The packing is damaged and opened before delivery and the product siz is so small that I am not able to wear it . Morover the transparent rubber it also damaged which makes the product completely useless the transparent rubber should not even let the air in, instead it is hanging letting all the water into the nose ..
In short the product is not the same as shown in the picture

I ordered a s6 edge mobile cover and i got a j7 mobile cover on 20 july 2018 and i want a refund or a replacement with tge product i ordered .. inside there are two j7 mobile covers and i checked my order it says s6 edge mobile cover my order number is [protected] the CN number is GHF [protected] my mobile number is [protected] my gmail is [protected]@gmail.com

It's nut cannot be tightened due to which it's one side strap is lose therefore it cannot be weared. This damaged part makes the watch completely useless and I am very disappointed at this.I even tried to fix it but still it's worthless.The strap which is broken it's nut cannot be tightened whenever I wear the watch it's nut just comes out and falls down.

The product i received today at 6:30 pm, 17 july 2018 named finishing touch flawless women's painless hair remover is not working although the product i received is incomplete and damaged from inside and the main switch button is even broken. I m totally disappoint with this product from daraz.pk .So i want my money of Rs 1098 to be refund as soon as possible . I ll be really thankful.

I ordered 5 day ago and i recieved it today, when i open it, is exactly differnt from my order i want to send me the exact ring which i order...this is not the way to deal with client,
I return it back to u and i want that turkish men ring with black stone, and the second thing is that which ring i collect is of red stone and it is very wonder for me,
I request to send me the exact order.
And i select the number in the is 20 and now i changed that to 18num.

I placed an order . Apparently products were coming from different places so they could not be shipped together all at once.
Daraz sent a parcel through TCS services and i successfully received.
But other parcels were sent by leopard courier service and they are telling me to come to nearby city collect my parcel . I demand daraz that my parcels should be delivered to my home town where i ordered them .

The delivery boy called me and told me that he will reach me within the day.
I had to go on my personal journey.
Because of him I got late even to go on my journey.
He told me he will reach me within 5:00 pm.
He didn't reach me.
Then I called him at 5:30.
He told he will reach me within 1/2 hour.
After that when I called him at 7:00 he told he is unable to come.
Because of his careless job I got late to my journey.
Is this the way you provide your service to your customers?

I ordered it two days ago an i recieved it yesterday.When i opened it the parts were complete but the vr box was faulty.There are some reasons:
1:The glasses are faulty they don't give good result and I'm not able to watch videos clearly.

2:The third reason is the object distance ajjuating buttons the are faulty.
So I request you kindly accept my request and change my product.

I bought the product 2 days before it delivered yesterday but was missing 2 of its 4 filters provided in the pack. Further more after use of one time it stopped working completely even the vaccumm part of the machine wasnt working fine from the first use. I want to register a complaint against tje product which didnt even work for more than 1 day. All in all the product was missing some of its parts also its not working anymore all in one day

Very shameful for such a Large Online Store like Daraz.pk, their vendors send defective & used products to their customers, most of these products are those which had already been returned by customers previously. Recently i had a same experience, i ordered a shaver & guess what ? It was already used & even had hair particles in it. Very very disappointed by Daraz.pk

Ok so I ordered a pair of 3kg dumbbells a few day ago.I received them tomorrow and when I opened the package I found a single one kg dumbbell which was rusted and was filled with stains. I got furious and that why I wrote this complaint to get my money or the product I really ordered back.I also called their help line and asked them for an exchange but they wouldn't listen to me.so I am gonna tell u what is gonna happen.if u fix my problem I am gonna leave u be, but if u don't I am gonna spread this message on every social media website and I will make sure that no one ever uses daraz.pk to order some [censored] again and that's final.and believe me I ain't bluffin
