I have visited the dairy queens in Odessa, and all of then are not serving beef on their hamburgers. I am from Fort Worth originally, and have lived all over Texas, but here in Odessa/Midland, the burgers do not taste the same. All of them. They precook the burgers #1. So you get a burger with a reheated meat. Then the last time I visited, 12/17 I asked for a "FRESH" burger, the meat tasted like soy, or something. Horrible. Unless you fix this problem here in Odessa, I will not be buying from you all here anymore. And we are planning on settling here. This is horrible.

On December 15, 2017 I went in the Dairy Queen at 761 E Union Hills DR.in Phoenix AZ there was no one at the counter I waited a couple minutes, said hello is anyone here, got no response, I could hear two employees in the back having a conversation. Due to time constraints I could not wait for someone to come up front so I had to leave. All I want in return is that this issue be forwarded to the Management of this franchise.

On 12/14/17 at 10:30 PM I arrived at the Dairy Queen located in Alexander City al 35010. The hours say that this location is open until 11pm but when I arrived all the lights were out and the and no one Acknowledged that I was there. As I drove past the driver window the so called employee looked at me as if I were crazy. Apparently 30 minuets was too long for the employees to finish their job so the shut down early.

I will never go to dairy queen of sylacauga again! We went this evening after the parade. There was a homeless man in there which only has one leg and is a super nice guy. We would of never known that he was there because he was sitting quietly to himself in a corner in the back but the kids discovered him and was amazed at the little items he had made and spent the evening talking to him and enjoying his company. Meanwhile, they had a slew of immature employees that were chatting up the fact that he was in there and how they didnt like him being there so while we were having dinner with him because, yes, he was in there eating as a customer. They called the cops to have them remove him twice! First off, our law enforcement has more important things to do. They never even asked him to leave, they just called the cops. There was never a complaint from a customer or anything as a matter of fact we were enjoying the conversation. Then when my husband explained to the officer that they had no right to be ugly to him, my mother in law went to the register to request to speak to the manager, well, turns out the manager was part of the problem. She asked who was over her because she wanted a number to report our complaint well she told her to leave because she was causing a scene in her lobby and that they are privately owned so she can complain all she wants... I understand that sometimes these homeless hanging out in restaraunts cause problems and they have to address it but this was a result of stupidity and immaturity. Instead of them worrying about that gentleman then they should of been worried about the fact that their cashiers were arguing, nobody could figure out who was making what for who, we waiting for a while for our food, ... That man sitting quietly eating in the corner isn't their problem! As my mother in law said, she wouldn't want to see any of them forced to stand out in the cold so why would they do that to him. Sad... This is what we have come to. Have a heart for people! My kids thought he was like Santa Claus and wouldn't leave him alone. I was proud of my clan tonight, shame on your dairy queen! This is a copy of what has hit social media in my area this will ruin your business small towns don't like ugly.

I am disgusted with how sylacauga diary queen workers are treating customers even if it's a homeless person but we as a customer invited him out from the cold to eat and he not bothering anyone and these rude workers mistreat him. He is still considered a customer if we buy him food . Also the way the manager doesn't care if we file a complaint and her attitude towards customers . Alot of customers are now ready to stop eating there as a complaint for what the manager and few workers did I have included what another customer posted a complaint and we are sharing it all over for people to take notice and do something or encourage people to stop coming until something is done to the manager and those rude workers that mistreated us customers

went thru the drive thru. placed order then drove up to the window. sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for order. after about 10 minutes, the lady opened the window and apologized for the delay. she said the cook was taking his time and didn't seem to be worried that it was taking so long. saw the cook walking around parking lot then saw him go inside. thru the window I could see him walking around talking on his phone. the lady inside was telling him that he needed to get the orders because people were waiting. he didn't seem to be too concerned about it. finally, the lady brought my food. had to ask for straws and for one drink that I didn't receive. then, got home to find out that I didn't receive all of my food. my daughter did go back and the lady again apologized and gave her what was missing. the cook obviously didn't care about people waiting or about getting the orders right. probably won't return to this dairy queen.

