Its been 19th day that I ordered a product named simulated diamond ring order number is # [protected]. so I need proper information about the delay of the product. its been annoying I can't wait more either deliver the product or cancel it I will order it some other online shop. it was really a bad experience I think customer care is the most important thing in every business I will never ever recommend the company to other customer...

I just ordered some headphones from your website and when I received them it's mic was not working so I told them that it's mic isn't working so they said that the rider will pick it up from your location and you will get a refund voucher now there have been more than a week and I haven't gotten my refund I have messaged you guys on messenger but you guys don't reply

Even though in all the forms the same model number is given (TM-010) But still I am deliverd a wrong product right now ! Even though the company of the product I selected was changed and the one I am delivered is change.

So I ordered an extension wire 5m with 2 plugins and 3 usb ports on 24th July 2018. The information of the package and the order I placed are given below:

Today, on 27th July, 2018 I received the package and the price was same as told before Rs 849/- so I paid and when I opened the package, the extension which I ordered (Extension wire 5m with 2 plugins and 3 usb ports - HZ- 481) was not there but instead there was another extension (Extension wire 5m 3 plugins and 2 usb ports) which was completely opposite from what I ordered. And to add the cherry on the top, the extension isn't working :) first you've delivered the wrong parcel and now its not even working. This is the first time I ordered something and what i got, DISAPPOINTMENTS. Khair, every information is the same. The receipt has the same information. Kindly, I want the exact extension I ordered please. Please send me the exact order and take this extension back. Thank You.

I ordered a vegetable and fruit cutter set of twelve pieces but when i recieved my order and opened it, its one piece called container in which cutted vegetables are stored wo damaged and scratch from various sides and when i try to cut vegetables with it was not cutting them properly so i just want to refund my money. I ordered product of 13000 and it was received but not working i applied for a refund and daraz gave me voucher of 13000 i re order from other seller 14300 and the product came not functioning what i will do provide me I.T wholeseller (lahore) contact i want full cash refund i will not tolerate and other mistake i wish that i have never used daraz.

As i mention above that services are not up to the standards for instance I hve been cheated about couple of days ago.I ordered a dent puller from this particular website Daraz.pk my product was incomplete the main and crucial part handle or tool which which is use for pops out dent by tightening screws after past glue by glue gun it was not exist in my parcel i found it use less and frustrating tht i have been cheated by this so call famous site tht they have been indulge this forgery activity. So then kidly find the most appropirate solution for my problem as soon as possible replace it or refund my money okay.thanks

I ordered about 12 different items,

Jackets, Hoodies, Sweaters and Shirts.

Out of those 12, only 5 items were exact same as displayed.

Other's were just some replacement items from the same suppliers.

For example: A pack of 2 hoodies would be a pack of Hoodie(Totally different from displayed one's and a shirt)

A jacket would be an equivalent from same supplier but totally different design.

Shirts would be same stuff from same supplier but slogans totally different.

I think a lot of suppliers don't take this under consideration that the design is an important part of clothing and just pack whatever that can act as replacement. Knowing that item is out of stock is less annoying than knowing you haven't received the right thing and then returning it.

Daraz.pk should duly check each and every packed item and correspond it with exact ordered product.

Hey i am purchase yesterday flawless facial hair remover and today i recieve my parcel and unfortunately wo chal hi nahi raha hai kharab hai plz mujhy yeh change karwa ky dain daraz sy jab bhi kuch mangwao wo kharab hi nikalta hai Na us me cell tha ab agar cell dala hai tu wo machine hi kharab hai chal hi nahi rahi hai ap log at least check kar ky tu bhejy ky kya bhej rahy hain kabhi bhi apki cheze sahi nahi hoi jab bhi mangwai hai 😡

I got the the wrong product I ordered the shirt in red and black color with big checks with design on cuff but i got the the shirt with small checks and no cuff design which is entirely different as shown in the picture i have also attaching the pictures that i got and this is not the first experience its usually happen your sellers on website post the wrong pictures of products which they don't have and send wrong products to customers. I ordered item worth RS 2993, at time of order check out it show prices inclusive of shipment charged which i pad using my. Redit card.
As of today i received woodland shoes and the courier charged RS 632.

I dont know why this amount was charged since all the amount was already paid.
I would request to please updated me about it other wise i want to return my whole shipment. I am disappointed as i have ordered for the first time from Ksa and was Planning to buy more but the first ordered have me bad experience. Slip is attached for your reference.
