Dear sir I order pack of 3 t shirit and my order number is [protected] I order these shirt in extra large size but when the my shipment came at my hone and I also pay charges of my order when I open my order in that only one shirt was in extra large size and other 2 was in only large size which I didnt order I order only extra large now they send me 2 large size
That shirt is unfit for me so kindly take action against him and replace my order the shirt with extra large size thanks I m wasting for ur reply..

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction over the Customer service and delivery regarding my recently purchase from Daraz.pk website. I have recently purchased a mobile phone from your website, my order number is [protected]. Order confirmation detail is attached herewith this e-mail.

Please be informed that I opted for the payment option using Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) credit card and 6 months Equal Monthly Installment (EMI). I received the SCB credit card bill charging me the whole amount. Later, I called your call agents on 22nd June 2018 where agent confirm that mistake was at Daraz.pk's end and the representative will call me to sort out the issue. Please note the complaint ID # [protected] informed by the agent. I am unable to understand that even after the passage of almost 6 days no one from Daraz.pk has contacted me. I am worried if the issue is not resolved by Daraz.pk, I may have to pay interest charges to SCB. The total amount of my Order was Rs. 20, 049/- and I am hereby letting you know that I will deposit in the SCB only the EMI, calculated on 6 monthly installments basis, the amount Rs. 3, 341.5. In case of any Bank Charges imposed due to such payments, the same will have to be borne by Daraz.pk.

Secondly, I ordered the item on 11th June 2018 morning with confirmation from your team that my order will be delivered by 14th June 2018 i.e. Last working day before eid holidays. Despite my various calls requesting to ensure the delivery by 14th June 2018, all my efforts were in vain and I was very surprised that no of the Call center agent knew the status of my product delivery. If you check my record I even call the agent @2130 hours dated 14th June 2018, even then the call agent did not have any clue about the delivery status and recommended me to wait. Later after consummation of Eid holidays, my product arrived on 18th June 2018. I would like to inform you that I had to suffer a lot of stress as I bought this as a Eid Gift for my family and I take the initiative of buying after having various time confirmation from call agents. The delayed delivery and behavior of call agents impacted my Eid Celebrations.

I received my order of sd card 64gb (Order No:[protected]) but the sd card was corrupted I try to connect this card with all of my phones but it is not connecting with any of my phone or smartphone. infact it is not connecting with my pc showing the error of corrupted card. I tried my best to resolve this issue but the card is giving me the same error which is "The card is corrupted"please replace this card.

I ordered pack of three shirts and unfortunately I recieved 2 and my mother paid the money of both orders as she didn't know what I ordered and how much orders I placed. I have opened one pack and the shirts are totally different as shown in the order pictures. Kindly, take back both the orders and return the money of sealed order and deliver the accurate order as per shown in your website.

Dear sir, the product that i very purchased from your store is defective. It is not connecting with any mobile or device. Please refund it, because i want to purchase it again. So please resolve my isseu as soon as possible. It is pairing but not connecting to any mobile. If you can change it than go ahead and change this product otherwise refund it. I ordered many things some of them didn't come and some come with miscalculated bill. Total bill is 1450 but instead of it they send 1700
And they charge 1700 I calculated many time it's not more then 1450 you misprinted it and charged as much as you want I want my money back so please cooperate
And one thing more I didn't get my fully order try to resolve such problems

FAHAD ignored my inquiry when i asked him that has my product been shipped or not he deleted the chat window and totally ignored me what kind of [censored] have you hired as customer representatives? he deleted the chat window so that i could not take screen shots and complain about it, take severe action against him or i will personally visit him and beat him up if you can't

From past few weeks I placed 2 orders in which the first order include 5 in 1 blush, lipstick, garnier miscellaneous water, eye curler and unfortunately I received all of these things one by one with more price as compared to the price provided in app... And my second order include two sided tape, pack of two dollar gel pen & a t - shirt.. & like my previous order I received it one by one.. Today I get my gel pen which are of 75 rupees but I pay 150 for it.. Now would you like to explain me why? Okayy may be because of delivery charges but why I have to pay delivery charges for each product when I already ordered it together? This is really disappointing...

I ordered this product like two days ago and got this palette today with my other products. Every other product was good and in a good condition except for this one. When I opened it the eyeshadows were smudged and broken although the packing of this product was good. So I would be really thankful if you replace this palette with another one. I had recieved wrong order mobile cover size is small and its not of s7 edge order id is [protected] i has orderd mobile cover 360 for samsung s7 edge while the parcle i received is different the cover is recieved is smaller and its not for s7 edge kindly make sure to change it this is not the cover of samsung s7 mobile as shown in the pictures so please change it

I ordered three T-Shirts from Daraz app.It was Pack of three T-Shirts at the cost of 999. On delivery i paid Rs.1144 on delivery including tax. When I opened the package, There were three completely different T-shirts in the package. So I am registering a complain about it. I talked with a worker on customer care help line. He told me to register my complain. I already wasted my time. I don't want to waste more. Fix this ASAP.

Sir i have successfully placed my order yesterday at 12pm then your customer services call me and they said i have confirmed your order but still i have not got confirmation message and in my aap status i still showing confirmation pending. Why daraz team have not confirmed my order? Please make it confirm. My order number is [protected]. I have also cancel one product which i have ordered 2 pieces mistakenly. Please do something about this issue.

Here i am writing complaint againt order number 3441 which is damaged and i have found that the product fell from the bike of the rider and when i called him he lied and asked me to not disclose his mistake to Daraz.pk. As per my telephonic discussion with customer support they asked me to drop a mail so that i can get my money back through bank or voucher.

Further i have attached the video of rider. Kindly check and take imediate action on this.

I ordered this product 3days ago I received my parcel yesterday about 7:00pm. When I opened it and want to check and plug in to the switch it doesn't work. I try again and again but failed. I blindly trust your app and order from your app. It's my first order from your app and unfortunately I am very disappointed. Now I want to change this item. We receive our letter. We regret to point out that it contains completely defective products. The screen contains scratches we fully realize that you probably had no opportunity to check it personally we ask the delivery man about the return policy but he didn't give us any information but in this situation we want to return this and want out amount back we appreciate company good reputation and didn't give any negative comments because we first time receive such damage order hope so company will cooperate us and give our amount back

I ordered an Original Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smartwatch on 30th May under the EMI plan for 12 months. I was told that my payment would be converted to EMI within 3 working days of delivery. I received my order on order on the 5th of June 2018.

Now despite the passage of 15 days which includes 8 Working Days, my plan was not converted to 12 Months EMI and I have now received my credit card statement which shows the complete amount.

I have logged complaint with Daraz on this particular issue on the 12th of June 2018 to ensure that such a case doesn't arise but unfortunately all my preemptive went in vain and the issue was not solved.

I have logged a complaint with Standard Chartered as well and have been given a authorization code

A urgent resolution to this would be appreciated.