I pulled into the drive through at DQ located at 8006 S Scenic Highway Bland VA 24315 I asked if breakfast if was still available she stated yes I asked where the menu was she said open your eyes it's lit up right in front of your face so I went in spoke to a young male manager not even in DQ apparel he informed me her name is Grace but he couldn't do anything

Dairy queen #13919 cleveland, Texas. I ordererd 6 piece steak finger basket with extra gravy. My boyfriend ordered #2 Beltbuster and a small blizzard. At 811 pm. We had been working in the freezing rain all day. Just wanted a warm meal before getting home to rest. We were asked to pull around and wait for our food. Not one other person in the restauraunt or drive thru. We receive our food in a timely manner. I open my steak finger basket. Very hot.. I am thinking.. Finally some nice warm food. I open my gravy. It is so watered down. It looked like milk. I think maybe my xtra gravy is better. No it is just watered down. I look in the box for seasoning. There is 20 salts and no pepper. No napkins. Same with my boyfriends bag. I just think to myself. I guess dairy queen has decided to cut pepper out of their menu. I pick up my steak finger. Yes it was nice and hot. It was so soggy the crust fell off of it. I dont believe it had even been fried at all. I took a bite and it had a horrible flavor. Not sure what flavor it was. It was no good. I asked my boyfriend how his food was. He said yall must of had a pepper and ketchup shortage. The fries tasted better then normal. They tasted like they actually changed the grease in the fryer for a change but they were still bland tasting. As far as his burger. He said they had some really good pickles. I have been to this location a few other times. I worked two blocks from there. I would wait 30 minutes for my meal. As i would be sitting there waiting. I would hear employees talking filthy language. Someone should seriously do a secret employee check on this place. It gives dairy queen a bad name.

Dairy queen in eastman ga has poor cistimer service skills and unethical cooks, nothing is ftesh and they always putting the burgers in the microwave, notbong is never fresh. The icecream bmizzards etc is made wrong. I would like for them to have morw training and have integrity in there work. The workers need to be more efficient with food and to make thw food as if they have good professinal standards in the workplace.. I urge this to take effect. At this location was a good place to go but now days the morale of this store is mot the same and it effects the food

Approximately three weeks to date 12/5/2017 Store Owner receives painting services on the outside of the Dairy Queen in St. Augustine, FL. (Bernard St). S&P Painting Company is co owner by a disabled combat veteran who did the paper work for Sandy the paint company owner. The store owner paid only enough to cover the paint. Because the "P" in S&P can not work due to disable pending surgery, this incident has put a dim light on our Christmas. So sad he would be so dirty. He refuse to do a check list and we continue to do what ever he said he wanted with something different each time. Our record speaks for itself we do good work, the neighbor stores agreed. Surprise a business owner would rep the benefits of a shine clean building on our labor, and not pay a dime, (payment only covered paint). We gave him a fair price and he owes us $3, 000. Total was $4, 000. We brought paint with $1, 000 he did give us.

As the worker brought me my food, I asked if I could have so ranch dressing. She looks back at me and says " sure, it's $.54. I go up there and ask them when they started charging for the extra as I'm paying for it. She cocks an attitude with me and tells me they have always charged for the extra like each dressing, sour cream ect. Note, they never charged me before. After paying for my item, the guy next to asked pretty much the same thing and they just handed it over to him without charge

On 12/3/17 my boyfriend and I had went to Winthrop, MN Dairy Queen and I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard with Strawberry filling and my boyfriend ordered a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. His was what it was supposed to be but mine however did not have strawberry filling in and also had what seemed more like graham crackers in instead of cheesecake chunks - basically was a large vanilla shake which I clearly did not want.

On another occasion we stopped at Winthrop, MN Dairy Queen 8/30/17 and also had a bad experience. We had to wait almost an hour for our food and when we asked an employee about it he flicked his hand at us and was very rude and proceeded to argue with my boyfriend.

We gave it a second chance after the first experience but I was still left very disappointed!

This concerns the DQ in Vivian Louisiana. Signs posted "new management", "faster service". Well, yesterday we went for a dipped cone (because DQ is best) and we're told Sorry, we don't have any ice cream.". WHAT!? Time before the ice cream was"melt cream.". This store has reverted back to being badly run.. if this is new management, then I guess the next step is to close.

