I am a member with Skywards and a lover of Emirates Airlines, although am a member with Etihad and got the previledge to travel on Etihad as abu dhabi government emplyee yet I always prefer to fly emirates. Flight number 346 to KL was horrible by all means, first we went to check in 2 adults and my two kids, the check in was refusing to give us seats next to each other, my kid is only 5 yrs old and 8, how on earth would I be able to let each one of us sit sepaerately from each other for 7 hours is that logic noting that we were checking in 3 hours. Before the flight, the way the staff were communicating was so roude, we had to wait till the gate 213 opens so we ask some ppl to give us seats next to each other, the flight was delayed for more than 90 minutes without any announcement or notification, the service of the staff on the plane was very very poor, I am the office manager of the deputy cep of abu dhabi ports company, and I will make sure not to fly on emirates again after the last experience, however we r flying back to DXB on 9th of April, I wish somebosy would clarify what happened, and I want to know also if I could upgrade to business after all what happened.     seriously, you could have just asked people to change seats! problem solved!
