I received daraz parcel at 12pm when open it the cutter is damage. I call that nbr given on daraz parcel and told the representative then she advised me the whole process of submit the complain on cca. Daraz after this I take 3 pictures. 2 pictures of cutter and 1 picture of daraz box and submit a complain on cca. Daraz and provided all the information that is necessary

It is damaged. Does not work properly. And looks like it's used. I am really disappointed in your service never I have experienced this poor service from your site.

I want my money back or a new one. I did order this product before and that was good in quality and shape but this one has cheap quality and third class appearance

I recieved completely the wrong order, i ordered real technique sponges and recieved another brands sponges (fake brand) and I recieved second hand brushes and i also got a kiss beauty highlighter which i did not order! I payed the amount required i would like to return these products immediately and get my original products sent to me. I am a regular customer aswell, did not expect this!

I just bought a wireless music earphone and it wasn't so satisfying for me first dissapointment was it was big second it was single but the description said it was double then i wasn't satisfied with the sound quality but still i comforted myself saying it ok just deal with it but in the end the most depressing was that i put it all day on charge but it wasn't charging at all...i really hated it i want to return it but after reading all the probs people had faced in returning i kinda gave up so i would suggest all plz plz plz dont waste ur money on buying anything online especially from pakistani sites they always dissatisfies u in the best way they can.

Hello my name is Waqas Arif Mirza.
Few days ago I ordered few products from Daraz.pk, my order number is [protected]. One order was from a supplier named SkinLee from which 4 products were ordered:
Nokia 8 cover (1 quantity)
Xiaomi Mi6 cover ( 2 quantity)
Motorolla E4 plus cover (1 quantity)

On 30th May 2018, I received only 1 product i.e. Nokia 8 cover and the courier service took Rs. 2540 from me. When I opened the box only 1 product was inside. Moreover, I didn't find the Returns Form and Products detail Form inside that box which is always present in each product I received from Daraz.pk
I called Daraz.pk help line [protected] and told them every detail regarding my problem. The call center agent told me that they will either return my money or deliver the remaining products to me. But nothing happened till now. Please help me. This is a very bad thing happened to me and I'm having a very bad feeling about Daraz.pk

Would like to inform you that I have been purchased Changhong Ruba DC Inverter 1.5 Ton model CSDC-18BAH from Daraz.PK under head of order # [protected] from one of your registered dealer Electronics Cornor (Lahore) some days back i-e is May 10, 2018, however since starting I have been facing the issue with the product, product air flow were fine however its not chill the room, hence not working as per their capacity offering by company. Unfortunately some days back product become totally despondent and based on my complaint company engineer was visited at my home and reviewed the product, it became wondered and shocking for me, when he informed me that Daraz.PK team has sent you a fake product which is not up to the marked as per company standard, hence we/company are unable to provide you warranty claim or repair, where I have valid warranty card which I have been found with product, warranty card attached with other delivery details.
I have been spoken to Daraz team as well, but it was absolutely useless as they are saying, that I should contact with Changhong Ruba service team, whereas on other hand Changhong Ruba is not willing to provide me service.

In past I have real trust on Daraz products and advised by other family emebers and cllouges to use the online Daraz.pk platform which is being best offering in our country.

But, this time it seems that I have been spent more than PKR 50, 000 just for piece of plastic, and I am totally disappointed and unable to found any support from both end, which making me more frustrated mentally and physically and my family/children are also suffering and I have no option but to put my case into consumer court and make my report into police dairy (F.I.R), which only the option I have left.

I would suggest if you pls call me if your team can do something favorable for me pls.

Most most pathetic services of daraz. I cannot emphasize on how pathetic their services are. Peopl! Do not ever buy from daraz. Their riders are bast*ds. I want to swear more but want to keep this post decent enough. Their riders do not deliver to your doorstep. Instead they tell u to come on the road to take your parcel. And that too 20 minutes before coming themselves. They want you to stand in the middle of the road and wait for them. And if you complain about their services, they threaten you. They boldly say complain all you want. You cannot do anything to us. Then they threaten you to meet them somewhere else and threaten to beat you up. I swear if their rider had come to me when I went on the road, I would have beaten the [censored] out of him. Pathetic services of daraz. Dont ever ever order from them!

I had complaints against my order No. [protected]. Today I received my order on which 05 items. 02 items not available so it was refunded me by voucher and 03 orders I received.
1.in a parcel named packed of 4 cotton Bra one bra missed in pack only 03 Bra received i. e order not fulfil.
2.in a parcel named Pink Satan Nighty. Colour is different Purple colour received rather than Pink i. e order not fulfil.
3.in a parcel named Bundle of 3 different multicolour T shirt. Received Pothetic quality of T shirts as well as style is different as show in add. i. e Order not fulfil.

I ordered a pack of 2 OTG Mobile Fan and free mobile holding ring but only received one OTG fan in the parcel.
I want the other oTG fan asap. I have attached the receipt of the bill with this complaint. I hope my complaint is addressed on urgent basis.

Hi Daraz Team,

I ordered Wireless Headphones on 22nd of May 2018. My order # is 369185122.
on 26th May I get another message from Daraz Team stating they were unable to fulfill your order no 369185122 as the seller could not provide your product(s) despite our multiple requests.
However I still got this order delivered today that is 30th May 2018. And the headphones turned out to be fake. I order Sony Originals in Black Color while they are fake white headphones.
My humble request me to please refund me this money as this is not the product I ordered.

I received my doorway gym bar today(28-May) that was sold by Karachi Sports.
The product is perfectly ok but there are no screws to install it. I just need screws to install my product in the doorway.

It is to highlight that, I had opted for kenwood dc inverter 1.5 ton. Who's actual price was 59, 000 and daraz had given app voucher price of 53, 999. But actually it had not been happened as per app scheme.
When I entered app voucher code I received a discount price of 55, 000. Which is not fair enough for customers like me.
I just want the daraz app voucher discount price of 53, 999.

When i got my parcel, the bb indian pancake was totally damaged and was in fully powdered form. So i want to exchange it..kindly look into this matter...it is first time that i am purchasing from daraz.pk or onlinr stuff because of these types of situations i am not much prefer these, but moreover my rest of the order is good but this one which i needes most is getting damaged...!

Me muhammad hasnain live in lahore buyed a bluetooth beats pill from daraz which came on friday 25 May 2018. It is not working not charging I think battery is damaged. I called on your helpline their someone said me to send information and pics here and you will get the refund.
