Dairy Queen ice cream and

I've been playing for extra extra peanut butter cups and they didn't add enough as when you pay for a normal blizzard.
Its bee 10 visits in a row that I pay for extra extra and every time they add less. This time I asked for triple extra and I even let them now that I'm asking and paying for triple extra because they never add enough. They told me don't worry we will make sure to add enough and by my surprise they add less than when I pay for doble or even when you pay for a normal one.
I'm not sure if they did it on purpose but is really disappointing.
Is not fair paying for something that you don't get in special when happens 10 times in a row.
Also inside their floor is dirty.
I'm not someone that usually a complainer but this is outrageous.

Dairy Queen drive through

I was at the Dairy Queen 6711 transit rd Lancaster ny 14086 and I went through the drive thru. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and small sundae. Upon getting to the window I was given my drink, which was wrong, and my sundae. The lady told me to pull around and wait for the chicken strips, that they were cooking them fresh. I waited 15 min and no one came out. I had to go through the drive thru AGAIN to tell them I never received my order. They never apologized, just handed me my food and closed the window. That is ridiculous.

Dairy Queen no receipt and was given wrong food

I was at the Dairy Queen @ 215 east home road springfeild Ohio 45503. I hate complaining but this really bothered me, I ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard and was given a kids size I don't know what kind of blizzard. Wasn't given a receipt. Went in to see what's up and they demanded I give them the receipt I wasn't given then told me there was nothing they could even do.my total was $4.09 I gave them $5.09. The guy who took my order in the drive thru AND handed my money to was standing up there when I came in and said "oh well" again I hate complaining but the way it was handled was not okay. I expect to get what I pay for.

Dairy Queen burger patties

It seems that the once chargrilled burger patties are being replaced with frozen tasting patties. They are no longer up to standard. The first time this happened I ignored it thinking maybe they were out of the better quality ones. But I've been to about four different restaurants and all have been the same. Can't see myself getting them anymore. If your changing over to sacrifice quails for profit please rethink that decision as I'm sure a lot more people out there agree with me

Dairy Queen hot fudge sundae

I ordered 3 large hot fudge sundaes. I paid for 3 large hot fudge sundaes. I got 3 of the smallest sundaes ever! I have included a picture. All 3 were just like the one pictured. I had went thru the drive thru and if I didn't have my grandbabies with me I would have went back to complain. I think that is just ridiculous. This location is getting horrible. I won't be going back.

Dairy Queen food safety

I am an employee at this franchise and I have witnessed my bosses handling food inappropriately within the past month that I have worked there. They don't hold food products at appropriate temperatures, they portion incorrectly, and they are create a health issue for all customers that eat there. I decided to file a complaint after yesterday, April 26, 2018, when we got multiple customers sick because our chocolate ice cream had not been held at the appropriate temperature and the machine was not being cleaned and rotated as necessary. This led to the chocolate mix becoming spoiled and customers getting sick because of it.

I have a confession to make. I lied.I made all of this up because I was fired.I guess I was hoping to get my bosses fired in retaliation and or get the store shut down. Now that I calmed down I feel ad about this as I do not want some of my friends who are also working there to suffer. I only want the people that fired me to suffer.

Dairy Queen blt crispy chicken salad

The salad was 99% carrot (very little lettuce...it looked like cole slaw). The flavor was predominantly carrot EXCEPT for the area surrounding a PICKLE SLICE! Made me feel like I had gotten someone's burger topping! This DQ is normally excellent. Not sure what happened but I couldn't eat the salad...not worth the $$$ I spent (for a pickle and a bunch of shredded carrots!)

Dairy Queen inaccurate order / false advertising

I am contacting you on the topic of an order I received from the Dairy Queen located at 1245 PA-315, Plains Township, PA 18702 on January 5th, 2018.

On that day I purchased a 4 piece chicken strip basket, which is advertised to include two pieces of toast. The toast is the sole reason I decided to order the meal, as it is a rarity in today's fast food economy to encounter such a worthwhile offer. However, when I opened the box I was devastated to find that there was no toast to be found.
This has been the source of much distress to both myself and my dog, Cosmo, who I enjoy sharing a piece of toast with from time to time.

