The first pair of shoes I ordered, did not have the buckling feature as advertised on their webpage. These are dance shoes, and I specifically wanted them with the easy buckling feature.
I returned them, which cost me $8.00 to mail back.
I e-mailed them, but got no response. they do not answer their phone .
I ordered another pair of shoes. I heard nothing.
Three weeks later, they called saying the shoes were out of stock. They had CHARGED my credit card even though they knew they did not have the shoes. After more e-mails, and unsuccessful phone calls, I finally got the shoes I had ordered, but they sent the wrong size !! So, again I had to pay to ship that pair back too. In the meantime, they had charged me for two pairs of shoes, that I did not have. Finally they sent a refund for the first pair, but instead of reinbursing my mailing fee, they deducted $ 6.00 for a restocking fee, even though this was their mistake !!
I am working with my bank to, dispute the $6.00.
Don't deal with this company. They do not know how to operate a business, and think nothing of charging for merchandise, they don't even have in stock !!
