I had ordered a power bank on 11.11 with an offered price of rs 1399/- and rs 35 as delivery charges..I has confirmed it but I got an email from daraz for rs 1784/- as bill and the courier person also took rs 1784/-.so please reimburse me the remaining amount aur refund the total amount as I have not opened the parcel yet...I am old customer of daraz...look into this matter at your earliest and oblige

then i waited 4 days for delevery but still no body did delever my order
then i go daraz office my self and picked up my stuff and paid too
what does it mean by daraz if i did pick up my self from your office

I ordered 6 products through daraz.pk on 11 November 2018 and entered my voucher code to pay for the products. The following day, my products had arrived and I was asked to pay with cash for the products I ordered despite using my voucher. My final payment did not exceed the voucher limit. I did not accept the products and requested them to be returned.

I bought a power bank worth rs2500 quality substandard this 4th time I received substandard items. The charging lead is not working. The power bank is old and not new. It seems that khans electronics lahore exhausts defective stock through daraz. The device is not turning on. It is reburbished old and defective. Paying rs2500 on scrap is a terrible experience. Please maintain standards to run the business and stop fraudulent practices for which we are famous around the globe. Resolve my issue and refund me my payment. It would be a good choice to buy new power bank from the market thanx.

Dear Sir,
I placed an order for the subject item with order no. [protected] on 1st November, 2018 on your website. I received it on 9/11/2018. I was greatly disappointed that color of glass was black instead of golden. And it didn't fit the screen. Edge to edge size is OK but camera and light sensor stay hidden. This means that this protector is not for the phone described.
It was sold to me by Techup accessories Lahore. Please take action and force them to replace my item.
Such people are ruining your repute.

it is to state that I ordered Touch Max Trimmer after opening the box and installing the battery I found that the light is working but the Trimmer blade is not working, I then installed another battery but the machine didn't work. keeping in view the above mentioned problem I would request you to kindly replace the Touch Max Trimmer with another one.

It is to State that I ordered Touch Max Trimmer 3 days ago and received the same today through TCS

I had ordered this supplement which arrived today. When I opened it, all the capsules are in semi liquid form and COMPLETELY BAD.
This medicine has cost me 2300
The medicine is not useable at all. It is smelling and has melted due to excess heat most or probably.

Please send someone to inspect it and replace it immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you see that vendor mentioned that this is the hard drive and if this is not a hard drive so why he is not mentioned the word case in the title this is why he is trying to cheat us. So that's why I returned the order but he trying to treating my sister about this order and he said he comes daily and we must take this order.

When I talked to online chats section so they said we can do nothing and suddenly they stop the chat and left the room.

Kindly see the attached screenshots I talked two persons on chat room all conversation shown on screenshots.

I also note the phone number of courier service boy who trying to treat my sister.

I am the regular user of daraz and this is the first time happen to me I do not accept the order just because of cheating.

I warn you if the courier service guy comes again on the doorstep I will meet him in my way.

Kindly check your vendors and courier services before delivering items.

I recieved a very bad quality product..it looks like so protective cover for mobile and there wasnt any sort of info about product quality..i was so shocked to see that cover or skin wrap for mobile.. its just a sticker type.. it worth for only 2oo to 300 rupees only and they sold me for 800.. kindly blocked these seller..i m very disappointed by daraz this time..i used to shop from daram ..i always found good products but this time its something pulling your quality down... i cant even return it because i tried to wrap it on my phone nd its used now.. its stickiness is also very bad..didnt stick to my cell. Completely wastage of my money.. !

Your service guys haven't been help full at all and your new app is causing too much problems your system are continuesly crashing wanted to return a peenut butter jar which had come in the wrong flavor your new system is very slow to process whether the item has been shipped or not and the items that are packed are packed in a sloppy manner due to which a punching bag which my son ordered came and I stead of it there was a badminton net and worst of all the item up till now is still sati g that Ira has been shipped

On 27 Oct i ordered a Shirt which is later on today delivered to me. But the order which i gave is tottaly different from the one delivered.
I am really upset by this. I had to gift it to my friend on her birthday and now what i have is such useless shirt..