I have enjoyed the service you offer in the past a great deal, so I sincerely hope that you will look into such a critical failure. I look forward to any response, update, or solutions you may have to offer.

Dairy Queen large reeses blizzard

When I recieved my Blizzard it was ok until i got halfway through with it and found the cup to be halfway packed with crumbled Reeses candy. This is the store thats located on west Maple avenue in Wichita Kansas. I think this is not a hard menu item to get correct. And this is the second time I've had issues with my order at this location. I haven't talked to the manager at the store because the man in that position the last time I had a problem, basically called me a liar when I brought my issue to his attention.

Dairy Queen strawberry banana smoothie

My daughter and her friend ordered smoothies on Wednesday April 25th evening at 120th and Dodge DQ. As they ate it they could feel small chunks that at 1st thought was ice, but when trying to chew a piece it was solid. My daughter spit it out to see it was glass! Several small pieces and some were ingested! They complained and the worker apologized and admitted to hearing the grinding in the blender which she said cracked! My daughter coughed up 2 pieces of glass after throwing the smoothie away! No manager there seemed to care. We will never go back & very scared!

Dairy Queen dairy queen store in apache junction, az

I am very familiar with DQ stores and products as I frequent several in the Phoenix East Valley, Mesa, Gilbert. This day I was in Apache Junction for a meeting and decided to stop for a blizzard on my way home.
This store must be grandfathered in because it is in terrible condition.
I said to the elderly Asian gentleman who gave me the blizzard, "aren't you supposed to turn it upside down? He acted like he either didn't understand or hear. He thought I wanted a lid, so I repeated "aren't you supposed to turn it upside down, or it's free?" It was hopeless so I left. In reality, had he turned the blizzard over it would have run out as it was the consistency of a thick milk shake. I am well aware of your standards and that stores have to be updated or lose their franchise, so how this one escaped is beyond me. If this store in Apache Junction was the first, and maybe only store a customer tried, I'm pretty sure they would not go to another Dairy Queen. This being a metropolitan area, there are several other DQ's within 15-20 minutes.

Dairy Queen customer service

I regularly attend the Dairy Queen on South Market Street in Brenham, Texas. In the last few weeks the service has gone down horribly. The people working have been rude, short with customers. I have been in the restaurant and seen people walk out because they have not been waited on. I was in line for several minutes. When there you can expect to sit in the drive thru for at minimum for 20 minutes. My husband placed an order today for he and I. He asked for toast and no bun and no vegetables with mayo on a burger. He received a burger that was burnt on a bun with lettuce and no mayo. He was old there was a recall on the lettuce, but we both received lettuce on our meals. I have also been in the drive thru line and saw and heard a manager reprimand an employee. That to me is not professional. I could tell the employee was embarrassed. Please look into the situation, I love this restaurant and attend regularly. I don't want to stop attending because of poor service.

Dairy Queen blizzard

Last night I went to DQ and web through the drive thru to order 2 blizzards. After paying, my boyfriend who just happens to be ALLERGIC to peanuts took and bite and immediately spit it out. He instanstly tasted peanuts in it. I couldalso clearly smell that it was not what we ordered. His lips started to swell and his throat felt tight. So we quickly parked so he could run in and try to wash his mouth out and I go to give them back and tell them it's not what we ordered. While I was in there I over heard the lady who took our order ask another gentleman if he had put peanut butter in it. He simply replied as if it wasn't a big deal, 'oh, I thought you said to make peanut butter cookie dough ' and continued with what he was doing. Needless to say I am not impressed! Of all the mistakes you could make and with how common peanut allergies are this has to be the worst. This could have all been avoided if he would have simply confirmed that it was right kind instead of just guessing. He was lucky that he didn't swallow it or else we would have been in the hospital all night. But this could have been a kid who kept eating until he couldn't breathe.

