SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I haven't received my order. it's been 24 days and the tracking code is also not working.

I've ordered a product from on 5th October 2018, and i have paid through card and the order was processed and confirmed. The timeline was from 6th to 11th October but today is 29 and it's still not received. It's status was changed to Shipped on 13th October and they told me that you will soon received it. But it didn't came. I have complained 6 times but they are not helping me they just said that your complain is updated and we are working on it. Nothing else. The tracking code is still not working on leopard website. I can't cancel it because they told me that you can't because it's already shipped now. So they told me to wait. I am waiting since 11th October. It's been 24 days and they are not helping me out. Please check it out.
