This is an internet scam! DON'T send these scammers money for any reason.
They mis led me as to what all would happen.
From the start I admitted I was flat broke and had to borrow even the fee.
I told them I had very little money and they sent papers, After signing papers and senting 775.00
They let me belive we were on our way - - - -then 3 months go by and more papers come and they want $13, 000
to move on. Are you kidding me, I told them in the begining the $775.00 was very hard to come up with, now
they want $13, 000.
Davison have scammed me -Fraud ! Fraud !
If anyone wants to start a class action suit against Davison, count me in. My experience with Davison has not
been good.

What the world is going on? I have been sending in payments to Davison Product Development for the longest. I to old to be wasting my time and money, plus I paid into the business to help me get started. I also asked about the reason why they got so many complaints, their reason for that was, well you know how some people get frustrated over somethings don't go their way and can't wait don't believe in the company and become impolite. My family and I we're certainly depending on their help, they would be so disappointed in me if this is so. I put them down for dealing with this company all this time. They lead me to believe that I had a company interested in my designs and was willing to paid me for it. I send them the design to have it pattern by them and I never got anything saying that it was pattern until I pay off $5, 000. which I don't have. My children and I are going broke for paying into a loss cause. This is unfair to me, I need the money to take care of my family, not let them down. I didn't know they are running a scam. I'm a disable worker and I do not work I can't afford to lose money I had my hopes up to be able to support my children in their future dreams. What I'm I going to do, I can't tell them that we are going nowhere in life, and that this company has mislead us. And I got nothing coming after paying each month into this company for help. What exactly I'm I suppose to do now. I need my money back and I still need to first find a legal company to help me develop my idea. Please tell me what should I do and who can I talk to so that I can get my money back?

I am just now finding out about Davison co. I have payed them about $400 already for my idea. And I'm not seeing any results just phone calls after phone calls about how much I have to finish paying so I can move forward with my idea. I'm reading all these complaints and am wondering if I should get a lawyer now. Thanks for letting the people know about this fraud. Hi everyone I have just learnt today that this is a scam to say I'm devastated is an understatement. I'm a single mother of 2 on benefits I've put a lot of money and trust in to this company to now find out it's all for nothing. The FTC, federal trade commission stated that Davison Design & Development Inc is an invention promotional "SCAM" operations. Google the word of 'scam" and you will come up with many variations of dishonesty, swindle and fraud. Take that to heart and understand it, as the FTC has successfully sued Davison for over 40 million dollars in the past few years with proof of fraudulent operations. I personally had two contracts, eight years of shame and knowledge of their total fraudulent operations. To deal with Davison on any account in my opinion will prove to be the wrong way to go. Take note, the US Postal Service informed me that I was deemed to be a mail fraud victim and the company that defrauded me was the Davison Design & Development inc., later I was informed by the US Postal Service that their two years of hard work criminal case against Davison was disallowed by the PA Attorney Generals office without prejudice and could not be reopened. That same PA Attorney General has had charges against her for closing down three PA bribery cases, looks like there is something fishy going on there as well. Yes I paid 695 for them to produce my idea. My idea is golden. What should I do
I have not given any money to Davison and would never give them any money. What I am angry about is that it took me two hours to cleanup my email after they sent me email from my email to my email (from me to me) and I could not block them or delete them out of my email for hours. They are or he is nothing but a scammer. I got his email address and sent him email. I could not unsubscribe, but he stated that if you can't unsubscribe in order for Davison to take you of their email list you must write them a letter. He is below the worst scammer out here. He should not be in business. I am talking to my email provider about getting him out of my system completely. He is located in Pittsburgh, PA and I gave all of the information to my email provided so that they can go after him and keep him out of my email.

they are a thief and God is going to give him what he deserved. This scoundrel rob me thousands of dollars on my sick bed. I use my credit card to pay him and he did nothing, he did not even sen back my design. I wish George Foreman would stop advertise for him.
I too was taken by davison, 10, 000.00 and I am looking for a group of people who have taken a class action suit against davison.These people are just bad news.
If you know of anyone e-mail me at pat@patpoillucci.com I want to join your group. They made their own redention of what they wanted to sell and it never looked like what I sent them. I called them everyday to get my prototype and it took them 6 weeks to make it and they sent it to me still wet from the paint and in the most ugly colors. I should have known better after they send you a letter saying that they are sending your 3d picture to companies that have not bought anything from Davison in the past 5 years and once they said no they wanted another 385.00 to fix the scratches or dents well how can a picture get dents and scratches?

Hi my name is Chandra Rose. Davison used the internet to fraud me out of 775.00 for a pattern service also 7666.00 for a portion of what was a final payment of $16, 000 they never produced anything after 3 months i was presented photographs of a product that was reduced to 0 value to be approved by my signature that I refused. I submitted them with full sketches of my idea at the time of my request for their service and was told it was do able the whole 90 days of their so-called process with their engineers and technicians . This is fraud collusion! it set me back with friends and family I am in a bad State at this time with people that I truly love that believed in me and what I was doing. I'm struggling to pay them back so I won't loose their love. HELP ME STOP THESE INTERNET THIEVES!
I submitted my idea to Davison and the man I talked to really praised the idea and told me it would" only" cost me $775.00
I am a widow on Social Security and told him it would be hard to pay this, so they accepted payments until I paid this amount off, 8 months later.
Then they congratulated me, told me more contracts and papers were on the way.
Inside those papers was a contract for me to sign agreeing to pay either $11.000.00, $12, 000.00 or $13, 000.00. And they would "let" me make payments, but the sooner I paid it off, the faster my idea would hit the markets. If I didn't agree within 30 days, all would be null and void and I'd have to start from scratch to sell my idea.
I know I've been screwed and it seems there's nothing that can be done about it, but it's a crying shame that the people with the least can get screwed like this and nobody cares.
If I could find some place to complain, that would do some good, I would. But their track record seems to be to just pay a fine and screw the next one in line.
Personally, I'm sure George Davison is proud of himself for screwing so many people out of their hard earned money so he can live high and wide, be on tv selling himself and being on several companies Board of Directors. If I could only get my hands on him...

Try Better Business Bureau. I cant find any complaints onthis company and yet everyone is complaining about a bad experience. Most people check here first before doing business with someone they do not know. So if everyone complains to them it can get attention by a larger audience.
Look up lawsuits, they are there. Look up BBB they are there! I am emotionally and financially wrecked.

I still after a few years find myself thinking about my experience with Davison and what a stain it was on my life. I have since seen my invention developed by The Works company. Thinking back, I have to admit, I learned what not to do and anytime you need a lawyer to read and understand an agreement you're dealing with snakes.
Your invention may or may not suck-it doesn't matter. Davison without a doubt SUCKS.
