I have attached a copy of an agreement that I entered into with Dana Windes Jan. 2015 she is now slandering me and spreading false stories about said agreement please see attached agreement for details. I have offered Dana pups on 6 separate occasions and she has DECLINED each and every time. She is now calling me UNETHICAL .I have supporting emails as well as pictures of the SABLE PARTI male that she sent me as a TRI male please ask for supporting emails if you would like to see them.I attached pics of the male for easy viewing and proof of COLOR of the male she sent.She threatened to sue me and I welcomed the chance to give my side in a court of law, as of today April 18, 2016 she has chosen to instead try to slander me on the internet instead. As every story does there are 2 sides I welcome all inquiries on this just ask.Dana is trying to force(extort) pups from me that have nothing to do with our agreement and with my refusal to be forced it has now played out on the internet.

As you can see in Caryn reply she is not accepting any responsibility for any actions nor is she addressing the issues that are the facts. I am asking that until she has fulfilled her agreement please don't buy puppies form her.
In good faith I paid for all expenses of the dog trade. The puppies Caryn has offered ☛ ARE NOT the colors that are in our agreement nor are they in our breeding program. To bring on colors that won't work is like adding catchup to you soda. Why would I pick a puppy that I can't use. We give a health guarantee on our puppies so these puppies of Caryn I couldn't even sale to recoup my money because she doesn't test all her dogs. If she does it would show up on their pedigree line. She also offered me two beautiful puppies but they were line bred. When I asked how many times in this line had they been line bred she said I could have them. NONE of my dogs are line bred and it would show up in a COI. On numerous occasions I have asked Caryn to just return the dogs that I traded with her since she was so unhappy with them. She declined. Caryn chose the male for his markings, and the fact it had 3 colors, the dog still has 3 colors if not 4 with a silver mouth, as you can see in the above photo.The dog is white with black and brown ears some silver on the face, how is that not three colors. Caryn did not have the ability to get these colors and with her dogs. My female is a tricolor and male is a brindle. Caryn has valued my dogs at $3400 then why doesn't she just pay for them? I am out breeding dogs, and money. Caryn can now use these dogs for breeding, because that much time has passed and she has still not bred the dogs that are in the contract... WHY? How is this fair. In 15 months she has chose to not breed this pair of dogs that meet the contract so she can fulfill the agreement. Instead she wants me to take the puppies she is having a hard tome selling to get them out so she can stop paying for food. Caryn acts like the victim but in March I had contact her about puppies she said early April. I emailed her last Friday to find out about the puppies she said I could have them. WORDS I HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. Caryn is crooked and I would think twice on any dealings you have with her. She says I have spread false stories and slandered her? I challenge her to tell me how. Everything I have said is the truth and and can be backed up by emails.
