Dairy Queen blizzard size

We just stopped by Dairy Queen in Rushville IN and got a small and a medium reeces blizzards. They were very under the usual amount that they are to be. Most times there is even ice cream above the rim of the cup. These were approximately 1 1/2-2" below the rim. They were fairly busy and as my husband was waiting in the car for me, I just took them and left. Very disappointed in our almost $8.00 purchase.

Dairy Queen the food, preferably the tacos.

I spent $22.26 and I raved about these tacos to my Mom because I get tacos from the Old Spanish Trail and Scott in Houston location and they are good every time. I went to 0227 located in Missouri City and the tacos shell taste like old grease. I am very disappointed. I will most likely never going there again. Joseph J is the manager and I tried calling to be sent to the fax.

Dairy Queen general service/lack of math skills

I frequent the napanee diary quite a bit and everytime there is an issue. Today we ordered 3 meal deals. Which included 3 drinks and 3 ice cream. However, we received 1 straw and 2 spoons. The girl at the window seemed confused when I told her we were going to need 2 trays when she tried to hand me each drink and ice cream separately.
I sensibly hope that future employees of this establishment (there seems to be a lot of turn over) have better math and common sense skills.

Dairy Queen threats from employee and use of cell phone at work

At about 7:40 PM 6/19/2017. I went to dairy queen with my cousin to get ice cream through the drive through we were laughing and I was pointing out some of the employees I know, I get my ice cream and I left. at 7:47 PM I've received a text on Facebook messenger from Courtney Rex an employee who served me in the drive through. the text states "Okay listen here. Quit starting [censor] with me at my job. Keep laughing and staring all you want, you know i'm better cause I won over Jacob (her boyfriend who is also an employee at Dairy Queen) not you and your pathetic lies" I responded to her explaining that I was not staring at her I was looking for some of the employees I know and that I was not interested in her boyfriend. I'd like for her to be fired, according to some of my friends she has done this in the past with them before. Because of this threat it makes me not want to go to this establishment anymore and I am a loyal customer i've been going to this establishment about once or twice a week treating the employees with respect and even joking around with some of them.

He was very unprofessional. The floors was gross, service was awful, he was at the cash register and his hands wasn't clean, he was sliding on the floor while taking our order. He made my Banana Blizzard it was runny, he turned it upside down and it spilled out all over the floor. He cleaned up my cup said he was sorry and handed it to my husband, we will not go back to that area, he was saying things that dissent make any sense. It's sad that DQ use to look nice and clean and had better people working there, very disappointed.

Dairy Queen terrible quality of food

We have ordered from dairy queen many times before, mainly because the food is always really good quality and does not taste or look like what we now call fast food. this was at the dairy queen at 615 armour rd, kcmo 64116. every aspect of our meal was terrible. we got this to go so we didn't know how terrible it was until we got home. the hamburger my husband got literally had a handprint embedded in the bun. you could tell exactly where the fingers and palm were when the employee put the bun on, and apparently thought it needed to be smashed down. the chicken strips I ordered were so over done that I couldn't bite through it. the fries on the other hand barely seemed cooked, they were so soggy. and the blizzards we got, the employee did not do the blizzard test by turning it upside down when giving it to us. this normally wouldn't bother me-nor would I even bring it up, but it just goes to show the lack of attention that seemed to be apparent in every aspect of our meal. needless to say, dinner ended early that night. if this was our first experience with dairy queen, I would never go back. I only submit this complaint because I have never found myself saying that dairy queen's food is disgusting and want to bring it to the attention of the kcmo facility so they don't continue to provide such horribly cooked food. we will not be going back to that location again.

Dairy Queen ice cream cake order

After a long day of errands, my last stop was my local Dairy Queen to order an ice cream cake for a work party on Thursday. I arrived at 5:30 and was told they could not take a cake order after 5pm. There were 3 employees there with nothing to do and I pointed out that they were open, so why could they not take my order. They informed me that the Mechanicsburg PA store that makes the cakes closed at 5 and they have a policy that they cannot take an order if that store is closed. That store (I assume the cake-baking part, because I have to believe the Ice Cream part is open since it's Fathers Day tomrrow) will not be open again until Monday morning. I asked for the manager and one of the people standing there said he was the manager and that is the policy. I said I understand you cannot call my order in but you can take my order since I am here and this is a convenient time for me. I said just take my order now and pretend I came in on Monday morning and call it in then - that would be good customer service. The manager became very agitated at my good idea and began to slam order papers around and begrudgingly said he would do that. I said I get the feeling if I leave this up to you, I'm not going to get my cake, am I? He said maybe not. I said I will call the Mechanicsburg store myself on Monday morning to order my cake and have it delivered to the Middletown store. I told him I did not want to put him out. This is a ridiculous corporate policy and I am sure this manager takes a lot of grief over it.

