A few days ago I decided to go out with my sister and treat her to Dairy Queen. Upon arrival the store was empty and no cars were in drivethru. We then ordered a Peanut Buster Parfit and one Medium Sundae. When we got our order my Sundae didn't even past the rim of the cup... i know that a medium Sundae should not look like that and be much bigger in size. So I asked the lady working and she said that's how it's made and walked away. My sisters peanut busted parfit looked great until she got home to eat it. The parfit was so hard she couldn't even put her spoon through it at first. So I looked at it and someone had put cone coating instead of hot fudge! This made it almost impossible to eat. Since neither one of us were satisfied with our order and still wanted a DQ product we went back yesterday to get blizzards. Now the store was busier and that's understandable for a hot summer day, but when we received the blizards it was pouring out the sides from under the lid. When I took my lid off it looked like it looked like a glass of chocolate milk... we had to ask for straws it was so soupy. I am very tired and annoyed of wasting money on a high priced product that I can never get made correctly. This store should look into training employees better and making sure that they are aware of product accuracy.

Dairy Queen at 735 Hwy. 6, Houston, Tx - I stopped at the above mentioned Dairy Queen today and was embarrassed and appalled at the trash and debris littering the drive-thru driveway. It was disgusting! Additionally the grass and shrubbery was overgrown along the drive as well as around the entire restaurant. I'm sure the current condition of the restaurant and surrounding grounds is a big deterrent for business. I almost didn't stop but really needed something to drink. Once I pulled around to the cashier window and saw even more trash and debris around there, I felt I really needed to contact you. I'm sure the cashiers can see the trash and debris but apparently its not something they're concerned about.
I hope you will address this issue and get the area cleaned up as soon as possible. I can only hope the inside of the restaurant is better kept and clean than the outside is! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I went DQ at 12 and Dequindre in Madison Heights Mi The employees names were Ala and Aliyah I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted rudely i should have left then but my family really wanted DQ I ordered my first item after i ordered Aliyah smacked her lips and rudely says is that all and i said no i ordered 3 more items and each time i ordered Aliyah smacked her lips and said is that all with attitude. I try and be as respectful as possible when going to fast food because ive been in fast food before for 7 years both as a team member and management i understand we all have bad days but your supposed to leave it at the door when you walk in especially if you work in customer service. So Ala is the one giving me my icecream she didnt put an appropriate top on my blizzard so it dripped all over my legs and car when i asked for Aliyah's name Ala gave me attitude Ala gave me my last item and slammed the drive thru window no have a good night no sorry about the issues you nothing there are over a dozen other icecream places in the area and i will gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere

I went to the Fayetteville DQ at around 1:50pm. I was served my blizzard at 2:30pm, since I asked for it after I was finished with my meal. However, the employee, a young, white male, presumably new, served the blizzard right side up. I said, "You're supposed to serve it upside down." He replied, "Oh, Sorry! I didn't know."
I tell the manager and request a free blizzard. The employee then proceeds to lie to my face, while standing under two surveillance cameras, that he did serve the blizzard upside down. The manager reluctantly writes me and I.O.U. for a free blizzard instead of giving me a coupon.

On 8/12/17, my order was charged at 8:33 pm, and I was asked to wait in Lane #2 for my order to be brought out. The vehicle in front of me during check out was in Land #1. After a few minutes the order for Land #1 was brought out and vehicle left. It was 8:50 pm and I still had not gotten my order. Another vehicle parked in Lane #1. Within a few minutes their order was brought out. Finally at 8:53pm, I got down and asked assistant manager Irene, who charged me for my order, that I just wanted my money back. She wasn't that shocked or upset that she and her staff dropped the ball. She returned my money and just said, "sorry about that." It is ridiculous that the order was obviously lost but also with two people going out to take orders for Lane #1, not asking has Lane #2 order been filled. This was not only poor customer service but no customer service.

We went through the Dairy Queen drive through at 1035 S. Knoll Road Southern Pines NC [protected]..We ordered the triple chocolate blizzard at or about 4:30 Pm on 8-11-17. the w/m clerk 18-22 yrs gave the impression that he did not want to be there. He did not turn the blizzard upside down to show the product was frozen, just handed it to me. I asked him to turn the blizzard upside down to see if the product was frozen, he turned the cup upside down slowly and gave the impression to (ME) the customer look here it is . The clerk was not looking that happy .. WE paid for the Blizzard and went on our way.. WE can patronize Sonic for our ice treats, you need a customer service class for the employees.

