Dairy Queen computer system needs updating

They are placing orders on a diner style slip and having trouble placing that order with the right price into the very basic register. After we pay we are told to drive around and park out front and they would bring our order of a chicken strip basket and 2 burgers out to us. About a 10 min wait there we go in and get the food. The food itself was fresh and good. And the receipt we had to ask for doesn't help much with explaining what things are.

Dairy Queen the attitude

The attitude of the workers behind the counter at Dairy Queen really stinks, today I walked in with my family and they all were sitting at a table together. They all just looked at us for several seconds before walking behind the counter to take our order. It was like as if they didn't want to wait on us. They were not friendly and did not greet us nicely. Things need to change before they run it in the ground.

Dairy Queen shift leader paige johnson

You have a shift leader in your store in Sidney Ohio that made a call on her off time to one of her associates that was on the clock just to ask the associate if a girl in question was related to an ex employee of DQ. The associate answered yes, to which your 22 year old shift leader said the girl in question was a slut and proceeded to degrade her. The girl in question is my 14 year old 8th grader. It is unprofessional to say the least for a shift leader to call a working associate just to make disparaging remarks about a child. I was a retail manager for many years and trained my associates and managers on appropriate behaviors. This shift leaders name is Paige Johnson and I hope that she will be retrained in appropriate behavior. She may not be capable of holding a shift leader position if her actions and words are not that of a person meant to lead a team in a positive way.

Dairy Queen product and service

The Franchise in rosetown Saskatchewan... is hands down the worst .. dq or restaurant I have been to . Very slow .. And food quality is horrible. Maybe it's because I'm a chef . But crap is crap . They are even too lazy to even mix the blizzards properly. And living here I can promise you that it's been like this for years .. I'm at the point that I will not be going to any of your establishments again . In fact I have half a mind to start something similar in this small town that people can have great service and good consistent food quality..

Dairy Queen a menu item

We purchased a funnel cake without ice cream and they took $1 Off and we end up with the smallest funnel cake we ever seing for almost $5. It was so upsetting. We almost went inside the store to complain butwe realized that the people who works there has no fault. The funnel cake was not worth the price it all.
We are dessappointed and we will probably never buy a funnel cake from your restaurant.

Dairy Queen blizzard

I have been going to the same DQ on E. 10th St. in Sioux Falls, SD for about 12 years now. Ever since the manager Mike left about 8 months or so back, the place has gone to hell. I order the exact same thing every time - Georgia Mud Fudge. There are 3 simple ingredients: Coco fudge, pecans, and brownies. I have received Blizzards such as the following: Coco fudge, chocolate flakes (not supposed to have flakes, and missing nuts and brownies!) several times; coco fudge, pecans (no brownies); pecans and brownies (no coco fudge); and that's just what I can remember off the top of my head. It's about a 50/50 chance I get what I order, and that is just unacceptable. I've tried ordering and telling them what should go in my Blizzard and it's still been screwed up. I finally went into the store last month and spoke to the manager directly (Mikki) and she assured me they were working on training staff and advised a poster is up showing ingredients. Well, I went thru the drive-up a few days ago and ordered my 2 Blizzards (I always get them ahead of time and put them in my freezer to eat later in the week because I like them frozen) and I got brownies in it . No nuts and if there was any coco fudge well I couldn't taste it. And I think it was the Assistant Mgr who made those. I'm furious. This is the height of incompetence. There are only 2 possible reasons (in my opinion) these aren't made correctly - 1. staff simply can't read (which wouldn't surprise me based on the current school system) or 2. it's totally intentional. This has been going on for over half a year. It's insane. The one item DQ is most notorious for and NOBODY can make one correctly! I occasionally go to the other DQ in town and they have ALWAYS made my Blizzard correctly. But the location on E 10th has lost it's mind I simply don't know what to say. I buy 4 or 6 Blizzards every single week. There is just no excuse for half of them being made incorrectly.

Dairy Queen food service

Ordered simple just potato skins and a poutine with a blizzard and shake.. order did not contain the potato skins (only found that out after the fact I was already home, which I had to walk) and then had to walk all the way back to get them, also once there the employee that saw us before did not acknowledge us to the point I had re wait in line just to be able to receive my potato skins, the employees saw us multiple times and saw I was standing with a receipt and yet no one tired to help, I had to re wait and that was extremely irritating, worst experience there so far

Dairy Queen service @ north vernon, indiana store #258

While ordering a hot fudge sundae I was told that they were out of hot fudge...how does that happen?
However the worst part was while the sundaes were being fixed the two young girls working got into a ice cream fight leaving the front area floor a mess and leaving the older employee to make the orders as they went to the back of the store. They were loud and disrespectful. The older women was constantly apologizing for them. It was upsetting to say the least.
Also we frequently stop here and never are the sundae sizes the same.. well a small is the same size as a medium...

Dairy Queen bad bad bad

Wow this dq is unreal the staff don't have a [censored] clue what they are doing time after time my orders are wrong last week my burger was so red
I hade to chuck it out thx dq today I waited for 20 mins for my food that was wrong and I was talk to the lady beside me she was there 15 mins before me still waiting I seen other lady asking as she was there even longer. My wife was in there Sunday night after 45 mins I was getting worried so I drove down to see if see was ok and she was still in line I drove home she was gone over an hour and when she got home she said never again am I going there for you again thx dq... She told me there was one worker as the other one left as the line up was going out the door... So one worker and she didn't know wtf she was doing. I'm sorry but this is so unnecessary for a fast food restaurant
I have been going here for years and since last year when the new owners took over its been [censored] I have sent in 8 Emails to you guys at dq not one return call I have phone dq canada left 6 or more messages but yet nothing never anyone contacted me never I'm so pissed about this I'm going to do something I'm phone someone who will take my call and here what [censored] is going on taking peoples money for very very bad service...