Dairy Queen two different cheese burgers made on two different days

I have been eating at various Dairy Queens for as long as I can remember. I have never been to a place that was as run down looking, as dirty, and a place that has so many undertrained employees as the one at Estherville, Iowa. I have worked in the fast food industry for most of my life and I know that basic food safety protocol is to cook hamburger until there is no pink left in it. I arrived in Estherville, to do some safety training for my employer at the local college, on Sunday the 4th of June at about 8:00 pm Central Time. I was there with my co worker Andrew as well. We both ordered the flamethrower burger and noticed that our burgers were undercooked after eating about 1/3 of the burger. About an hour or so afterwards we both ended up getting sick at the hotel we were staying at. Then on Wednesday the 14th of June my fiancee, who is a type 1 diabetic, ate there at around 2:30 p.m. She noticed her burger was under cooked as well after eating about half of it. She ended up getting sick shortly afterwards. Which was worse for her because being a diaberic she needs to eat. Otherwise her blood suger drops drastically. After eating that burger she kept throwing up everytime she ate and her blood suger droped. Thankfully she was able to eat a glucose tab to keep it up. After that I went there and I asked to talk to the manager and was told there wasn't one so the young kid got his "supervisor". The "supervisor" was rude and brushed me off. On the way to my hotel room I realized that both times I was there I never once saw any of the employees wearing gloves, or wash there hands after dealing with the money, or even wearing hair nets. Maybe it changed since I worked in the food industry but that was drilled into me at each restaurant that not washing my hands or wearing gloves was against OSHA. If that store is willing to not follow all of those regulations it makes me wonder what else they are not doing. I am completely dissatisfied about that restauant and will nevee eat there again.

People I don't know how they found out, but I am being forced to tell the truth about this. The truth is I was recently fired from this Dairy Queen and I was trying to get the restaurant shut down. Now they are threatening me with a lawsuit if I don't admit that I made all this up in retaliation.

Dairy Queen product and service

Let's go back, I went to one of your stores maybe 6 weeks ago, came home after going through the drive through and found a cheesburger with nothing on it. I ordered a deluxe cheese burger. Not very happy and too far to back. You send me a gift card for$5. So I used it at a different location. The girl at the drive through told me that they do NOT salt their fries, since that was my request. Get up to the window, I'm being handed my drink and sundae. Not sure where I will be putting both since I also had a bag and was in the car by myself. So I asked for a bag for my sundae, the girl rolled her eyes at me. Then I asked for some fry sauce, since they never offer. Get home, the fries are salted and the fry sauce was tarter sauce instead. Now this is at a different Dairy Queen location. Both places need to train their employees to ask customers if they would like condiments. It seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out of there. They could've at least gave me unsalted fries since that is what I ordered! Another disappointed customer. Not once but twice!

Dairy Queen everything from start to finish

I eat at D.Q. on a regular basis because it fits my lunch schedule, quick, hot, good value. After today I will absolutely reconsider my lunch options. As I approached the sales counter there were customers on both sides waiting for orders. I proceeded to register and was finally asked if I had placed my order. Then the register was out of ones so I had to wait for the young cashier get change [she should have known that from previous transaction]. then ordered strawberry sundae[ out of strawberry] okay chocolate and bring with my meal. Young lady finally brought lunch to table [ fries barely warm], and no sundae[ asked her to bring and she said I will go get it[ she never did, so I went and waited in line again to get it and she was very rude when she shoved it my way . Nine drink selections on the screen were not available. Then back to counter to ask for napkins as all three locations were empty[ I informed that they were none but when I left none had been refilled. Next every table in the place was dirty so I chose the one with the least amount of leftovers on it. The two girls on the grill next; one had hair hanging down all over her face landing all over the grill where food is being cooked, and the next one turned around and wiped both hands on her chest to apparently clean. Time to leave and every garbage can was running over, even the outside can. You just can't make all this up. An apparent lack of management control and direction. D.Q. is usually top notch but this was over the top terrible. There are many options for lunch and I will have to search them out. D.Q.[ Dis-Qualified}

Dairy Queen food poisoning... ordered a large mocha moolatte

I know it was the moolatte as i had nothing else on my stomach and felt effects
20 minutes after consumption. Please inspect the machines...my mother too complained on stomach issues that same day...she ordered the smaller size and her issues were milder. I have felt horrible gas, diarrea and cramping for 24 hour now...NO FUN. I wont be ordering there again.

Dairy Queen duplicate credit card charges

Hello,

I went to Dairy Queen in Brighton, MI on May 27, 2017. While there I ordered two flurries and the total came to $6.97. The shop was having some errors with their credit card machine, so the first time the swiped my American Express card they did not believe it went through. Thinking the transaction did not go through, they swiped my card again. After they swiped it the second time, they could not get the machine to print off the receipt. Therefore I had to sign my name on a piece of paper and write the amount next to my signature. I just looked at my credit card statement, and while scrolling through the transactions I saw that i was charged two times for the $6.97 amount. I would like the additional amount taken off of my account. I am very displeased that the transaction of money was handled so poorly to the point of my signing a piece of paper with a sharpie and writing my amount on it.

Dairy Queen survey

I received a receipt with ability to get free dilly bar if I did an online survey.
The information that I put in the survey was not accepted. There was no reason given as to why my information was not accepted. I did not see any time line on the receipt for the survey. I re-entered the information several times but was not able to proceed. Very disappointing.

