I ordered goods in daraz more than 10 times but this is the first time people who are in Nuwara eliya daraz brach behaved like poor mannered..I was in a important meeting, first a delivery boy spoke I explaind the situation, again a guy from Nuwera eliya branch spoke..again explaind ..again a guy spoke as manger asking that some how arrange the money and take the good..I THOUGHT WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE..PLZZ HAVE A LOOK ON THIZZZ..A KIND REQUEST

Very disappointed I orderd the mobile handler stand from your site and it said that the product will be delivered within 3 to 4 days from 8 october to 11 to 13 october but it never shipped iwas very exciting and looking for this product because I was very happy I track the product every day to received it it said the product is confirmed then said the product is on the way I was very excited but it never shipped and today it said the product is failed to ship what the hell is this, daraz.pk you disappoint me soo much now I just thinking about to left your website and I hope that you can understand my feeling after this

I ordered surf excel 2kg and 1 kg alongwith bucket. But i received bucket without its lid and deformed its shape. 1 kg surf excel inside bucket was opened. Due to missing lid of bucket ; my surf was slipped into package. This was very embarrassing sutuation for me as i ordered this for my mom. So my mom again taught me nit to buy things online. I pledge to kindly send lid of bucket so that surf is contained inside the bucket. However 2 kg packet was ok.

I ordered a shoe from daraz... On 11 november... But they sent me shoes with no.39 on my left foot and no.42 on my right foot. Left foot shoe lace was damage... I returned the shoe through sundarban courier on 25 november to shyamoli branch... But the shoe was returned back without exchange... It was a worst online shopping experience I ever had... Hi i ordered a watch from daraz got my parcel yesterday at 3 but im higly disappointed with your services this is the first time i ordered and im really disappointed there is a crack on the glass i need you to replace it ASAP i hope you could see the crack at the lower end you people really disappointed me never knew you would send me the defected piece this is untolerable.

Sir today 7-12-18 at 11 am I just received my wrist watch package from Hong Kong via Pakistan TCS services Lahore on address of sultanpura shahpur Kanjra Lahore. But unfortunately when I opened the package in the presence of TCS boy after payment the box was empty there was just [censored]ing polythene foam— no watch. I received the item on 1st of Dec and open the box and found the items faulty I report to daraz about it . In start they mail me don't worry we will call u for return send us the pic of items u receive by mail i send pictures now I mail them every day and they r not reply me so dont no wat to do need help and the item still show on there site it is shipped but not received

I had ordered 7 products from hemani official stores and from one the garlic shampoo is expired one it is nobe of my use and i have wasted my money i want money back or new shampoo plus the bakhoor powder as i hv asked and they said that it can b used on face but it is of poor qualit i dnt need that too i need money back for this they reply too slow

So i order a tank pad from daraz today. It was completely different from the picture shown. First of all there is no return order in the package. Second in the daraz website the order is still in processing stage how can i return my order it will cancel it but i have received the order. Even the tracking no is same. I paid 500 for 100 rupees [censored]. Has the seller sent the product to me without daraz? I have attached the photo of item i have received and the picture of the real item.

I had placed the order on 20th December 2018 to buy PEL LED TV with pre payment Method but the people dealing this issue are not delivering the product although the time of more than 10 days has been passed and lot of the attempts have been made in terms of complaints, live chats and calls to the department but all are in vain.

After making a payment of PKR 684 through Cash on Delivery I received the wrong product today on 1st Dec 2018 . A Huda Beauty Powder Puff was delivered to me instead of ordered product . Despite lodging a complaint with the Daraz Helpcare no contact has been made by any such related department & I even tried contacting the Daraz Sender but he never bothered to get back to me or cater my complaint .
No response from the Daraz team is highly unprofessional & unethical . Despite making my full payment I'm left with a damn wrong product that I never needed .

with respect, i have to cancel the order i placed because i placed the order on 25th where they clearly told me the package will be delivered within 2-5 days. I have to leave for Malaysia today, because of which i wanted that bag in the first place. Now my flight leaves at 11pm and i don't see the desired package being delivered any time soon. The purpose of the shipment has been failed.

I ordered an iPhone 7 back cover and I received it recently bit when I ordered its was Iphone 7 when I checked the description after getting it the description was changed to iPhone 7+/8 which is of no use to me. And the product they delivered is also not upto the requirements provided. It was a 4 sided cover and i received a normal cover which is not even worth 250 rs. What should I do?

i placed order of air fryer Order #[protected] Placed on 10 Nov 2018 18:26:36. on daraz.pk after 17 days order is not yet received. i complained several time to customer care, they did not bother and keep saying that we are working on it, yet no solution, at least order should be canceled and money should be returned into my account. pathetic customer care, they did not respond well, i lost my money.