Dairy Queen summer berry blizzard and customer service

We went to th Meadowbrook rec centre DQ. We were the only customers at the time. We ordered 3 medium blizzards. After waiting 10 minutes or so I asked when the blizzards were coming. I was told they were working on it and then heard the machine for the first time. Summer berry was 1/4 to 1/3 straight vanilla, Oreo blizzard was only 7/8 full. I asked about the quantity of the Oreo blizzard and was told (with some attitude) that's how they make them and the other 2 blizzards were over filled. Poor quality product and poor customer service will not return to this location

Dairy Queen food

I have not been to Dairy Queen in Tomball, TX for a long time because of bad experiences. I bought what I loved there Jalitos and it came this time in a miniature sized container. I was so disappointed because I had to pay $3.09 to get what I was suppose to. I asked the clerk what size I ordered and he said there's no size it is what it is. It was a rip off is what it was. He did not care to help me out what so ever.

Dairy Queen dq store at 10605 pendleton pike, indianapolis, in 46236

This store is horrible...
No Management at all, just a bunch of kids talking on their phones and playing around. The wife and I went last night and their was a drive thru customer that must have waited a long time because it took off threw the grass . We went inside and had no customers ahead of us, I ordered a large butterfinger blizzard and a medium chocolate dipped cone and then a few guys that must of been friends with some workers came in and a girl made his blizzard and handed to him and I said where is our order we have been waiting 15 mins and no one even started ours and of course i received a dirty look. This has happened to us on several occasions over the last several weeks. This store needs a complete overhaul of employees and supervisors. Also, the place was filthy and no napkins on any tables. I will not be going back to this store again. I hope you can resolve all of the issues with this store. Thanks

Dairy Queen rudeness and can't get order right!!

My family and I always go to DQ at least 4 times a week for ice cream.. on this visit we decided to go drive thru... we gave our order. She got it wrong. So we repeated our order at least 4 time. Come on its two hot fudge Sunday's and a blizzard.. she repeated order and yes it's right. Gave us total and asked us to park up front. We did and she comes out minus one hot fudge... I go in and she says the manager says what's wrong! In a puss off mood. I told her it was not my fault it was who ever took my order... told her the 2nd hot fudge should be free and she goes on and says look we have so many food/ ice cream orders and we don't have time for this... I asked to speak to manager. She says with attitude I am the manager! I don't expect to be treated like that! Please call me please [protected]

Dairy Queen nepotism in the workplace, unsafe working conditions, violations of all kinds to the law.

The boise city, ok dairy queen is being ran very poorly. Employees are expected to work off the clock on a regular basis just because labor is high. When my wife had her hand injured at work so bad she couldn't even move it she was not even given 1 day off to heal and they made her work for several hours with her injured hand before sending her home to go to the hospital. However when the district manager's son ignored safety protocols and used a step ladder he was clearly overweight or for, and the ladder broke, he fell on his butt and back. He didn't injure himself to the point of hindering his movement or needing to go to the hospital or dr but was given 2 days off to which my injured wife helped cover so he could relax. The district manager's son and other employees have been caught bringing marijuana into the store to each other to only be given a slap on the wrist and never drug tested or reprimanded or fired. Multiple employees come into work high or drunk but are not reprimanded or fired because they are related to the store manager and district manager. Certain employees are expected to do ALL of the extra detail cleaning plus their duties and cover the shortfallings of others while others are just given a pass to do the bare minimum. Certain employees are constantly requiring rides to work and the store and district managed forces other employees to be taxis off the clock. Employees are called in at all hours outside of their shifts for talks about stuff that can wait til working hours or be done over the phone and they are NEVER paid for their time. Certain employees are required to come put up truck each Saturday without being on schedule and without ever being paid. The store does not have running hot water due to the previous store manager ordering a home water heater instead of a business one. The heating element continually goes out leaving the store without hot water. The employees are washing normal, non greasy dishes, in ice cold water which is highly unsanitary. The mop sink in the back is leaking and not being repaired. The fryers are not being properly cleaned as scheduled unless my wife is there to do so because other employees make excuses each time. The bathrooms and lobby smell like raw sewage because of a plumbing issue that is not being resolved. The employees are told to just poor bleach down the drains to cut down the smell. Anyone knows that urine mixed with bleach in high doses can cause noxious gases which are highly unsafe. The store manager regularly spends full nights in the bathroom leaving all her responsibilities to be covered by other employees and will even warn those employees before the shift even starts on the Facebook group chat. The store manager's brother, who is also the district manager's son will regularly be in the bathroom for hours of his shift as well. When an employee has to call out of work for a serious illness or injury, even if they call several hours prior to their shift, they are told they can't call out unless they find their own replacement. And they are told they will be marked down as a no call no show if they don't ptovide a replacement, even though they did call in within the proper amount of time and even if they offer a dr note. However, if the district manager's son, shift leader, or daughter, store manager, decide to take off out of town on a drug run or to visit a friend or to a last minute party they are excused and replacements are found for them often by force. Most employees do not get an option of declining to come in on their days off, they are told they have to come in or they will be fired or written up.

