Hope you are fine, I placed an order on May 5 2018 under the order # [protected] but I was delivered altogether / completely wrong item which for I never placed an order or booked / requested, so please guide that what to do now and where to send for replacement as I am very disappointed with your service, I am not suppose to waste my time and money for the item which I never wanted furthermore I have to complain you and to wait for right item to be delivered to me, it should be accurate while sending once

Assalam o alaikum on 26th April 2018 I ordered a parcel of one keyboard led and a car Bluetooth receiver I am very excited on the parcel delivery date that my parcel will come and I will play audios on it but when I open it it is full of fraud I really didn't like this while firstly I open this pack pick out the Bluetooth receiver out of packet I push the on button but it didn't respond I think that this is issue of Low Battery but it was not that piece was defected please take step to solve my problem
Ps3 controller charger black
I ordered ps3 controller charger from daraz.pk. It is not working on the play station controller some time it works and another time it does not I also checked the devices on my old Charger it is working on the old one but not on the new one which I ordered from Daraz.pk. I received this parcel today (10/05/2018) from Bashir&sons (Lahore) please fix my issue.
I want to return my order #[protected]. Which is a Ps3 controller charger it is not working at all. I also checked it on another devices It is the second time that I'm facing this issue. Please send me a voucher code. Hope you will understand my complaint and do appropriate steps in the favour of it. I received this order today (10/05/2018). Please take this complaint seriously.

I had bought a make up blender puff from daraz.pk and when I got my order the make up blender puff's texture and colour everything was change what I ordered I didn't got that material and I tried alot to call on your number but the so called customer care services never recieved my call I am so dissatisfied with your product please do change this make up blender puff or you will pay for your [censored] nonseriousness you did with the customers

Phone cover
I ordered a phone cover and in the picture it was grey and black so I pressed grey hoping hat both the colours wouldn't be in the cover bhi the the cover is plain grey, I want a replacement for the other color if possible because I dont like the full grey cover and I haven't used it so I am waiting for your reply and I want a replacement for the cover.in the picture below is what I wanted to order and what I got, Please give me a replacement with the pink or purple color
Scam and lies by call center agents
This is a serious terrible complaint that I had been very badly suffering by Daraz team. My order is not placed yet since calling many times, every time there is a satisfaction remark that the product will be delivered. Today was the last day, I called in the morning at around 11:00 a.m. asking for the delivery track, the representative kindly updated the request but I could not get the product, I did not leave the clinic for this purpose because the delivery person could have come any time. I had to waste a whole day with all commitments falling out of the ditch. I had to cancel many meetings and receive bad reputation very bad words from my appointments just for the sake of one single order. This is very bad, since my clinic timings are important. I had to be very shameful. Please make sure that this order is placed. If it is spam or commitment, I will not be sparing myself for committing to this mistake, I have already given words to a very poor girl, my maid for her gift to be given, but order not received. So much time has been wasted. I hope Daraz is not a spam portal.

One side of handsfree is not working
Wicket keeping gloves/ by fitness club
I ordered a pair of cricket wicket keeping gloves few days ago. Today I received the order, but I got totally different thing from that I saw in picture on Daraz.pk. I got gloves of very low quality easily available at market in the price of 300 to 400pkr which are unusable for me .kindly replace those gloves and give amount of 1040 back to me which I have paid today to delivery boy.
Magnetic eyelashes
I order this product on 28 April 2018 and got the delivery today 2 May 2018 delivery was fine but the product I got have issues like its a duplicate! The lashes which I got are barely 2cm long there is magnet stick on each of the lashes which can be seen easily. These lashes are not covering my lashes even half way through. It cost me a thousand rupee which is very expensive and of no use for me. I order it to wear it on my birthday which is three days latter now tell me what do I do with these tiny little lashes. I live in Karachi and got the order from Rawalpindi
I complaint about this item a day ago that its not convenient and useless with full detail but have not received any replies yet. Pre chat corner told me to complain here on custmer@daraz.pk but have not found any activity, they offer me some voucher to be provided after the complain but its a complete misguide is this site even valid or its just to fool the customer

I ordered the above mentioned product through daraz.pk however the shipment received is incomplete. The parts regarding wall mount is missing. Most importantly the free android tv box as mentioned in the offer is also missing. This is an example of fraudulent and misleading practice by the supplier. Either complete the shipment or the supplier May be directed to refund.

2. I got mail with having discount offers of 4 to 5 app every code is working accept the Bogo code as its mention the below giving picture in the attachment that enter this code during purchase but its again not a valid code the app is saying.

I want to complaiin abt your service 😣 I ordered 3 in 1 mobile camera lens on 13-4-18 I rcv call from you people on 16 nd 17 for confirmation of address.. on 18 April your rider called me that he is just arriving in 5 minutes and he didn't call me again as he don't have enough balance to call me. And he also told me to his suitable location which is far from my home to be there after 5 minutes otherwise he will cancel my parcel himself.After 1 or 2 minutes he text me thaat he is going.. i rush there in 5 minutes and wait for about half hour hai called him where were u then he said I didn't reach there I m just coming in 5 minutes I wait for 15 more minutes then o returns to my home. And as I just reached my home he. Said I m there recv your parcel now. When I received my delivery there is no proper packaging teared up from one side when I opened the parcel there is no safety bag and controller was full of scratches. Power bank
My name is Shahrukh. It is to inform you that i ordered power bank on 6th April 2018 and it was delivered on 9th April but found defective. I charged my mobile only once. When power bank was delivered it was fully charged so i charged my mobile twice, after that power bank gets down required to be charged but when i put power bank on charge it was not charging. Since then, i keep complaining about my product but no one is taking this issue in to their consideration as it is clearly mentioned in your policy that within 7 days after delivery your product can be changed or replaced if found faulty. Its been just 3 days to my product even though i am not getting response from your team.

With due respect I ordered delta boots from daraaz and im a regular user of your app. But this time the delivery boy did not have change and on which I insisted him to get change from the market or somewhere but instead he wanted the order back.

Skate board
1 product of my order no [protected] which was a skate board got delivered today, 2nd april 2018. It wasn't at all how i expected it to be, in the picture it was big and black and said to be of 2 ft and said to be perfect for professionals and in reality it's made of carboard and has a super man drawn over it, it's very small and seems to be suitable for a three year old, which is very odd and disappointing. It's quality is no good and it wasn't even packed. I'm never ordering anything ever again, you guys are such frauds.