Having placed my order for a Banana Split, I waited as three new customers came in and were served within a reasonable amount of time. I captured the attention of the "order taker cashier who was playing around with a young man who was doing "zero". I inquired as to the status of my order and she looked at me as if she had forgotten it. She walked away and engaged the assistance of the Mgr., who came over and asked if she might help. I showed her my receipt and pointed out three customers had been served after my order had been taken. She walked away to the ice cream station and picked up a banana and dropped it to the floor. As she stooped to retrieve it, she looked over her shoulder to see if I had observed the mishap. She then threw it away and selected another. After about three minutes, she brought my order in no particular hurry and placed it on the counter and asked if there was anything else ? I replied that I would need a spoon and several napkins. She complied with the request, completing my transaction without so much as an apology or thank you. This is now my 3rd and final complaint with this DQ. I will not grace the doors or drive-thru ever again at this location. It saddens me to see that the owners of this DQ have what appears total lack of effort to maintain standards or improve upon service.

I went to Dairy Queen in Shepherdsville, KY on my lunch break on Wednesday 8/9. I ordered a $5 box (chicken tenders) ONLY to get 2 chicken tenders and box full of fries. I wasn't going to complain because I was already back at my job before I realized your employees error. However, I looked at my bank statement today just to see that I was charged TWICE. I have my receipt still. Please let me know what you can do to fix this.

I and my daughter waited in line for 35 minutes at Dairy Queen, in Fairfax, Iowa 52228. The service was really slow. And the store itself was dirty, which is unacceptable.
Suddenly they turned off the lights and weren't taking orders anymore. We weren't notified about it, no one cared about customers .

That was enough for us to decide that we quit going there.

I was at your restaurant and we orderd through the drive through and when we arrived to collect the order she misheard us and mistaked the order and when I wanted to rectify my order she replied with bad manners, raising her voice, and threatimg and warning as if she owned the franchise, then started throwing things and the wrong order, when I tried to tell her why this bad treatment she slammed the drive-thru window in our face. As a customer of such respectable corporation I have never faced such demeaning behaviour and she has no right to treat customers that way no matter who the person is and if she doesn't want to work she can go find somewhere else instead of ruining the image of Dairy queen.

so I drive all the way across town to go to dairy queen, knowing its opened at 10:30.. I pull up, try the door, not open, walk around find another door and it is opened. No open/closed signs on, so I walk in...1 cook, cooking, 6 employees just walking around, a mgr(I assume, because she was interviewing), and two girls in uniform out back braiding each others hair, I stand there, the cook just keeps eyeballing me but says nothing! no one waits on me or even speaks to me, finally about 10:45, i excuse myself and ask the interviewing lady, "what time do you guys open" she says 10:30, I look at my watch again, then she turns around to the miriads of employees, and says something to them, and she just let me walk out! I am in business, and its not good enough to ignore paying customers! All I wanted was to give you money! This is twice, there wont be a third, social media, and bbb need to know//regards

I went to the Dairy Queen located at 2127 Fort Worth Ave, Dallas, TX 75211.
I wanted too order a Blizzard but was informed that they were not serving Ice Cream anymore that evening. I asked the girl at the counter twice and she said she didn't know why. That is not a excuse. If you are not going to be serving an item off the menu I believe the customer has the right to know. I finally had to ask the manager. In my eyes this is poor customer service.

On August 4 I entered a dairy queen in Montgomery wva to get a banana split, and it was made, the phone rang and she went to talking to one of her friends on the phone, meanwhile my banana split is starting to melt. So I asked the employee was that my split. And went off saying can't you see me on the phone. So I said I don't want it if it melts. That's when she started cussing me out., and told me she will [censor] me up and started walking from behind the counter but was stop by the manager. The place was full of customers. I was totally embarrassed and disrespected. Her name was Lisa.

