My credits were used while I was online with other online members as we were chatting in real time therefore both online... But when questioned where and how my credits had been used... I was informed I had used them offline. How? I was informed of this by an agent on live support and told after checking the chat logs showed I was chatting offline... Which is impossible. Each message used one credit when it should have been one credit per online minute.
I resigned I was not getting anywhere and clarifying with the agent that to chat online with a member they must display the green dot by their profile photo... Therefore I was happy I understood the one credit per online minute... And decided to purchase a further 20 credits, just to test a theory, as I wasn't convinced by the agents explanation.
I started an online live chat with a member and within the one conversation I had 11 credits taken from me for 5 messages within te one conversation... Possiblt over two minutes which still should only have equated to 7 credits.
I tried to explain this to th e agent once more but it was like talking to a brick wall... He was agreeing my credits had been used in an online chat but was not grasping that this shouldn't have happened.

The upshot of it is that the costing policy says one thing and the system does another... in the favour of the app... of course.

Feel totally frustrated and ripped off and very very disapointed.

Don't sign up

95% of the profiles are fake with automated responses and questions from "members" but it's all a scam. Asks you to sign up for £2.99 then takes another unauthorised amount of £15.99. You get asked weird questions about life from the fake profiles and no grammar from the real. Of which I only had one, everyone has professional fake arse profiles. Dont not sign up with this fake site

I was billed four times I just wanted one time. I tried to use it after I paid one time but it didnt work so I tried again and up to four times always said it didnt go thru

I continually try to get help at customer service number. Put on hold for very long time.( 10 + minutes). Trying to unsubscribe. Keep getting unwanted messages emails, from supposedly available European women. Don't wish to get these messages. Customer service is terrible. The company claims to have a very high rate of success with getting people together, but I don't wish to participate any longer.

Eurodate is a complete fake. I cannot believe how they try to cheat so clumsily. It s so easy to realize everyone is perfect with proffesional profile pics and very similar descriptions. Same happens with messages, they don t answer to specific questions and seem automatic. I had a look to girls profile when I started suspecting and is exactly the same. Not real people at all.
Fortunately, I didn t pay anything but still don t wan t amy mail account assciated to that fraudulent website. It is needed an official complaint.

I agree. I am a female and from when I joined It was saying I received about five messages a minute. All the messages were similar to each other. They seemed automatic. A lot of the males had a similar appearance athletic, fit muscular etc and had professional pictures. My feeling immediately was that these were fake profiles. When I read their bios in their profiles a lot seemed to me like females very tender, loving..- a lot more feminine than masculine; I began to receive longer messages and as I am Ukrainian, I realised instantly these messages were written by Russian Ukrainian people even though they say they are from Spain or Italy. They used Russian smile face " )))) " I have used other websites such as Cupid.com websites and met sincere people there - so when I compared the people from there to Eurodate it seemed very odd and untypical.

Please be aware of eurodate scam. I signed up for membership which cost$2.99, but I was quickly advised by my credit card about fraud alert charges. Eurodate quickly charged me $15.99 not once but twice! I've tried contacting their customer service, but I just get an email stating that we're looking into the matter. I've yet to have someone contact me. As for the women on Eurodate, I would ask them specific questions, but none were ever answered, and they just saying hello dear, which led me to believe that they're not real people but a scam!

Don't fall for this scam and don't talk to anyone on this website. Ideally, don't sign up at all. Why? Because it's full of fake profiles and scammers.
Yes, the support team will say it's not true, their app is a decent thing. But let m disagree. What I encountered was terrible and i'm not going to hide it. You either fix it and make everyone satisfied and let it be how it is and get bad reviews from those who get messages from greedy scammers. Everything is pretty easy.

so, i signed up at BeiJing time 2017 Jan 19. around 10 pm. the website offered me an discount, 30 credits for approximately 5 dollars. I used that 30 credits and went to sleep. I did not checked the box for automatic credit filled up. but the next morning i woke up, surprise! there were four transactions charged on my visa card with 15.99 dollars each(which is the equivalent of 20x4 credits on that site. however, when i went on to my account, it showed that i had zero credit.