Dairy Queen ice cream

My family and I go to the local Dairy Queen attests once a week and for month the service takes forever in the drive through line to get your order and then whatever you order is not like the picture such as a runny blizzards and so forth. This Dairy Queen needs better quality of people working and they desperately needed trained on quality of food.

Dairy Queen cleanliness and open doors

The location on North Market, (Hwy 1) in Shreveport, La. has gotten to be the worst place to go to eat. They leave the doors open, so the flies and mosquitoes go in and get on all the food and supplies. If I wanted to eat fly germs I would eat outside in the heat with the flies and mosquitoes. I feel like the place needs to be closed down for a few weeks and cleaned from top to bottom and the doors kept closed. Most of the employees are friendly when I have gone there, but I have quit, along with a lot of others. Thank you for reading my complaint. Hopefully you will be able to resolve this problem. I was glad when I moved to the area, because there isn't any more close to me, but am now hot a happy camper.

Dairy Queen blizzard

I just wondering why the snickers blizzard was taken off the menu at the Georgetown Ky D.Q. I know that there are a lot of other kinds of blizzards to choose from and they don't take up a lot of space. I was just hoping you would consider bringing the snickers blizzard back . If not full time but maybe a special flavor twice a year . Since it was removed from the menu I have quit going this my not mean a lot because I'm only one person but I was just hoping by writing you would at least consider it. Dairy Queen poor customer service

My family and I visited DQ on Dixie highway in west palm beach Sunday night and I am very disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement we received. We stood there at the counter waiting for about 10 minutes, no one even acknowledged we were there. A young man was cleaning right in front of us and completely ignored us. I had to say excuse me like 3 times before he looked up and said "someone will be right with you". Another five minutes passed and NOONE came so we left. There was at least 4 people working around the counter and drive-thru, yet we couldn't even get s simple "hello". I work in a restaurant and that honestly has been the worst treatment I've received.

Dairy Queen wait time

I went through the drive through at the Dairy Queen at 2778 Aliso Creek Rd in Laguna Hills at 3:30 on sunday May 6, 2018. There were 2 cars in front of me, one that had already ordered. It took 26 minutes from wait time until we got our order. The person who takes the order at the menu board took forever to come on. When we finally pulled up roger our order I saw only 3 people working. This is the third time I have come to this location and waited extremely long because of understaffing. I want a refund of my $14.82 for 3 small blizzards.

Dairy Queen horrific customer service @ dq portland on saltzman

I ordered two $5.00 lunches. Cashier looks at my child and asks if he wants fries or onion rings to which he responds, "onion rings." At no time was an upgrade price discussed until the $5.00 lunch became $6.50. The blizzard upgrade was clearly posted as $1.00 more, but there was no mention of 50 cents surcharge anywhere near the menu in question. Two managers got involved and were snippy, self righteous and rude, insisting on the surcharge. When the food finally came out, the sauce for the chicken was clumpy and cold, there was a tiny butt of a tomatoe, drowning in mayo on a shriveled up piece of cold mystery meat on what they passed off as "deluxe cheeseburger." The only reason we came in is because the Pizza Schmitza we had walked to closed, we should have just kept walking until we found a real restaurant.

Dairy Queen store hours

I arrived at your Dairy Queen location at 8:55 pm, the store hours say 10am -10:30 pm and the store was closed, no cars in parking lot and all lights in the restaurant were off.
I was not happy with the service I had received, since I wasn't able to get any.
I would like to know why they were closed an hour and a half before closing, and why there was no notice of it.

Dairy Queen customer service

Your restaurant in Stanwood Washington is the worst Dairy queen for customer service that I have ever seen. Marysville is amazing, but unfortunately the stanwood one is the closest to me. I figured after not returning for a couple years the bad staff would have been weeded out, but I was wrong. They served my daughter and I whipped cream on a cone not ice cream. They were out of chocolate, so I settled for vanilla and it to 20 minutes in line to get it. Every time I go here it's been a terrible experience. You guys need to give more attention to this location.

Dairy Queen horribly rude drive through worker

I'm just wanting to let y'all know that y'all have a worker by the name of Jolena working for y'all at the Soncy location in Amarillo Texas that is by far one of the rudest girls I've ever met at a fast food restaurant. I ordered blizzards and corrected her multiple times on them nicely and each time she would roll her eyes and slam the door and took FOREVER to give us our blizzards. They still weren't even right! I tried to be polite and she just kept rolling her eyes at me. If you're annoyed with a customer at least try to keep it a secret. I will never ever be returning to this Dairy Queen. This location is also right by a major highway so if anyone traveling through has to deal with her attitude it will probably leave a pretty bad impression on them about Dairy Queen. Just wanted to let someone know my horrible experience with her.

Dairy Queen very rude customer service

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 items. The lady was showing extreme anger and outrage because she was busy. Cars keep fu—- coming. She said. I was completely disgusted. I go there often but after tonight I think not anymore. The woman had on a dirty uniform and no name tag conveniently. She wasn't even wearing an apron. It was disturbing.

Dairy Queen service

I ordered a blizzard at the drive through, then she said what did you want, i said a small blizzard. Got to the window and was handed a large chocolate shake. I said that is not what I ordered, she said was it two tacos and two blizzards, i said no it was one small blizzard. Then she said I can't do refunds will you take a medium blizzard, being that is not what I wanted I said no just a small. The manager came from the back, slammed the door shut, threw my change in my hand, then slammed the door again.