So, I ordered a set of 5 nonstick bowls of the company Reeona from Daraz.pk of about Pkr 2089/- and when I receivedmy order, I opened the package and saw that the bowls were damaged. The floral designs were losing their colour and the design was all damaged. It had awful black spots on the bowls and all were really not so able to use. Also there were numerous small and big scratches on the bowls as well. These bowls look so bad and awful that they can't even be used for pets. I'mreally disappointed because I'm experiencing such kind of foolishness from Daraz.pk again for the third time. I mean what do you guys work for? We pay you the amount you ask and inreturn you send us damaged products or sometimes even not the products we order. This is really disappointing. The amount is not less too. It's a big amount. I paid cash along with the delivery charges and what I got is damaged bowls? I waited for the delivery for about 5 days for these awful and damaged bowls. Wow. And yes. This is the last time I'm ordering anything from Daraz. You guys ALWAYS disappoint us. This is so unjust of you.

My Sourcing Officer (Safi Ullah Khan | Key Accounts Manager - Vendor Operations) is not helping me as i am new seller here on DARAZ and want to work with DARAZ, i Offered competent prices as of my competitors on DARAZ for many of the products. Firstly DARAZ helpline asked me, that your products will be picked by Leopard them self from my location, later on they asked me to delivered the orders at DARAZ centre at Johar Town. I have dropped the 4 orders on dated 22-OCT-2018 (But the tracking numbers were with 'KI' series rather than 'LE' series. Later on that person asked me to sent him the receiving of one of the 4 orders, which i sent him as scan copy. than he used to sent me email, your order is being cancelled, you didn't send me the receipt of handover. as it was mistake in DARAZ system, for which i complaint 4 times on helpline and and by email, but yet there is no response by DARAZ. i asked him, its not my fault, if your system is not shown my handover products. and the guy was argued with me, I have to handled 800 Seller, its not my responsibility, i have cancelled your order. and when i asked (did you called the customer to take confirmation, maybe the customer received the order, because its been 8 days that i handed over the products- HIS REPLY: I cannot make a call to customer, now your order is cancelled. If you have sent the order and it will received by customer, then you make a call to me, i will look into your matter)

Really? is not a pathetic argument with a new seller, even when its totally mistake by DARAZ system.

than he asked me, i can deactive my account from DARAZ or make a complain against him.
Later on, in evening, i have to dispatched another order, i called him 3 times, and even emailed him, but that guy didn't reply me back, i was asking him for the same Tracking number issued for the new order in 'KI' series, i thought to ask him, to avoid future hustle and i should ask him where i have to handed over the products( at Daraz centre or Leopard office at Bahria Town - Because helpline asked me that i have to submit the orders at DARAZ centre, but Mr. Safi ULLAH said, i can't handed over my products to DARAZ CENTRE Johar Town, i have to gave them at Leopard centre). But he didn't respond me back. He cancelled my ongoing order and now he is over reacting by not respond me for further orders.

If there is no help expected by the so called sourcing boy, then whats the use of them for new sellers?
and for what reason he showed me such brutal attitude to deactive my account from daraz?
Can you guide me, with whom i have to contact for future assistance? or Daraz can assign me new sourcing officer?

OR really i should quit DARAZ?

Note: Screenshot is attached of that order, which is cancelled by him on 30 OCT, 18 as he claimed, i have not dispatched the order and i am saying him falsely that i have dispatched the orders- as his system is unable to detect my order) and the orders is delivered to customer on same date 30 OCT, 18? is it not strange? on same date he cancelled the order and same day the order is delivered to customer- if as of him, i have not sent the order yet

I ordered 1 packet of razor but what I received is a eyebrow pencil. On the paper my name and address is written but the order number is wrong. I want my order asap. This was the first time I order something worst experience it was. I've attached 2 pictures just to show the order number. It's completely different but it has my name and address but the order number is different.

I can place a order of headphone p47 wireless.. I received it on 25 of october but that is defaulted..in this headphone connectivity issue.. That is not good product. When I listen some thing, then I suffering the connectivity issues I want to exchange it as soon as possible. Because it is very difficult to used it with that problem. Please action for it.
