Dating Agency / Continuous monthly billing after cancelling

I have been continually charged for a service that i do not have access to. Please refund these charges & stop any further charges. My previous website was [protected]@bigpond.com. I have contacted you on two previous occasions regarding this matter and your reply was that i have no listing, this is crap. If there is no listing for me then why are you still charging me? I see them on my bank statements. I require all charges refunded from the cancellation date to the present date.