Dairy Queen drive-thru

To whomever this may concern,

The new dairy queen in Greensboro, Ga has not only not lived up to my expectations, but has disappointed me. The past 4 times I have visited this location, something has gone wrong.
Incident number 1: My friend and I went to DQ to get blizzards because we were having a bad day. The drive-thru woman went to tip my blizzard upside down, like y'all are known for, and half of it came out. I asked if that meant it was for free and she laughed and still gave me my half spilt blizzard.
Incident 2: I went to get a quick lunch from DQ and asked twice for honey mustard, and guess what was not in my bag...you're right-HONEY MUSTARD!
Incident 3: Yet again, giving DQ a third chance, I went through the drive-thru again, and went to use a gift card that someone had given me and y'all said it was not accepted because it was american express. Who doesn't accept american express?
Incident number 4 (the final straw): I had already internally boycotted DQ, but my friend didn't have a car and she wanted to go through and get a blizzard. We went through, and YET AGAIN, the whole blizzard dumped out onto the parking lot.
This place just opened and service should not be like this! I just wanted to send you a friendly letter about my thoughts and feelings towards this establishment. Growing up as a kid I fondly remember going to DQ and my mouth was so cold from the delicious spoon full of ice cream. Blizzards so cold, the ice cream was like a frozen icicle of creaminess. What has happened to y'all? Where are the people who put hard work, sweat, and tears into pleasing customers like myself? I hope this letter makes you rethink the type of people and service you offer to Dairy Queen nation wide.

Dairy Queen customer service/food orders

I live in Huntington Texas and i visit the store here and there well in the last few months I've been over charged with items that were never ordered, and last night same thing but also one more problem, I had taken my burger for lunch today to find out that there was no meat on my sandwich, .i spent 18.65 to find out that everything was horrible, I'm only responding to you because the area manager doesn't seem to care.my number [protected] thanks

Dairy Queen your new commercial

I heard your new commercial today regarding the "Cloache" and not as the official languages, which in french is "Cloche" not what your ridiculous commercial writers put together. I am a long term customer but maybe your dumb commercial writers are possibly "Americans" ROFL.

Anyway spoke to many customers about that what I call "So called idiotic commercial" and as I do this now puts you in a different league of incompetence.

From now on you might loose many customers because of your uncaring and unwillingness to be correct with the law of the land here in Canada.

By the way are you own by most of the Canadian originally own Companies and now AMERICAN like many others? Well as for myself I have posted this on FaceBook and the response to date was "funny" overwhelming hmmm!

Hope you rectify your Gafa and if you want to retain customers to act accordingly!

Dairy Queen waiting time for order.

On 6/11/17 I stopped at Dairy Queen in Floresville, Tx and ordered 2 Banana Splits and a Peanut Buster Parfait. My order was placed at 2:11pm and did not get delivered until 2:43pm. The wait time was unacceptable. The male cashier was less than sincere in his apology. There was only about 1/2 the tables in use, so they were incredibly busy. I am not the only customer who had this issue

Dairy Queen employee behavior

I visit my local dairy queen very often, and it was brought to my attention that an employee named Teresa Rios is always doing drugs while working. I have witnessed this via her Snapchat stories. She posts videos almost everyday of her smoking marijuana with a woman who she says is her boss. Her captions joke about putting the marijuana into the cakes and ice cream to "get everybody high" this is very disturbing to me considering how often I go there to get ice cream for myself and for my children. She posts videos of her and other employees/employers smoking marijuana near the dairy queen dumpster, she posts pictures and videos of bags of marijuana just sitting at her work station. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.

Dairy Queen extremely poor service and restaurant not kept clean

I have visited dairy Queen

different days @ different times of the day.I have taken my kids to their favorite restaurant .just in last 4 months this restaurant has went to the dumps
Never is this place clean ! Mangers and the under age employee are disrespectful, tossed food (literally) in boxes, food is well over cooked & sometimes looks as if deep fryer oil isn't ever clean.fries are so hard kids can't begin to eat.At ice cream station its sick to watch employee licking fingers (which ice cream had fallen) while still making sundaes .
I have spoken to different mangers in which they blew me off like it's my problem not theirs. Keep in mind I have gave several opportunities for this to be just a bad day for workers but I have came to realize it's just not that
Under age employees dancing, laughing instead of taking orders, which there's always a line standing inside and drive threw is packed due to this .
Please send someone that can make a difference for we as well as many in this small town love, enjoy dairy Queen and would love for it to be fixed.

Dairy Queen cake

i went to 4263 lancaster ave obetz 43207 i asked about the cakes and a girl told me they were all cake with icecream i buy one and right before i leave i take a look at it and it looks like plain icecream so i ask one more time "so this is cale with icecream right and she says no its just icecream "! im just like thats not what i wanted so just take give me money back and they say they wont that i have to take it no matter what ! I tell them, but in no place does it say you cant give me my money back ! i get it if i took it and then brought it back but i did not even walk away from the cashier with it !
