Few years ago, we withdrew money from our savings and gave David DiStefano a significant loan. He never paid us back one dollar. He says he founded a wine club and now going to change more people's lives with Direct Crypt.

Yes, David does changed people's lives. My husband is working a second job so we can survive so our lives have been changed. He hasn't even paid $1 to be applied towards the loan. He has no issues posting photos on Facebook showcasing his success, expensive clothing and elaborate trips. Message if you have given this man any money and not been paid.

We don’t care you invested in Direct Cellars, invested in Direct Crypt, plan on going public, or the complaints filed on this site by others. We loaned DiStefano Holdings money with David DiStefano’s personal guarantee and we haven’t received $1 dollar. This was not an investment in any of his projects!

Direct Crypt is posting on Instagram that David DiStefano created over 15 successful businesses with one being a winery and the 3rd largest in the world. He has not created 15 successful businesss, never owned a winery, and the only company still operating is Direct Cellars. According to a few of its members, they don’t own a winery, are not the 3rd largest in the world, and he was removed from management in 2016 for reason not disclosed to them. We are aware of a gentleman who loaned him personally a significant amount of money 3+ years ago, which was not an investment. Not surprising, they haven’t received $1 dollar. There is a pattern of lies and deceat with David DiStefano.

With deep regret, we are unable to accept your invitation to Miami. Our savings are depleted, can’t afford a plane ticket, and both working two jobs.

Joe P must be for 'Joe Potestivo' the COO of Direct Crypt. Dropped by your office to get my money and why my tokens haven't been issued. Looks like I need to hire an attorney and have him go to the authorities.

Don’t know any sue as a wife of any of my fellow investors for David’s projects. I know most very well. I invested (seed round, by far the largest risk) in Direct Cellars, and also in Direct Crypt which just started Private sales ahead of schedule and in both projects some of the people brought in early on could not do their jobs and after removing the bad apples and changing the business model the projects take life in a different direction and move on. This happens often and the individuals that work the least and get let go make stories up (like this one)cause they blew it. If you are real ( and we both know you’re not) come to the main office in Miami and set up a meeting with the COO and bring a copy of this post plus your agreement that you signed ( all investors sign an agreement) and this is so easy to correct, the only ones not paid from Direct Cellars are the ones who held on for the buyout in negotiations. If you held on all this time for larger gains dont blame blame others for your greed. I am the only seed investor in Direct Crypt from day one, so save the stories for another company. This company is on schedule to go public July 1st 2019
