Your Voyager Call Centre is of no help at all.
You don't have an actual sales office or help-desk, which makes it impossible to raise any queries withan actual person. (Your sales office at the Airport shows me away, and say they can't help with any queries, only new enlistments & registration.
I need to reset my PIN CODE for Voyager, and just donor receive my new PIN, regardless of how many times I have requested it via your call centre.
Neither do your call centre provide any reference numbers at all, SO, I keep starting over from scratch every single time.
Embarrassing service delivery.. Very evident your a government funded organization with deep pockets, and no need to actually make any sales to stay afloat..such a poor level service.