I cannot visit the Mount Vernon Iowa Dairy Queen anymore because one of the workers is always there. She harassed me at school and I have seen her talking about me after she gets my order. The last time she said goodbye to me before my order even came out completely. She's rude and disrespectful to my parents and sisters as well. Because of this I am unable to visit the Mount Vernon Dairy Queen and I love their ice cream. When I show up and she is there I also notice the other workers being rude and giving me lots of dirty looks.

She's was very rude and not helpful at all. I ordered 2 number ones burgers with cheese and no onions with light mayo with a cookies and cream blizzard. First they had my order to someone else and I asked the to politely to remake it because I saw the people touch it. They remake it and I open the bag and it was burnt bread with one no cheese and both have a lot of mayo on it. I was upset and went up front to get my money back and give them the food back. I waited over an hour and was really hungry. And I never got my blizzard by the way. Will this person named Rosemary who I believed is the manager camed up to me very rudely and instead of handing my money she basically threw it at me and rolled her eyes. And instead of saying sorry mam or anything she walked away. I felt so upset because i wasn't being ugly or rude And she was. I will not come back to Dairy Queen because of this.

Today I had came into my shift. I had asked my manager for some Tylenol my head was pounding. The more time that went by I started to feel sick to my stomach, handing out the food to customers. Around 12;30 I had handed two meals to an older couple, the smell of the viniger on there fries just made me gag. I instantly ran to the back as fast as I could. And threw up in our big garbage can near our spray sinks. My manager new I has thrown up and the two other asst. Managers has witnessed it also. After being sick to my stomach. I asked her if I could go home. She had told me that I couldn't leave unless I found someone to cover my shift. I was handling food. Talking to customers.. And also on the headset as well.. I finally got on my break at exactly 4. When my mom had just got off. I had texted her to let her know that I was going to be sick before the start of my shift. Asked her to come check on me after. My mom had came to pick me up at 3;35 and the manager wouldn't talk to her. She made the asst. Manager come back to tell my mom I had to finish my shift I couldn't leave. My mom then parked and called the store. My mom had saw how pale and shaky I was. The manager got so uptight with my mom told her to stop yelling at her. she said she doesn't need this [censor] and hung up on my mom. My mom was not yelling at her. I am also worried of how I will be treated going into work tomorrow, now that I did leave with my mom because I was sick. I'm a very hard worker.. never called in sick. Something defiantly needs to be done about her. This isn't the first incident with a co worker.. I feel bullied and i just don't know who to talk to.. the labour board is closed until Monday and I have to work tomorrow.. I'm also worried my hours will get cut just because I was sick.

Worst experience ever tried calling phone was busy for an hour stop trying got frustrated my burger was dry and burnt around the edges dairy queen on hwy 277 Abilene to I spent over 9 dollars for trash thank you Debra Hickman 5342 taps Abilene to 79605 I was truly disappointed I have never had this experience before usually everything is fine just couldn't believe there was no way to solve this issue

50+min wait in drive-thru... Its ALWAYS like this... Restaurant was filthy on the inside per i went in to request a refund... Had 3 cooks cooking with no hair net/gloves... The cashier then opened the register to refund myself & 2 other customers and asked if I would watch the opened register while she fixed something in drive thru with another customer... These employees were confused & customer service was non existent which is the normal for this location!

I Purchased 2 combo meals with large onion rings. They were almost all burned...many of which were uneatable. I would have complained but my wife doesn't like to do that so wouldn't allow me to. So passing it along here. From DQ store in Meridian, Mississippi on Hwy 39 N. I would think the store clerks would notice all the burned onion rings and not given them out.

The dairy queen near our house Pearland tx near Pearland town center has made 2 claims on me through the drive thru that I was passing counterfeit currency. The first time it happened i was confused and asked what could be done and they said nothing. I could not examine the currency and I was told to pay again. I didn't think anything of it until it happened again with currency that came from somewhere completely unrelated. I find this highly unlikely. When I said they had told me this before they immediately became defensive. I would like someone to investigate this as I believe the employees are involved in quite a scam.