On a completely different note, I was banned from the store after another customer complained about me and my children. The accusation was not all true. My children were running around the store, which I kept quietly getting after them and making them sit down. I slightly raised my voice at them 1 time and I never said the F word. I said sit your frickin [censor] down now or go to the car. They sat down and did not get up after that. Me and that employee were talking about what we thought wasn't right about how the store was ran but never did either of us say we could do it better or anything and we were using hushed voices so that others didn't have to hear us. I am not an employee of yours even though they stated me and the other woman with me were both employees off the clock. Never once did anyone complain to me or about me at the store. Never once was I asked to leave or control my kids better. Normally there are children running all over that store and I don't complain and they don't get banned. The moment I saw customers looking at us I left to make sure there was no trouble. The district manager and store manager have known me for over 11 years and have my personal cell phone number, though they chose to post the complaint about me and the employee on the facebook group chat which is inappropriate and have my wife call me to tell me I was banned from the store. That is not appropriate at all. And I was never even given a chance to tell my side of the story. I haven't been banned from any store ever before and I definitely shouldn't be banned now.

I complained the other day about being banned unjustly. It has been over turned and handled. I would like to redact my previous complaint and halt any reprimands on my behalf. We all reacted quickly and harshly.

Dairy Queen 4 blizzards and an ice-cream cone.

I went to Dairy Queen on 5403-223 Avenue in Edmonton Alberta. This was either on March 27 or March 28. I bought 4 blizzards and an ice-cream cone. The line up through the drive thru was quite long. The lady turned only 1 blizzard upside down. We received them and made our way to my son's house which was only 2 to 3 minutes from there. By the time we made it to their house the ice cream wall all my son and the front seat because it was so soft. It melted so much that my son could eve hold the napkins there to contain the drippings. Unfortunately I did not call immediately but I called the location 3 days after. The manager made a big deal out of call 3 days later. The ones that I ordered were the new cheesecake one, resse peanut cups one, the caramel one and the peanut butter cookie dough. I paid cash for these items. She said that she would get back to me later because she had to investigate. What do you have to investigate the ice- cream was melting everywhere. It was like she didn't believe me. Anyway she did not call me back. I called 2 days later and she said that she still have investigating to do. She just returned my call today and told me that the best she could do was give me 1 free blizzard. Again she made the comment that I should have called immediately. I explained that I was with my grandson and couldn't that evening. Unfortunately I was busy the next day and evening. When I finally called the receipt was missing and I can't find it. I had asked for the items to be replaced. I had to do extra cleaning to my vehicle seat (which is heated) because of this. I cant believe that they cant even keep their customers happy. Believe me I will not return to this location. The manager made it sound like it was my fault.

Dairy Queen - fried mushrooms

You got rid of the fried mushrooms and it makes me very upset. Those were the BEST and the only reason i would ever eat there. I am very disappointed in the choice that you have made for discountinuing them. You have lost my interest for eating at the Dairy Queen and have made the worst decision ever, you should bring them back in my opinion i hope this opens your eyes in bringing the mushrooms back.
