I order alot from daraz but this time got very dissapointed. I ordered a ear phone which I could not find in my local markets, it came with a broken ear piece. Along with the ear phone, I ordered a playstation themed fidget spinner in black, instead it came in bright pink, totally different from the pics shown. Really dissapointed by my experience this time.

I bought this earphones but when i open this parcel earphones are not working its power button is not working nd it does not connecting with my phone its really a bad or money wasting product. In pictures the product looks very good but when it received then its quality looks so bad this is my last order from daraz because I don't want to order such a bad quality products and i don't have much money for wadte

I got this packade today of western top (which the website claimed to be free size)...but its not the same nd is very short...i dont want refund but i would surely like to replace it another shirt...the date on the package of delivery is 22 sep 2018 but i got it on 25 ...also its very short for a free size...i just want the website to help me replace it with another shirt..as soon as possible .

I ordered a brown one but it's a black and the glass of the watch is fallen apart, the quality is not good as it seems like please do something about it and i received it just now . I often buy things from daraz but it is not gud now . Now resolve it as soon as possible so there will be no need for any complaints and things . I want a refund of this product or i want a good piece of which i ordered. I think you will consider my complaint.

I have ordered a baseball bat from daraz.pk i have waited about 8 to 9 days and after all when i received the bat the condition of bat is very bad it has alot of scratches on it and from upper side of bat there is a big hole in it the bat doesnot look new one i also asked the delivery boy but he said to ask from you.

I recited a wrong sneaker which i didnt order my family unfortunately paid for it and after several days I received the right order and I paid for it too.this is the second time I am complaining and as daraz has the worst possible services I got no response it's something daraz has done wrong they need to make up for it not to ignore their customers.Sorry to say but this is the worst sueable behaviour.I did not receive any invoice with it but they keep on irritating me with this invoice nonsense

I am writing after being exhaust from you pathetic service. I ordered cell phone at 7sept (order no. [protected]) from daraz.pk which was supposed to be delivered till 13th morning. But it wasn't delivered. Although I got a text from daraz.pk that my order is on the way on 10th sept and they gave me tracking id of leopard courier service too ([protected]). I have waited for it till 13th sept then I have made couple of complaints on that issue. I got a call from your marketing dept of daraz.pk and the person on the call told me that my new dead line is 19th sept till 3pm. He was so sure at the moment about the delivery of my package before 19th sept. Well I have also waited for it again and on 19th sept after 3pm I did call to leopard's helpline and asked for my package, they have nothing to say because they didn't have any knowledge of my package, after locking down my complaint they said sir please wait for some time then I did call to daraz.pk help line and now same thing happened again, representative have nothing to say except he locked down my complaint again. After few hours I got another call from representative of daraz.pk and he gave me another dead line that is 25th sept.
Now situation is that I can't even cancel my order, my payment has been detected and I can't able to buy it from market. I have booked cell phone on 7th sept and now its 20th sept. My old phone were demaged due to falling and I am using my mother's phone from 6th sept. This is what daraz.pk doing with their customers.

I ordered flawless hair remover i ordered three of them but out of those three only one works so i would like to refund the non working ones. It was of very cheap quality and I would like you to take notice of this issue and take a look at my complaint and refund or exchange the two non working ones. I've posted the photos of the non working ones down below.

Today (18-09-2018) I have received the subject item against my Daraz order no. KI761790896 through courier at 1:00pm.
The matter is this that the product which I had ordered is different from the delivered product (first 3-pictures of delivered product and last one is original jabra are attached). On your website you have given the pics and specification of original Jabra motion sensor but delivered product is different. In original jabra headset the volume is controll through motion sensor by swiping finger on volume area (as shown in last attached pic) but in the delivered product volume is controlled by buttons (as shown in first pic) moreover quality is not good and product manual is not original.
You are requested kindly look into this matter at your earliest. Thanks

As you can see the description that stainless steel rackets are included in the bundle
But I received it without rackets.
It seems a fraud or a mistake, can't say anything about it.
Please ask the seller to send me complete bundle or take back the incomplete bundle.

First time I ordered from your website and got very disappointed. I ordered essence vanity femme perfume on 26% off from your website on saturday 8 september. It cost me Rs. 1735 and 99 delivery charges. But they delivered me wrong item today. They delived me Armaf vanity femme. Please change the product and deliver the required essence vanity femme perfume as soon as possible.

I order a huawei supercharge cable on daraz.pk since two days ago today i recieve that cable and when i switched it into phone it s not working...so if your playing your customers than please told us we will never order again on daraz because if you could'nt deliver quality than for what you are here...this is not the first time i recieved bad quality product..

I bought Samsung LED 24 inches from daraz.pk on may 2018 but is not working since a week... No channel is being displayed. Only blue screen is being shown and this LED warranty is for 1 year... How

The product I received is not working and needs replacement. Have already complained twice of the matter through email but no response has so far been received.
Have heard about good customer service but still no response from daraz

The product i got delivered is different from the one I have ordered.i ordered a Bluetooth speaker but the one i got is the different one so kindly change it.i ordered Atom portable mini speaker of Audionic but they delivered me the move mini speaker so kindly exchange my product. delivered on 6th of September. The quality of service is not so afficient they take so long to deliver the product
