I want to complain about daraz.pk that the product ordered from there are damaged, there is no hook to lock the watch so please kindly change my watch or return my money as soon as possible.

I had sent you a complaint a few days ago after that your customer service called me and assured me they would pick damaged parcel within 3 days. Now 1 week gone, , not your concern person came to pick the parcel nor called me for any feedback.. You only know how to sell through fake marketing, , atleast you have to make customers service batter so customers trust is keep building. Unfortunately you lost your customer.

I want to complain about daraz.pk that the product ordered from there are damaged, the first pant it torn, second pant is sewed from inside as it was torn from outside and made to look like a design, the third pant is also sewed from inside because of being torn.

I ordered an original philips thermo care hair dryer but I'm delivered a different product and is also a fake

The Philips air fryer was delivered today to me with a broken handle. Please either take it back or replace it asap

Order was delivered wrapped in multiple layers of carton and I could not understand what was the need. I carefully openness the plastic, then the outter carton then Philips packing to take out my new air fryer. Only to find out that a broken piece of handle was seperately packed with the airfryer. Absolutely cheating and disappointed in Daraz and Philips for not assuring quality.

I demand a immediate replacement of the air fryer.

It's Maham Amin, I've ordered a phone cover from daraz.pk, I ordered it last week, the phone cover was of Samsung j7 and the color was grey, but the one I've got is not fitting to my phone and is golden in color... First of all i find price is soo higher than market
And second thing is that
Time period is soo long
And the main thing is we don't have any contact with seller
First day delivery date was 23 May and next day it's changed to 24 May
If anyone needs something urgent what they will do ?

I ordered the mobile cover 2 times 1st time i got no cover as it was not available from their seller and 2nd time I ordered heart shape ring with mobile cover and I got kitty shape holding ring that's wrong if they don't have so they don't need to have an other one they should cancel the order. I trust a lot in daraz but that makes m3 disappointed plzz transfer my money in my bank account.

I ordered an article on saturday, 12/05/2018. The payment has already been deducted from my account for which I have received an sms from both my bank and daraz. However right after that, I received a message from daraz stating that my payment failed due to time out.
Kindly sort this out on urgent basis and ask a customer representative to contact.

I am complaining about the product which i bought from daraz.pk a universal flexible mobile stand. First of all the box came damage and the mobile stand has scratches on it and its so loose that it can't even hold a phone straight.I want to order some other mobile stand .
Its my second order daraz.pk and the my first order was messed up.I ordered 3 lens out of which only two came..

Kindly please help me in returning this phone back or else help me in exchanging this phone with some other phone. This phone has many issues, I cant hear the voice of caller and its very slow phone. I mistakenly selected this phone, I will be very thankful towards you if you help me in exchanging this phone with some other one. Its also not be charged properly, kindly do help me in this regard. I am complaining about the product which i bought from daraz i7stws wireless earphones the problem in it is that one ear phone is working but the another one is not working and if we connect both the earphones together so both of them stop working... Reply as soon as possible find out whats the problem in it and whats the solution for it... It has been through shipping

Hope you are fine, I placed an order on May 5 2018 under the order # [protected] but I was delivered altogether / completely wrong item which for I never placed an order or booked / requested, so please guide that what to do now and where to send for replacement as I am very disappointed with your service, I am not suppose to waste my time and money for the item which I never wanted furthermore I have to complain you and to wait for right item to be delivered to me, it should be accurate while sending once

Assalam o alaikum on 26th April 2018 I ordered a parcel of one keyboard led and a car Bluetooth receiver I am very excited on the parcel delivery date that my parcel will come and I will play audios on it but when I open it it is full of fraud I really didn't like this while firstly I open this pack pick out the Bluetooth receiver out of packet I push the on button but it didn't respond I think that this is issue of Low Battery but it was not that piece was defected please take step to solve my problem

I ordered ps3 controller charger from daraz.pk. It is not working on the play station controller some time it works and another time it does not I also checked the devices on my old Charger it is working on the old one but not on the new one which I ordered from Daraz.pk. I received this parcel today (10/05/2018) from Bashir&sons (Lahore) please fix my issue.

I had bought a make up blender puff from daraz.pk and when I got my order the make up blender puff's texture and colour everything was change what I ordered I didn't got that material and I tried alot to call on your number but the so called customer care services never recieved my call I am so dissatisfied with your product please do change this make up blender puff or you will pay for your [censored] nonseriousness you did with the customers

I ordered a phone cover and in the picture it was grey and black so I pressed grey hoping hat both the colours wouldn't be in the cover bhi the the cover is plain grey, I want a replacement for the other color if possible because I dont like the full grey cover and I haven't used it so I am waiting for your reply and I want a replacement for the cover.in the picture below is what I wanted to order and what I got, Please give me a replacement with the pink or purple color

This is a serious terrible complaint that I had been very badly suffering by Daraz team. My order is not placed yet since calling many times, every time there is a satisfaction remark that the product will be delivered. Today was the last day, I called in the morning at around 11:00 a.m. asking for the delivery track, the representative kindly updated the request but I could not get the product, I did not leave the clinic for this purpose because the delivery person could have come any time. I had to waste a whole day with all commitments falling out of the ditch. I had to cancel many meetings and receive bad reputation very bad words from my appointments just for the sake of one single order. This is very bad, since my clinic timings are important. I had to be very shameful. Please make sure that this order is placed. If it is spam or commitment, I will not be sparing myself for committing to this mistake, I have already given words to a very poor girl, my maid for her gift to be given, but order not received. So much time has been wasted. I hope Daraz is not a spam portal.

I ordered a pair of cricket wicket keeping gloves few days ago. Today I received the order, but I got totally different thing from that I saw in picture on Daraz.pk. I got gloves of very low quality easily available at market in the price of 300 to 400pkr which are unusable for me .kindly replace those gloves and give amount of 1040 back to me which I have paid today to delivery boy.
