after they cancel. after hearing the terms and conditions crap I said I would call the bbb. nothing the didn't care. so I just gave up and called insider secrets. when I reached them I was so upset because they gave me the same information for him for their website too. I said I would call my bank to dispute and they just agreed to give me my money back, just like that. so I called the other company back and demanded my money though I canceled already and told them the same about disputing with my bank. no terms and conditions crap just my money. called both back for my accounts, told them the same, got my money.
Moral to my very long story... tell them you will dispute it with your bank and they'll give you your money back!
