My order number is [protected].
The items were supposed to be delivered on November 16th, the delivery time has lapsed since more than a week and there is not signs of delivery. This is highly frustrating and annoying. You don't bother to track and follow, and I have to waste my credit to remind you where the items are. Only saying ‘we apologise' is not enough. Need some real actions from daraz side.