We ordered food @ Dairy Queen, simple double cheeseburger and onion rings! Service was rude, and slow. After waiting for 20 min (yes we should have left)! We receive our double cheeseburger and French fries. Yes, that's right French fries not onion rings. So sad, are they sorry, not so much. Very disappointed with DQ service. You ask where this happened @ 829 Lynn garden dr, Kingsport Tn.

I just wanted to let you know that I was not impressed with the fact of your flavour special blizzard the triple truffle blizzard everytime I went to one of your dq's many times all of them in Abbotsford, bc they always were sold out. Like what kind of crap is that. If you're going to have a special you would think that you'd at least have some of your dairy queen locations with this product. Just thought I'd express my disappointment. Thank you, Michelle

My husband and I visited a local store this evening (7/30) and were immediately turned off by the laidback and unprofessional attitudes of all of the employees behind the counter, especially the woman that eventually helped us with our order. She had no smile, just mumbled, "what do you want?", took our 2-item order three times prior to just yelling it to the guy at the blizzard station, and then continued to goof around with the other employees behind the counter. Meanwhile, other guests are filling the lobby and there's no one at the counter. The manager came out of the back laughing hysterically and completely disregarded the guests waiting to order.

Attached is a picture of one of the blizzards we received. I was driving, so I had mine off to the side, but it wasn't much better. I would have said something, but with the serious attitudes of these employees, I was genuinely afraid that one of them would spit in the order. I have been going to Dairy Queen's my entire life, in locations other than MN as well, and although this was my first time at this location, had it been my first experience ever, I would have no desire to visit any Dairy Queen location every again.

I will never visit that location again and should have just had my pregnancy craving for ice cream fulfilled at Sabastian Joe's across the street from my house instead of driving out of my way for a terrible experience.

I'm complaining about the fact that the dairy queen in Jasper, TN 37347 offers chocolate ice cream which I love, especially in the summer but EVERY TIME I go and order a come with half chocolate/vanilla they ALWAYS claim the chocolate isn't working!
This is ridiculous! The lady who worked the window today at 1pm was rude about it too...told me I was in the low percent of who wanted chocolate...really? Who says that...you offer chocolate but I can't get it!
The same thing was told to me at the one in Chattanooga, TN gunbarrel road. I thought for sure I was getting it that day but no just another disappointment.

Hello, My name is Autumn King. I worked at Dairy Queen in Wirtz, VA for four days and I received my first pay check on Friday the 21st because I started on a Sunday . And this Friday the 28th I stopped by to get my last pay check and they did not have it. But I got my first and only pay check on the 21st when I turned in my work shirt that is the only work assessory that my boss Caroline provided me with. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible thanks.

We ordered 2 lunch boxes, one was a 3pc chicken nugget and the other was a cheese burger, we upgraded both ice creams to blizzards (Butterfinger & Reese's). She asked if we wanted our ice cream now or later, I told her now, since they were busy! We got our food, so I asked about our ice cream she said the Q was busy, but they would be coming. We ate our food and still no ice cream, yet people who ordered after us was getting there ice cream. My husband took our #25 plastic thing and went to the counter to ask about our ice cream. One kid told him we were cleared off the board, then the girl that waited on us told us they hadn't gotten to our # yet, so final a shift mgr came out and asked us about it. He told us the only thing he had for #25 was something that we didn't even order! He asked us for our receipt, but the cashier never gave us one! We told the shift mgr again what we ordered, he finally made it for us, but literally shoved it in my husband's hands, no apology or anything! Your shift mgr needs to learn to deal with busy times and his employees mess ups. It was his employees fault things got messed up not ours!

Usually go to the location on Cabot Road in Missiin Viejo/ Laguna Niguel Ca.. always spotless and excellent staff. The other location is actually much closer to our home in Aliso Viejo, Ca ( Aliso Creek Road) this location is dirty, unkept employees, indifferent with a different story each time we have gone in for chocolate ice cream. A few months ago it was that the machine had a problem, then it was the ice cream wasn't freezing properly. Tonight it was 3 different stories. One employee said the machines broke 4 months ago but the owner didn't want to fix it. Another said they were having trouble ordering the machine. Finally ( I believe it was the manager) said " we discontinued it because people don't order it! I would like to know the real story...
