Dalco / Bad service

FALSE & Miss leading "Dalco" private labled packaging on their power supplies.
Dalco claims to have and FCC approval. BUT they would not supply any reference when I requested documentation numbers.

Their 7-n-1 media reader does not work and the Dalco tech support person has NEVER RETURNED a single call or been aviable when I could call him back. ZERO! NEVER!
TECH support = NONE

And Dalco would like me to SHIP the order back to them and PAY THEM (at least)20% for their MISS-LEADING information and LACK of ANY PRODUCT SUPPORT.

Other than the 7N1 reader that NEVER worked NONE of the other Dalco boxes were even opened...

20% profit for doing nothing right.

Dalco is right UP THERE with what is WRONG with a distributor.
