Damelin Correspondence Collegecall centre student services and exams department

This is a student whose course fee was paid in full. Since January we have had issues receiving exam results for November 16 exams. First after being cut off twice whilst calling a call centre who is clearly incompetent of assisting not only its own students but professionals as well were I told exam fees were outstanding only for the call centre agent to after 38 minutes on the call to realise that Damelin double invoiced was the so called probelm resolved and the exam results would have veen released within 48 hours... Needless to say there was NO EXAM RESULTS received TO DATE!!! I have tried everything from emailing the so called experienced Marielys on email who assisted signing up the student to calling demanding to speak to management, again, with no success! Either no answer or the call ia dropped. I dont know what further to do. We need assistance immediately or a full refund! Please make contact [protected]@yourside.co.za or [protected]
