I hope this mail finds you well. i make a seller account after this we called karachi landline number of daraz for account activation. where they guided me to purchase packaging material that meet your product packing requirement. material deliver successfully.
Now main problem is that now we receive a order on my shop. when we pack our product and went for dropping at daraz hub they said that there is no logo of daraz on packaging material.(we can say that is not a yellow color daraz plastic bag). which is not acceptable to deliver.

I order the Teddy Bear the black one, and I got the confirmation slip form the site. But at the day of delivery, I waited for more than 3 hours and it never came! I am extremely angry about the service. You could have sent me the excuse message, but I never got anything follow up on the respective regards. Much disappointed!

I ordered seagate hard drive from oasis karachi daraz.pk, my order was accepted and payment was done through debit card. Of 7188 rupees. After half hour I got message that order is cancelled due to wrong shipping address my order number was this [protected]. While my money has been transfered already, and it is not given back. No one from daraz is responding. No helpline was helpfull enough. Kindly look into it for contact. [protected]

I have been working one year plus on daraz but did not receive any irrelevant return but now I have received irrelevant product. We dispatch faiza beauty cream but received cheery polish box that's also empty then we contact with the customer he says my friend make daraz account with his mobile number and he's friend do with every time he buy something and claimed that there is not anything. I have a proof of massage of customer. Now tell me how daraz catching these types of people shame for daraz.

A couple of days ago I ordered a suit from your app daraz.pk from facebook it was a zainab chottani velvet suit which had the order no: 101913735055228 modern collection but when it arrived it was a different suit and not what we ordered it was a low quality nylon suit and when we contacted them the lady knew about the wrong delivery and told us she'll send us the right order and with it it's video but when the next day I contacted her she was making lame excuses and she herself said i'll refund your money but now she's not cooperating and wasting our time when I called her yesterday she said a rider will come and hand over your money and when I called her today she was not responding and when she picked my call she said she was somewhere else and when I asked the number of the courier company she said i'll text u but it's been 5 hrs now and she sent nothing help me with this situation i'll be highly obliged

I order this screen protector but it is not attaching to my phone because its glue is not working as i attached pic of this product and they mention about this produtct b carefull when attach it to phone thats why i prefer the professional man of mobil shop to attached it to my phone but than i realize that it is not working becase its glue is not good to attache to my phone plz replace it or refund my payment

This is not my fault that daraz has messed up my order secodn time in a row. Their return policy says that i have to drop it off if i need to return it. It is very inconvenient.

I ordered on daraz some beauty products. I did two different orders and paid them with credit card. But one order never came and then I got email that it will be refunded but never receive my refund back. For the second order I returned it because it was not what it claims then I got mail that it will be refunded but I didn't receive it. Its been whole month. I contact daraz they said that they have completed my refund and sent me the money but I contacted my back, check my back statement but didn't receive my money back. I just want my money back.

I ordered 2 shock proof cover for iphone 7 plus and samsung galaxy s8 but I received the order wrong. You guys delivered me a normal transparent cover with a screen protector thou I didnot even order that I want you to look into this matter immediately and send me the correct order that I placed or else just return my money. It is such a big company but still delivering the wrong order. I dont care semd me the correct order

I ordered the Be active knee belt. I got it after 10 days. But when i got the order it was a poor quality material very much poor than i have seen on internet. The belt has no marks of right or left. I cannot put the sticker off. It was a real disappointment. My order no was [protected]. I wasted my rupees. Poorly stiched very very weak. I will not buy anything online again.

I ordered a backpack few days ago from daraz.pk website. My order number is #[protected]. It was a backpack of company named "Mark design"
Plus it was an anti- theft backpack black color with usb charging slot available.

I received the order today and what I found was it was not the same bag I ordered from daraz. It is the cheap maybe a PKR. 500 bag of some idiotic brand.

I have paid the amount through card. It was promised that package will be delivered in 5 working days, but its been more than 9 days. No packet reached. I have send no of complaints through live chat, email and phone call ... every body says we are looking into it .. but still no progress. My experience with daraz is not good. and recommend people not to buy (at least dont pay advance) from daraz. thanks

I order Multiple Products for my self and couple days later, The delivery Man came and Delivered us the Product and then he asked for money and Then I said Let me check inside first sir. He said: No Give the payment first please. I said: What if something's bad in it let me see the product. He said: Sir It's our policy I can't show you it until you give me the payment. I was like: I don't want my product, Good bye. Like what is this dude? scamming...

We instantly complained on your customer services and we were advised to write you this email.

Hie, I am not happy at all about the problems that I and my friends here keep facing when we made orders on Daraz. You see we are military foreigners here in Pakistan and because of Pakistan's security issues we are not allowed to go outside the PAF BASE so we rely on online buying and we buy online a lot but the problem is that we are always receiving wrong orders and something which is just a poor resemblance of what we order. Last week I made an order on NIKE FLIP FLOPS but I received a different and poor resemblance of the FLIP FLOPS that I ordered, some weeks ago I ordered a BLACK STYLISH JACKET twice and kept on receiving the wrong, last week I order the same jacket again for the third time but still its the same storry, you see here we receive our orders at the main gate and its not a good place for someone to open an order and check plus your courriers don't want us to open the order whilst they are around, so we will open the orders once we are on our residence, and every now and then its dissappointing, again since we cannot leave the base we have no way of returning the orders, you cannot keep doing this to us, this is taking advantage, if you dont have the exact order we made can you at least make a courtesy of informing us taht the order is not available rather than choosing something else and delivering it instead
